The room itself was comfortable and clean, but quite dated, and the overall feel of the hotel is more like a good 3 star rather than a true 5 star. The first room we were given was the wrong one, but it was resolved the next morning by a helpful staff member.
The WiFi was the weakest part of the stay. I had a few remote work days and the connection was so unreliable that I had to use my mobile hotspot instead. Anyone who needs solid internet should keep this in mind.
The location worked well for us because we had a hire car, but it is outside the main town area and not very walkable. With a car, reaching beaches, restaurants, and activities is easy.
Overall, once we dropped our expectations of a true 5 star, we enjoyed our stay. The food was fantastic and the staff were lovely. With better WiFi, fresher decor, and a more luxurious feel, the hotel has the potential to match the five star label it advertises.
The room was clean and nice, and we felt comfortable there.
The only thing we didn’t like so much was the food. It could be better and have more options.
Overall, we had a good holiday and we would come back again!!!
Virginia is an incredible massage therapist; she gave me one of the best Thai-inspired massages I’ve ever had. She has an amazing technique, perfect pressure, and an intuitive understanding of what your body needs. I left feeling completely relaxed, balanced, and light. Truly exceptional! Marion, the manager, was also fantastic. She was welcoming, professional, and made sure everything ran smoothly from the moment I arrived. Her warm approach and attention to detail really add to the overall experience. She accommodated us as we’ve told her that my husband has a health problem, but she made sure we are well taken care of.
There were weddings at the edge of the complex but it didn’t interfere with the other guests.

An amazing, huge pool. The hotel staff is incredible, always providing service with a smile and at a high standard.
It’s a bit of a shame that the water park is located outside the hotel and that drinks are not included in the all-inclusive deal.
However, the water park is amazing and fun, suitable for all ages from one to one hundred.
That said, there were a couple of things that could be better. Our room (on the third floor) had ants, which was surprising. Also, I couldn’t help but notice that, out of all the flags displayed outside the hotel, none represented any Arab countries—even though a good number of guests are Arab. It would be nice to feel a bit more represented.
Overall though, we had a nice stay and I hope these small points will be taken into account.
The hotel is far from a 5*, although there is so much potential. Before we arrived I had emailed asking for some milk to be left in our room as it was a late arrival. I had email responses advising this would be fine and they would get this arranged (had it done plenty of times at other hotels with no issues). However we were told they wouldn’t do this and we would just need to go the bar.
Our son unfortunately became sick on our second night covering our bed and pillows, my partner went to reception at 3am to ask for a spare sheet just so we could have something til morning. We again were told they couldn’t help and handed him 2 towels. The morning staff were very apologetic and the room was soon sorted, so this wasn’t such an issue the next day. And just to finish off, we asked 3 days before our final day to have late checkout as not leaving til later on, again this was confirmed that we could have the room till 5pm. We went to check to make sure this still okay, and thank god we did as they have no notes of this and they can’t guarantee they can help us. Overall the staff haven’t been all that helpful, there is lots that could be improved.
The food has been great and the water park is fun for the little ones.
I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
