The water in the shower and the sink smells like FECES!!! I have not felt so dirty in my life. WE CANNOT SLEEP BECAUSE THERE IS A PARTY WITH MUSIC BLASTING AT 1 AM. The water in the pools is freezing. The food is more often cold than warm even when you are one of the first people to come into the restaurant. Other than that the view is amazing if you are given the right room, you can get a : see view, golf course and parking view or the other hotel view. You can get food at almost any time of the day but don’t t expect to be amazed. There are some attractions for the kids and parties for the adults.

The only thing i cant complain are the rooms and hotel tidiness but if you are here for the all inclusive, i do not recommend. All restaurants advertised (asian and italian) are closed, and upon asking in the reception they mentioned the asian restaurant would open on only one of the days during our stay, to which we happily waited just to get on the day and its closed. Main buffet is quite bad, same food everyday and most of the food that was supposed to be warm , was actually cold.
We chose this hotel and paid extra to be able to have access to the other kinds of restaurants and nothing was open.
Many of the staff were quite rude as well and reception staff was very unhelpful.

I do not have kids, but when I do I would like to come in vacation with them here. The food is diverse the services are nice, the bevrages are medium quality but its the same in every All inclusive service. There are daily activities for childrean organized. We booked 10 days in advance because we wanted a relaxing holiday.

My holiday was perfect! I really enjoy my time in this hotel with my friends. The food was great and the animation team was really entertaining and cool! My room was clean and nice. A really good thing in this hotel is that the personal is always nice, polite and funny, I had a great time with one of the bartenders (Simeon).

Pro : clean room, very tasty and a variety of foods and desserts.
Con : The drinks are watered down too much.
Too many kids running around in the hotel, even in the dining room. Also some neighbours are very loud ( again, kids ), screaming, running along the hallway. Management should try to talk to the parents that this hotel is also for couples who only want to relax and enjoy the vacation.

Hotel is great, food and drinks are amazing too. A big plus here are Animators a young group of peapole who are making u entertemaint, they are great for kids and old ones. I love them all.

Pools kind of crowded, lots of kids. Restaurants, crowded, but passable, you sometimes need to wait in line like a minute. Usually more, for (passable) coffee. Definitely make reservations for the reservation-only restaurants. Spa massage was good. I will avoid this hotel in the future (because of food and drinks)

Overall had a great stay. The food was good and abundant, the drinks were also fine and diverse, the room - averagely clean, but ok. Wasn't interested in animations and shows, but there were plenty. The location is very nice and the beach is really near. Thank you Astoria Mare for the good time.

The hotel was nice, located accross the beach and close to the city center. The personnel was kind, had a nice surprise for me since I told them it was my birthday on check in date. Rooms were great, we had sea view. Food and beverages I would rate 3 out of 5. Beach Towels exchange service had an unusual schedule, opened only at 10, while I wanted to go to the beach at 8. Lots of people came early in the morning and "booked" sunbeds even though the hotel had a policy not to do this. Could add other shower facilities next to the beach because there was only one and there was always a line. The animation was a little weak. In general, I would say that value for money rapport was okay.
