Definitely not a 5 star hotel, more like 3 star. The staff were kind and pleasant, the drinks were good and so was the food. However the hotel itself is run down and needs updating. Exposed electrics, ceiling falling down in the indoor pool, really strong sewage smells on the gym/indoor pool floor. We have visited the hotel many times as we find the service, location and rooms very good. In our last visit (18/1/25) Rooms were very clean, food was nice and service was excellent. Music at night was also a charming addition in our overall stay.

The hotel is amazing. A lovely location. A beautiful pool area with many sunbeds. All the staff are friendly and very approachable. All the public areas are extremely well maintained . Hotel is located in quiet and clean area. There is a sea in 2 min by walk, but there are mostly stones high above the water, so you can spend around 10 min to the nearest beach where you can swim. Have been visitng this site since 2004 when it was built, but sorry this site is now closed as the owners have gone into liquidation. Will miss going in the future. All timeshare owners have been told that the owners have been in trouble since 2012, although the timeshare holders have only just been told. Such a shame for all who have been part of this.

The Resort & staff were excellent but ALL of the facilities except the Taverna,at restricted hours, were closed. The Resort is a little isolated but with a car should not be a problem. It is long overdue an updating.

Nice and clean place to stay at really nice price. This is a comfortable apartment with a good equipped kitchen, washing machine. The facility was rather new and not worn out. It has also a convenient private parking lot just a few meters from the entrance to the apartment.

Nice hotel with some really lovely features. Sunbed allocation is great. Biggest disappointment was the beach, you have to climb over very sharp and slippery rocks to get in the sea. I'm a confident swimmer but didn't make it further than knee high as I was worried about falling. Worth bearing in mind if sea swimming is really important to you.

We had a wonderful couple of days here! The All-Inclusive option is a great value for money, with numerous food and beverage options through the entire day. Not sure if the stay was worth the price. Highlights were the pool and a great view of the water. The food was ok, but the dinner was not worth it. There was a large cockroach in the suite kitchen which housekeeping addressed when alerted.

It was okay for a family holiday destination that is perfect.

The location is relatively remote, suitable for self-driving, the facilities are OK, and it is relatively clean. The service staff is enthusiastic and can communicate in English. The price-performance ratio is OK. I will choose this place again on my next business trip.

Excellent. Very clean with friendly staff. Not noisy at night, convenient location near bus stops. A very good tavern alongside. Good value for money. Suitable for lone female. The breakfast was fine and served over several hours. The pool was clean and well maintained.

The location couldn’t be better. Good breakfast 4/5 with lot’s of savory and sweet tooth options. Spacious room, but I would recommend to make sure that a dbl bed would not be just two beds next to each other.

The rooms are very good and can't fault the service. We did have ants appear in our room after some room service. I would also add for some odd reason after cleaning the room the old towels kept being left in the room. Otherwise a very good hotel if visiting Paphos. We stayed only a night in the family room of Casa Mespilea, very relaxing place, excellent service, the best location to walk to restaurants and sights and comfortable rooms to relax. We got this place at very low discount courtesy of Google filter search :) it was a whole apartment with two big rooms, kitchen and hall. Couldnt use the swimming pool as it was off season and it was already cold. Beautiful hotel in a great location, it is in the middle of the center and close to all key points such as bus stops. The location is good because the street is busy and has many shops and restaurants. The parking situation is not good though. The hotel grounds and rooms are outdated but mostly clean. Just returned from this lovely traditional hotel. The staff were so welcoming and always greeted us with a chat. Ensuite newly decorated room with super sea view. TV with english speaking channels. We opted for half board ,the breakfast was plentiful and evening dinner was home cooked by lovely ladies , loved the soup to start, two choices of main plus salad then a dessert. The hotel has a good value for money, it is located in the center of Ktima (which is the upper part of Phafos and is almost 3 km from the sea, however the 618 bus stops right in front of the hotel and arrives a stone's throw from the sea ).
