The breakfast was particularly good, lots of choice and excellent service. The breakfast supervisor has it running like clockwork.
The hotel in general is excellent at customer service- very personable and chatty.

I love this hotel. It's the second time I've been here and I will definitely be coming back again. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The food is not bad (for vegans) and a tasty variety (for committed carnivores) and is plentiful for all. Yes, of course breakfast is the same buffet every day, but there is lots of choice, and it's mostly what you would expect from a hotel or top class B&B. The staff are really attentive and can never do too much for you. They seem to genuinely want people to have a lovely holiday. The setting couldn't be lovelier. Beautiful views over the bay, and the sunsets are spectacular. The small bay accessible from the hotel is run by a neighbouring hotel, but there's no need to pay for a lounger there when you can have a free one by the hotel pool, to return to when you've had a swim in the warm Mediterranean. I highly recommend Queens Bay Hotel if you want a holiday somewhere near Paphos!

It was an excellent holiday.
The hotel staff provides excellent service and attitude.
The food at breakfast with a large and delicious selection.
The rooms are pleasant and spacious.
The cleanliness of the hotel in the pool, in the common spaces and in the rooms is very good.
We had a great time and for that we want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Photos do not do this hotel justice, the views are stunning. Fantastic food and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. After checkout they offer you a spare room to shower and get ready for your flight home, more hotels should offer this service. Would definitely stay here if visiting Cyprus again.

I will start with the positives first.
The food was probably the best buffet food I've ever experienced at a hotel, it was of high quality and a great amount to choose from, so much so that after the first day we upgraded to AI from HB. The cleanliness of the hotel is second to none. It was kept spotless. The staff are very helpful, friendly and polite.
The swimming pool area is kept clean and tidy.
The sunsets are beautiful. You have to get a taxi or a bus to go anywhere else as the hotel is in a quiet area, which is what we wanted.
Unfortunately my room was disappointing. I had a great big bush outside my balcony with all building materials stored there. Anything we left on the balcony to dry was subsequently covered in birds dropping in the morning. It wasn't really good enough for a paying member of the public and really should have been at a discounted price.
If you want a sunbed by the pool you have to get there very early as they go quickly, luckily we don't like sitting by the pool.
Having said all that I would go back in a heart beat, just not in August, it was far too hot for me.

Blown away by the service and immaculate presentation of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and welcoming with a special mention to Mr Jimmy on reception who took the time to help us have the best holiday ever! The cleaning staff are 10/10, really take a pride in leaving our room absolutely spotless every day. The food was superb every single meal was outstanding! Highly recommend this hotel, we really have had the most amazing holiday. Many thanks to you all at the Queen’s Bay Hotel! We will see you again!

I am completely impressed with this hotel! The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The bed was quite comfy as well! I would say that the price of food and drinks was quite cheap for a hotel.The breakfast was very rich every morning! We overall had a fantastic stay! I recommend this hotel to everyone!

We loved our stay! The staff were very polite and prompt in their service. The rooms are cleaned and well maintained, as is the pool area. We went on a half board basis and both the breakfast and dinner buffets had lots of options, with tasty food and great variety. The beach nearby was also great. The only negative was a physiotherapist at the pool area giving out medical advice and trying to sell you things on the spot.
