Initially, we booked on a bed and breakfast basis but upgraded once there to the all inclusive package at a not unreasonable €40 per person per day. Had a fantastic 2 weeks at Helios Bay, it is in a great location close to restaurants and bars also far enough away from things to be nice and quiet. Rooms are very big and have everything you need. Nice hotel with some really lovely features. Sunbed allocation is great. Biggest disappointment was the beach, you have to climb over very sharp and slippery rocks to get in the sea. I'm a confident swimmer but didn't make it further than knee high as I was worried about falling. Worth bearing in mind if sea swimming is really important to you.

Nice and clean place to stay at really nice price. This is a comfortable apartment with a good equipped kitchen, washing machine. The facility was rather new and not worn out. It has also a convenient private parking lot just a few meters from the entrance to the apartment.

We have just returned from a week at this lovely hotel. There were four of us, in two rooms, a couple with our 17 year old son and his friend. Lovely welcome at reception by two lovely ladies, with a glass of fizz. Explained everything we needed to know. Our rooms were in block 19 near reception. We are very happy with our 2 weeks here. Yes, the buildings are not in the best of state and having a car is a must, but the rooms are spacious and the kitchen well equipped and the view is amazing. Also the swimming pool is very clean and we had a great time there.

A nice secret...the place was very quiet 5km out of paphos. Staff great pool and area clean and well kept. Rooms are clean, aged a bit but perfectly serviceable. The view over the bay especially at night are breathtaking. We thought it very good value.

Great hotel stayed here for a week it was amazing experience only down side is it's located on a side so if u have a car it's great otherwise you have to use a taxi service as it's bit far to travel by walk to shops or anywhere else. Super apartment for the 28 euro/night. Our apartment had a super view if the city and sea. You need a car to get there, not sure any busses go. Room is fairly clean and there was always hot water for shower. Sure the rooms are used and not perfect. Depending on the price you get very recommended.

While sitting in our room at around 9pm, someone used their key to open our door and enter. After going to reception we found out the receptionist gave the new guest OUR rooms spare key. We then have to ask that receptionist for every one of our rooms spare keys because the kids got really scared. In one of our rooms, only two of the electric hobs were working which was inconvenient. Lovely hotel right on the sea; food was good with themed nights for a bit of variation; plenty of sunbeds in various locations around the hotel to suit; rooms are clean and spacious with a fridge, sink, kettle and tea & coffee; entertainment every night and during the day - big shout out to Luke & the team for all their hard work keeping everyone amused! Brilliant stay. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Buffet meals and all inclusive drinks range was delicious with lots of choice. 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool. Spa and massage services were very good. Would definitely visit Cyprus and this hotel again.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel, more like 3 star. The staff were kind and pleasant, the drinks were good and so was the food. However the hotel itself is run down and needs updating. Exposed electrics, ceiling falling down in the indoor pool, really strong sewage smells on the gym/indoor pool floor. We have visited the hotel many times as we find the service, location and rooms very good. In our last visit (18/1/25) Rooms were very clean, food was nice and service was excellent. Music at night was also a charming addition in our overall stay.

The hotel is amazing. A lovely location. A beautiful pool area with many sunbeds. All the staff are friendly and very approachable. All the public areas are extremely well maintained . The room we were allocated was very spacious with beautiful decor. We had a lovely pool and sea view. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is located in quiet and clean area. There is a sea in 2 min by walk, but there are mostly stones high above the water, so you can spend around 10 min to the nearest beach where you can swim. We stayed for one night - sort of. Jet2 flight was cancelled at 2am so we were shipped here. Huge queue to get checked in and Jet2 had lied to the hotel saying they needed 30 rooms. The staff are super friendly, especially Jess!! She knew what she was doing, she is so kind and friendly and made this holiday the best. I’d definitely recommend her to every one. The food here is very nice too! Lots to do in the resort. The other girls were all lovely too!!

Excellent service, beautiful day wonderful food and brilliant service from Zoe Stavrus. She made her feel warm and accommodated well! We will be back :) we will definitely be returning back next year. We especially enjoy the views and our sauna and spa experience with delightful.

Me and my family of 5 came to this hotel, and could not fault it. My children absolutely loved the kids club with Erin, Jess and Becca doing the up most to make sure the kids had plenty of enjoyable activities to keep them busy. We attended a fire show on the Sunday that was brilliant and enjoyable for the whole family.

They have loads of things available, the daytime entertainment is good, as well as the kids club my little ones loved it! There was a fire show on Sunday too (so they have plenty to do) and it was unreal thankyou so much to Jess, Becca and Erin for making the stay even better!

The location is good, you can see the sea when you go out. The room is large, with a small living room and balcony, and the sea view is very beautiful. In the morning when the tide is low, the sea and the sky are one color, which is very beautiful. The room price is a bit expensive

The rooms need fixing up and a bit of paint their was mould near the air condition ants in the room on the cups in the room so we could not drink from them and thread coming out of the bed sheets hole in the cover. This hotel is shouldn't be 4 stars it's definitely a 3 star! The pictures they show on their website do not match the rooms in real life. Our towels weren't replaced in the room for 2 days and they don't regularly replace new mugs or fresh tea bags, coffee and milk in the rooms. The Pillows and sheets are stained with make up etc. And they're not replaced the whole of your stay! The pool is the best...

We were a little disappointed with our room condition, but as the hotel was fully booked, we couldn't be moved. We understand that this hotel will be undergoing a refurbishment in the not too distant future, which may have something to do with the condition of it. However, the rest of the hotel was fine.
