This hotel is not one I would return to unfortunately, it’s satisfactory at best. Its saving grace was the good buffet spread, spacious rooms and pretty solid all-inclusive.

However, the pools get very warm after 10-11am and it’s like swimming in a hot tub. We left and went to the beach the last 2 days as we couldn’t stand the hotels pools. The main pool area in general has an air of neglect, with broken tiles all around the pool, with the cherry on top being the tiles that broke at the small kids pool and the hotel put a caution sign over the broken hole for 2 days instead of fixing it. This is obviously dangerous for the small kids that use the pool. In addition to that, there was stray towels and garbage all through the day and evening, with no one bothering to clean up.
As for our room, while spacious with a kitchenette and one bedroom with a living room, was not cleaned properly on our arrival, as we found stray hairs in all rooms, even in a kitchen drawer. The sheets had stains on them and the extractor in the bathroom was not working, and anyone can imagine how problematic that is. We told reception of the problem but no one bothered to come and check. The pool towels need replacing as most of them are ripped and frayed.
The evening entertainment we only saw one night, which was kids karaoke… after that night we left the hotel in the evenings.
It’s a shame because the food is good and the all inclusive nature of the hotel is good, but we personally could not stand staying at the hot pool all day, it was miserable.
