I don't think this deserves to be a 5 star hotel. The bathrooms have see-through glass so it's its not really family-friendly. The rest of the hotel such as the buffet are quite mediocre and the pool is only only around 120cm deep like a kiddie pool. I even saw a few cockroaches here and there. The only nice thing about the hotel is the wonderful view of the Cypriot coast and the Mediterranean Sea

Good place to stay for few days. Get the all inclusive options, because you get all drinks free. Good view from the rooms with sea view. Aquapark is free with all inclusive option. If you arrive early, they will allow you to eat and use the pool. If you want to go to Harbour you need to switch 2 buses, so its easy to get scooters from the beach. I took my two daughters to this hotel in Mid July. Weather was amazing. Transfer to the hotel was quick and stress free. Check in at 2am was smooth. Room was clean and had everything we needed minus an iron but I knew that in advance. Got used to where everything was pretty early. The food was good, always a different meat and fish dish everyday. My sons wedding venue the hotel looked amazing. You could certainly see the 5 star quality. We had a wedding on the beach and reception on the boat bar, all beautifully decorated and excellent service throughout the day. Although I didn't stay, we all had a wonderful experience .

Hotel is located in quiet and clean area. There is a sea in 2 min by walk, but there are mostly stones high above the water, so you can spend around 10 min to the nearest beach where you can swim. Nice and clean place to stay at really nice price. This is a comfortable apartment with a good equipped kitchen, washing machine. The facility was rather new and not worn out. It has also a convenient private parking lot just a few meters from the entrance to the apartment.

Nice hotel with some really lovely features. Sunbed allocation is great. Biggest disappointment was the beach, you have to climb over very sharp and slippery rocks to get in the sea. I'm a confident swimmer but didn't make it further than knee high as I was worried about falling. Worth bearing in mind if sea swimming is really important to you.

The rooms are very good and can't fault the service. We did have ants appear in our room after some room service. I would also add for some odd reason after cleaning the room the old towels kept being left in the room. Otherwise a very good hotel if visiting Paphos. Stayed in a family room which was quite small with our 2 kids, Hallways, showers rooms and pool side could do with some modernization. This is a basic hotel, not 4* as in the brochure, which is poorly decorated. It looks as though it had been recently repainted but there were paint splashes all over the doors, floor and safety signs etc. The bar staff were reasonably polite and the pool was nice but there were not enough sun loungers, but the sun was very strong so we wanted to be in the shade anyway. Lovely staff especially George the bar man! The rooms and hotel are dated and could use a little love (light bulbs need replacing, mould in the bathroom, cracks in the doors etc). However the hotel was very clean so cannot fault that. Wide variety of food and entertainment every day.

Well....A little tired could do with some TLC. A lick of paint, sun beds renewing, the onsite kiosk has been shut this year apparently. Not a big issue for us. 10 minute walk to local small supermarket, 15 mins from old town and 30 mins from Paphos harbor.

We got this place at very low discount courtesy of Google filter search :) it was a whole apartment with two big rooms, kitchen and hall. Couldnt use the swimming pool as it was off season and it was already cold. Receptionist was kind enough to wait for 1 hour more though reception closes at 5PM and gave us a warm welcome and explained everything about the stay and shops nearby. Just one heads up...

Booked for New Year in Paphos. Despite the description of many facilities such as pool bar and cafe serving breakfast. These are not available from Nov to March. Thus should be reflected in the hotel blurb. You need to know that Cypriot teenagers are very noisy and party until 5am despite being asked at 2am to reduce the noise. Beautiful hotel in a great location, it is in the middle of the center and close to all key points such as bus stops. Owner of the hotel is very friendly and welcoming, facilitated an extra night very last minute without problems and let me leave my luggage in the hotel during a day trip after check out. Overall great experience, highly recommend anyone in Paphos to stay at this place.

An amazing dining experience at the restaurant. Beautiful courtyard and wonderful staff! Not to mention the dishes themselves which were mouthwatering. A heartwarming moment overall.

The location is good because the street is busy and has many shops and restaurants. The parking situation is not good though. The hotel grounds and rooms are outdated but mostly clean. The wifi is our room was basically non existent and there was no control over the air conditioning (just an on/off switch)

Some friends came to visit me in Cyprus due to the Baptism of my child and stayed in the hotel.
