I stayed from Saturday to Sunday for a regular trip. The location is excellent right in the city and very convenient for exploring.
The room was quiet and comfortable, with great soundproofing that kept the city noise out. The shower was also very good, with strong water pressure and consistent temperature.
The only drawback was the lack of a kettle and cups in the room. Hot water was available at reception, but having these in the room would have been more convenient.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay for a short trip. Great location and comfortable rooms, just missing a few small touches.

The hotel initially did not give us the room type we requested for, but we managed to change it the next day. The hotel breakfast was well organised. the rooms were clean and had enough space to stay comfortably.

My train got cancelled to Berlin so I could not get to the hotel. Asked for a refund but they did not get back to me. Just stole the money.

The only problem was that the floor had not been swept or cleaned. Dirt and crumbs. But the location was everything… it looked clean to be a hotel near the airport. Very convenient.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times in the past and usually had good experiences. Unfortunately, this last visit was very disappointing—mainly due to the conduct of the receptionist, Mr. H (an older gentleman at the front desk).
He was noticeably rude and dismissive from the moment I arrived. When my key card didn’t work, his only response was a careless “oops”—no apology. His overall attitude, especially toward foreign guests, felt cold and unwelcoming. Staff like Mr. H play a key role in shaping the guest experience, and unfortunately, his behavior left a very negative impression.
To make matters worse, I had booked a room with a queen bed and was given a twin room instead.
I paid to stay at this hotel—it’s not a free charity. The least I expect is respectful, professional service. Based on this visit, I’ve lost confidence in this hotel and won’t be returning.

Good hotel, especially its location.
It was a trip from work, but not business trip. Breakfast included.
I enjoyed the stay (Thursday- Sunday).
I just missed a cattle and cups in our room. However, it was possible to get a hot water at reception.
My compliments to the hotel, how it's settled with Breakfast and also how good Windows in a room are isolated! It was perfect.
Shower was also very good.

The hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance to Berlin Haufbanhoft and convenient for travellers who are travelling by train.
Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff and I was attended by Esmet who was friendly as helpful. Room was large, clean, air conditioning good and water pressure strong. Bed was comfortable too.
You can walk to Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag in 10 minutes and if you are game for walking around, you can reach Berlin Cathedral, Potsdamer Platz and Checkpoint Charlie around 45 minutes. Take a slow walk and enjoy sightseeing Berlin's great historical architecture. I took the walk and the weather was cool at 12°C and I thoroughly enjoyed the scenery.
Will return to stay at Intercity Berlin Haufbanhoft when I travel to Berlin.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Very quiet hotel for being so close to the station. My wife is a very light sleeper and had no issues. The location is great for being next to the Berlin Central Station. Had a fridge but no tea kettle. I did not opt for Breakfast because it was expensive compared to all the food options 5 minute walk away.
They won't hold your luggage for you if you are there too early or if you want to go out for the evening.. but maybe I wasn't on the right economic-status rooms when I asked.

Standard Room is great. Offer a big enounge space with 20 sqm. Breakfast is good enough,i love the pancake here. However if you pay on spot, it may cost more than book with the room.
It is 21 euro which is abit not value for money. Staff at the receiption has only 1 or 2 people during my check in and lady staff was not welcoming. She had a quick look and say no your name on booking and not even try to look at my booking that i am showing. Compare to other Intercity hotel which is prepared in advance.
