New modern hotel is located in Paphos, on the beach. Nearby there are many shops, restaurants, bars. From the hotel you can easily walk to castle pathos.

Location: 8 km from Paphos city center, 30 km from Paphos international airport, 600 metres from taverns and shops, 5 minutes from many restaurants, bars, close to the famous castle of Paphos, Coral Bay beach.

Consists of 3-storey building.

The hotel has 380 rooms.

Beach: 50 m away (rocky coast). There is an entrance in the sea near a neighbouring property. Sun beds, umbrellas and beach towels - for a fee. A coastline of 350 m.

I took my two daughters to this hotel in Mid July. Weather was amazing.

Transfer to the hotel was quick and stress free.

Check in at 2am was smooth. Room was clean and had everything we needed minus an iron but I knew that in advance.

Got used to where everything was pretty early. The food was good, always a different meat and fish dish everyday. Nice pasta, nice salads and a good selection of breakfast, cakes and deserts. I am a bit of a foodie so didn't know what to expect but the week we were there i couldn't fault it...oh...hash browns are like cardboard . Drinks were all good and no major queues for anything.

Beach isn't great so we got a taxi to Venus beach just down the road which was stunning for what we wanted. A nice swim!

Pools are huge and the water park is great and so much to do the kids will love it.

We took a taxi into Pathos on one day to get the girls hair braided and the hotel arranged the taxi and it was pretty straight forward.

Probably one of the better hotels I'd seen and looking to go back to Cyprus there aren't really any other hotels that look better

I don't think this deserves to be a 5 star hotel. The bathrooms have see-through glass so it's its not really family-friendly. The rest of the hotel such as the buffet are quite mediocre and the pool is only only around 120cm deep like a kiddie pool. I even saw a few cockroaches here and there. The only nice thing about the hotel is the wonderful view of the Cypriot coast and the Mediterranean Sea.

Good place to stay for few days. Get the all inclusive options, because you get all drinks free. Good view from the rooms with sea view. Aquapark is free with all inclusive option. If you arrive early, they will allow you to eat and use the pool. If you want to go to Harbour you need to switch 2 buses, so its easy to get scooters from the beach. From airport you can get 612 and then 615 and it will be stopped in front of the hotel.

This hotel was a major disappointment and far from the five-star experience it claims to offer. The food was one of the biggest issues—completely lacking in quality. Dishes were bland, with wilted vegetables, overcooked meat, and undercooked sides like broccoli. Even as someone who isn’t picky, I found it hard to enjoy the meals.

Additionally, there was no mention that drinks like water or apple juice weren't included with the half-board option. We were charged extra for water during dinner, which felt misleading since dinner belonged to the halfboard option. Guests should be clearly informed about this ahead of time to avoid unpleasant surprises.

The staff's attitude was another low point. Several members came across as unprofessional and uninterested, making it difficult to ask for basic things like a towel or information. One receptionist in particular seemed irritated every time we approached, which made for an uncomfortable experience.

The cleanliness of the room also left much to be desired. The sheets had not been properly cleaned, and there were visible signs of the previous guests, including hair and even stains on the towels. For a hotel claiming a five-star rating, this level of cleanliness was unacceptable.

At €1000 per week, the quality and service did not justify the price. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

This is definitely not a 5-star hotel; at best, it could be considered 3-star. The reception staff are not welcoming, the food is average, and the selection of salads is limited. The hotel seems to cut corners wherever possible, and the snacks are quite disappointing. The only positive aspect was the kids' club and the fantastic kids' party hosted by the amazing Jessica. I would not recommend staying here

Our stay was exceptional!

We book for 3days all inclusive. Foods are delicious, Drink all you can or should i say drink till you drop 😅. And the view from our room is spectacular! For we book Superior room with front sea view. The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable." My son had so much fun at the water park! Highly recommended!!

If you are looking for a nice and relaxing holiday look elsewhere! The hotel is located by the sea, but there is no access to the sea. The closest beach is about 15min-walk away - if travelling with little children it is a very long walk in full sunshine. The pool was closed twice during our 7-day stay (and it is still closed this morning, so likely to turn into 3 days of no pool). And on the days it was open it was actually very cloudy. The beds by the pool are really old and dirty, but you won’t get any anyway unless you wake up early to put your towel down. The reception staff are rude and unhelpful. The hotel is dirty and smells funny. Do not expect to get any drinks while having dinner, you will be lucky if your drinks are served while you are nearly done with your dinner. Also, the floor in the main restaurant is a hazard. Every day there is someone slipping on the floor and falling down. The rooms are not cleaned daily. You have to complain so that someone actually shows up to clean it. Overall, look for alternative options if you actually want to enjoy your holidays.

Customer service is shocking here! Reception staff need to learn some manners on how they speak to paying customers. Family stayed here and room was not ready on arrival and had to be moved down to a basement room with roof near falling through and they paid the extra for sea view room. It’s unacceptable circumstances when people come all the way to Cyprus to experience this. At a soo called 5* star hotel. A lot of frustrated customers were also at reception requesting for refunds and complaining about things. So it’s not just us a lot of reviews speak for themselves. The views from this hotel are so stunning and there was some staff that were lovely so don’t get me wrong not every single thing was bad. Food was good a lot of choice at buffet and drinks were good too. A lot of renovation and maintenance could be done with this hotel to make it so much better. As it’s stunning to look at. I wouldn’t rush back to this hotel.

First of all this "King" hotel have a very arrogant older general manager.. He wanted to call a police, because I was sick and I not worked a few days, so he wanted that I'll leave immediately.. He just wanted to kick me in the street.. 😬🤯 Hotel need to have restoration and not deserve to be a 5* star. Food sometimes was not fresh. Most of the times only dinner was better.
Overall it wasn't a good experience to work in here. I'm not recommending to work in this hotel and also better to spend your holidays somewhere else in better place. This hotel are very dull. Horrible music program and don't have entertainment for childrens.
And most IMPORTANT! My two colleagues not received full salary from agency: STAR ENTERTAINMENT! I did not get 57€. So if somebody working in here and especially through this agency PLEASE LEAVE ASAP!

My sons wedding venue the hotel looked amazing. You could certainly see the 5 star quality. We had a wedding on the beach and reception on the boat bar, all beautifully decorated and excellent service throughout the day. Although I didn't stay, we all had a wonderful experience .
