The staff was most of the time polite, the location is good since you have a bus that takes you to the mall and metro station. Although the room was in careless condition, dirty walls, the curtains were 1/3 unhanged, the double bed was actually two single beds one to another (I think that was expected), no night lamps, no door in the bathroom cabin so every time you take a shower water goes everywhere. Overall would NOT recommend.

Had to stay here last minute and myst say its absolutely shocking! Such high prices (160 lv a night for a small apartment) for this old facility…dirty and old furniture (broken wardrobe and couch and a TV without a remote???). Would not recommend.

Dirtiest hotel I have ever been. Smell of ashtray in rooms and hallway was awful.
We had 2 separate rooms for 2 nights and both were really dirty. After complaining to reception they promised to clean rooms on the next day but didn't happen. Even sheet in bed had some stains in it. Definetily not worth 3 stars. Never again.

The room was dirty, there were too many bugs in the room, the AC was too loud and overall mot enjoyable stay. The receptionist was nice and helpful. Wouldn’t stay there again.

We were so happy with our room and our stay in this apartment. It was better than we expected, very spacious, well presented, and clean throughout. The bed was king size and very comfortable and had a lovely view of Mount Vitosha from the lounge and balcony. There is a fabulous Greek restaurant opposite called Yamas, and the transport to the town centre is cheap, regular and east to use. The lady that greeted us at the hotel was wonderful! Friendly, considerate and very good English! Which is great as I only know how to say 'Blagodarya' 🤦♂️
We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for a lovely time 🫶

We stayed for one night at the hotel and the choice was made because it is next to the zoo. The area is good and the access to the center is straight either by bus or by car. The big shops are about 7 minutes away. Parking is easy to find, but not closed. The room is now large, the bathroom is comfortable, the kitchen is large and functional with a fridge etc. and relatively modern in decoration but very late in cleaning and I wonder why as the cleaner comes in if she spends a little more time everything would be perfect. our room had a view of the street without much fuss. There is a gentleman at the reception who was kind but the girls are not welcoming.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet our expectations. The rooms look very nice on pictures in Booking, but there was a weird smell, the apartments were cleaned slightly. The attitude of the receptionist was unfriendly.

my booking was canceled 2 days before my arrival to Sofia without prior notice due to strange problems with the validity of the card which was updated twice. I received confirmation from the booking that everything is ok with the card. Despite that, our booking was deleted. I called the hotel and asked for information. I was informed that there are no more rooms available. If you like to have your trip to Sofia well organized, I strongly advise against this hotel.

Rooms were never renovated ever since hotel opened up. There are heavy marks of usage and the walls are compromised on places due to humidity and guests' exploitation.

I just want to write this with good intentions because i see potential. Me and my boyfriend stayed for one night at the hotel. The location was pretty good, close enough to the airport.
Our room looked like hadn’t even been swept. Very easily i could notice hair on the floor ,next to the bed ,the balcony wasnt cleaned,ashes from previous guests smoking were still there.
The bathroom looked clean,but the shower didn’t even have a curtain,there was clearly a space for it ,but it wasnt hanging there. I showered for 5 minutes most with warm water and after that it was slowly going mire and more cold. I dont know what to say about that.
One of the doors in our room couldnt even be closed,together with the balcony door.
We didn’t have much interaction with the staff ,they were polite as we were checking in and out.
I also know it doesnt come to the hotel itself but as me and my parthner were getting to our room after eating out,we say a very casual guy walking around with only his underwear.
