Okeanos Beach Boutique Hotel

Fantastic hotel. Checking in was brought a drink of our choice from the bar, nice touch never had that when checking in. Room was fabulous we did upgrade room before traveling and was well worth it. Sea view overlooking the pool. Loved the shower with the side jets. Food, we stayed AI, all meals where buffet style, everyday something different and always something for everyone. Spent a lot of the time around the pool, but would go down onto the beach. Hotel do have there own beds on the beach exclusive for guests but we felt more comfortable safely leaving all our items around the pool beds and walking down to the beach. Pool bar for the endless supply of drinks we had was perfect. Think we became the 2 small beers couple. 🤣 All the staff are so friendly and always have a smile. From the room cleaners, servers, bar staff , reception girl, they all take there time and have a chat. Staff are a credit to the hotel. Defo one of the friendliest hotels I have stayed at. Make you so welcome. My 1st time to Cyprus and what a fantastic impression okeanas has left for me. Love it. Location is perfect on the beach, hotel is peaceful but if you want the loudness ayia napa has to offer its a short stroll away. Close enough to get amongst it, but far enough to not even know it's there. It was my partners 50th and they left him a bottle of bubbly in the room totally unexpected so such a nice surprise.

The location of hotel is amazing, it's close to the beach and there's a short walk to Ayia Napa center. It's relaxing to hear the sound of the sea in the morning while drinking morning coffee on the balcony. Noise from the neighbors in the evenings is a problem, the music is really loud. The hotel itself is quiet and there was no noise from the neighboring room. I had the superior room with seaview. It was in the first floor but there was nice view. The biggest disappointment was the room with plastic garden furniture. It was a complete turn off for a boutique hotel where I would have expected a more personal style. Breakfast was ordinary and the same every morning, especially smoothies which were missing. The breakfast opening hours were too short, until 10 am. On vacation I like to sleep and having a quiet morning without rush. I had half board, dinner was good and varied. Pool area was nice and there was available towels. Some sunbeds were reserved right away in the morning 7 am with a towel which is annoying. There was the gym downstairs but equipments were old and needed updating. Room was cleaned every day but sometimes they not brought more coffee. There was black mold on the bathroom wall and dirt on the floor tiles. Otherwise the hotel's facilities were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, they did their best to make the guests stay comfortable. I can recommend this hotel as a good choice for a relaxing beach holiday.

Fantastic hotel very clean, fabulous location on the beach . Staff we're brilliant so friendly & helpful especially Naza, and restaurant manager & staff. Beautiful rooms, fabulous food and best hotel we have been in. Everyone was so nice & very helpful.

Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic. This was our 3rd visit, we are leaving today and can’t wait to return next year. All the staff are fantastic but a special shout out to Nazam, George, Adrianne, bar man and restaurant manager. They all make you feel so welcome and we had some great laughs with Nazam and George. The reception staff and house keeping were again fantastic they can’t do enough for you. The food was outstanding. Make no mistake if you choose this hotel you won’t be disappointed. This is the second time we have been to this hotel, first time we only stayed for 4 days but this time we stayed for 10 days. Hotel is beautiful and immaculately clean. All staff are really friendly and accommodating. This all makes for a lovely stay in a really relaxed and friendly environment. The Hotel is just a lovely place to unwind and relax. Get away from the hustle bustle of life. The Hotel is situated right on a beautiful beach and has its own private access from the hotel pool area. The pool is also immaculate and it also lends itself to the lovely relaxed vibe that the whole hotel offers. Special shout out to some of the Staff that have really made our holiday and also feel like old friends. Giorgos (George) has been an ever constant around the pool bar and restaurant. He has really made our holiday and made us laugh a lot. Nazan, Andre and Naresh have also been great company and have left us wanting for nothing. Always service with a smile and a giggle. These people really make you feel part of the family atmosphere it offers. The team are managed by a lovely man Mr Angellos and he drives that family, friendly atmosphere and always has time to stop and ask how you are or share a laugh. Really enjoyed our stay again and sad to be returning today back to England

We stayed here in April 2025 as our honey moon, the hotel was beautiful situated with a walk on the beach moments away, all the staff were so friendly and accommodating, we throughly enjoyed our best strawberry daiquiris and KEO and the food we had was lovely. Would recommend and we will be back, thank you so much for an enjoyable trip.

We have just spent a week in Okeanos beach. The hotel was absolutely stunning. Fantastic location and the staff were all amazing. The hotel is clean and the staff are extremely welcoming. The bar and restaurant staff are a credit to this hotel. We will definitely be booking again. Angelos, Naz, Giogio and all the other staff were absolutely amazing

I spent 4 nights at this hotel with my husband. We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly,special praises to Angelos, the restaurant manager was was exceptional and extremely welcoming. Also Nazin,the waitress was very great and provided great customer service. Food was tasty,with good selection. Rooms were clean and modern with comfy beds. Location perfect,next to the beach and not far from the town centre. The only downside was lack of bottled water,there was filtered water available but not very tasty. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Very nice hotel if you want to chill and relax. So close and a walking distance to all the good places to visit in Ayia Napa. All the staff are very friendly and very nice. We had a very nice room with a great view to the sea that you cant get enough of. Rooms are always clean and very well maintained. Every thing works well. The pool is very nicee and you have a very easy access to the beac, 1 min walk right from the hotel. Breakfast is delicious and varied. Overall our 5 night stay was perfect at Okeanos.

Lovely small hotel. Great location. Rooms lovely, staff very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
