Great location. Close to main street Kudamm, transport and supermarket is across the road if you need anything.
Front desk lady was very friendly and helpful at check in.
Spacious, clean room and good wifi (on second floor).
Room facing the street is surprisingly quiet at night.
Window opens for fresh air.
Mini fridge is a plus.

It's an unashamedly middle market hotel close to Zoo station. The rooms are clean and have air-conditioning (handy during the recent, 33°C, heatwave). The staff are friendly, it has a bar, and there's plenty of restaurants and shops close by. I'd happily go again next time I'm in Berlin.

Nice, clean room! Got a room on the top floor which was quiet and comfortable. Great location with parking in the basement of the hotel.
The bed was a bit hard. The toilet seat kept sliding off which was a bit uncomfortable.

I am sorry to write such a review, but I have never been so disappointed and misunderstood. I had to move rooms because the internet was not working on 3 devices. It simply did not connect. The next room had an upload of 0.5 mb UPLOAD. No zoom or WhatsApp call possible. This is a 4 star hotel remind you. I told reception and the reply was that maybe I do too advanced stuff? Check the screenshot. If you need to do simple zoom calls or video meetings, forget getting this hotel. Welcome to 2024 Germany.

Very average in all aspects. Room decent size yet condition and cleanliness subpar for a “4 star hotel”. Location was ok, within walking distance to main shopping street.
Staff was friendly with exception to male bartender who told us we could not sit in bar side of lobby without ordering something from the bar…really? Female bartender was great.
Breakfast food was good, limited in choices but quality was decent. Again, staff in dining area was friendly.

Spacious room. Unfortunately AC was broken and sauna was out of order for the entire stay. I wouldn’t call this a 4 star hotel. 3 is max. Nothing was great. Everything just passable.

I was completely ignored by the staff after informing that the air conditioning wasn't working. They never provided a solution. (Room move or sending a technician)
They also entered my room without knocking twice. A violation of privacy that they took as it was nothing.
I had to check out earlier because of this and the front desk representative asked me to come back tomorrow for the refund.
When I went to the front desk I was informed that there was no record of the notes I left and the times that I went to the front desk to inform about the issue. They refused to refund not even the night that was not used because of the early departure.
Never in my life I've seen such unprofessional behaviour and lack of customer service.
Avoid this hotel at all cost
