My holiday was perfect! I really enjoy my time in this hotel with my friends. The food was great and the animation team was really entertaining and cool! My room was clean and nice. A really good thing in this hotel is that the personal is always nice, polite and funny, I had a great time with one of the bartenders (Simeon).
I highly recommend this hotel!

Pro : clean room, very tasty and a variety of foods and desserts.

Con : The drinks are watered down too much.
Too many kids running around in the hotel, even in the dining room. Also some neighbours are very loud ( again, kids ), screaming, running along the hallway. Management should try to talk to the parents that this hotel is also for couples who only want to relax and enjoy the vacation.

Hotel is great, food and drinks are amazing too. A big plus here are Animators a young group of peapole who are making u entertemaint, they are great for kids and old ones. I love them all.

Overall had a great stay. The food was good and abundant, the drinks were also fine and diverse, the room - averagely clean, but ok. Wasn't interested in animations and shows, but there were plenty. The location is very nice and the beach is really near. Thank you Astoria Mare for the good time.

The hotel was nice, located accross the beach and close to the city center. The personnel was kind, had a nice surprise for me since I told them it was my birthday on check in date. Rooms were great, we had sea view. Food and beverages I would rate 3 out of 5. Beach Towels exchange service had an unusual schedule, opened only at 10, while I wanted to go to the beach at 8. Lots of people came early in the morning and "booked" sunbeds even though the hotel had a policy not to do this. Could add other shower facilities next to the beach because there was only one and there was always a line. The animation was a little weak. In general, I would say that value for money rapport was okay.

Amazing experience! I asked the staff to help me organize a surprise for my parents and not only that they were happy to do it and agreed immediately, but they actually came up with improvements ideas and executed it brilliantly! I am simply amazed by the entire experience and I really recommend the stay at this hotel as I am sure you will be in good hands!

I stayed here for just under a week with my adult daughter at the end of May/early June. We wanted a quiet relaxing break as we lead busy lives in London and Hotel Astoria fitted the bill in all respects.

We were delighted. The hotel was at least as good as many we have stayed in around Europe and not far short of the standard we have enjoyed in Dubai etc but at a fraction of the price. It's fantastic value for money.

Our room was large and well designed with excellent fittings. The buffet dining rooms were large, well designed and spotless due to the legions of cleaning staff on duty throughout the hotel at all times.

Reception team were outstanding and a special mention to Boris the luggage porter, clearly so very proud of the hotel, we loved his enthusiasm. All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful which is a real achievement when guests aren't always as gracious as they could be.

The animation team were energetic, professional and entertaining but also recognised that some people just wanted to be left in peace, I am one them and appreciated their respect of my preference.

The food and drinks were extremely good with plenty of choice, we thought the Asian restaurant was fantastic, the Italian was perhaps the weakest of the three but the pizzas were superb. Great selection of deserts and fruit etc.

Pool spotlessly clean as were the surrounding areas with ample comfortable sunbeds and plenty of umbrellas and tables.

The private beach opposite the hotel was well maintained and clean as was the whole area between the various hotels and the sea, it felt safe and friendly, truly cosmopolitan. Plenty of alternative bars, supermarkets and eateries along the strip to suit most budgets.

I have no doubt that we will be back before the end of the season.
