Nice hotel for a business stay..modern rooms. nice staff at reception very helpful.

It's clean enough and it is right next to the U8 line which will take you down to the main areas in Alexanderplatz. Local area maybe a little bit too outside of the city zone for some people.

Since I was only there one night a guest, I can't say much except, the welcome very friendly, the rooms were sufficient and clean. The Breakfast the next Morning was varied and plentiful.

The 2-star category, not more and not less. Staff very friendly, free Wi-Fi. Breakfast I can find in terms of quality-a little expensive. To reach the subway in 5 minutes on foot.

If you don't want to take advantage of the Hotel's car Park (relatively large), it get a little difficult Parking in the area. Restaurants in the direct surroundings

I give 4 star due to its a 3 star hotel. But the location is near to Messe and hotel recept is professional in service, language and providing directions

Great modern hotel in a very good location, walking distance from the City Centre. We stayed here in October 2016 and was very pleased with the value for money

Staff were excellent. Just everything was perfect.

Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. The rooms are small, but for a city like Berlin where you are out all day they are perfect. I was on the 7th floor, had a lovely balcony overlooking the city

The location is good, a few minutes walk from Alexanderplatz, there are good restaurants and food options outside the front door and the transport links are great. All in all, a fabulous stay, thank you

I stayed here four nights and was really pleased with everything. The staff are friendly, helpful and kind, particularly the reception and housekeeping staff who are polite and helpful

But that wasn't the hotel's fault, it was the booking platform's fault and the hotel did a great job of absorbing and solving it. The breakfast was very good, the rooms were large and clean

The view over the Spree was really nice. The location is good - the S-Bahn station and other public transport are within walking distance, but it is still quiet

Great comfort, the S-Bahn is 5 minutes walking and the tram is by the hotel entrance

If you need a cheap place to sleep in Berlin here you go. All you need for a very reasonable price. Located just in downtown, 10 minutes walk from the Brandenburg Gate

Okay rooms, great bathrooms and very close a few really great restaurants. Really nothing to complain about considering the price, but it is not very luxurious.

Facade was under construction at the time I stayed so the check in was at the hotel across the street. Neat and cozy hotel for a night and a shower

An old hotel but in a stable condition. We were a group of 6 and we were able to check in early as we had requested. The front desk staff was very friendly polite and courteous

Only thing which was not working properly at that time was the flush in room 402. They also serve breakfast which has a good spread for 11€ per head. The U station is 350m and the Berlin Tiergarten is 15 min walk

It was great. The only thing that was a bit annoying was having to change elevators every time you go. But otherwise, the staff was super friendly and the location was perfect. I'd happily go back.

Rooms Look nicer than I would have expected from the outside facade. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise; all items were refilled frequently and the Coffee was not bad. Location is very convenient for U-Bahn travel.

Nice clean rooms, great location if you need to be close to embassies. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and we'll worth having. Will definitely stay at Hotel Sylter again.

to get 100 bus near hotel or tube 2 blocks down directly to Alexander plaz so well positioned also a Netto across road for little food shop if you have a suit with kitchen

You can opt out of the breakfast as there is an abundance of cafes and restaurants around almost any hour. U-bahn station is just a minute away with the busy Kotbusser-Tor as a next one

Regardless, the room was comfortable with a large bed and had everything I needed - good lighting, air conditioning, large window, many power outlets, phone charger, mini-fridge, flat-screen TV, rain shower, fast WiFi

I used the hotel's gym, which was large and had a lot of good equipment. There is also a sauna and steam room, which looked very clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful

The hotel is located in a great area with a metro stop a few feet away, and several restaurants and a grocery store nearby. I would stay at this hotel again

Just got back from our stay here. Great hotel, air-con wasn’t great considering the heatwave but where in Europe is there great air-con. Had a view over the river which was great. Would stay again.

Swimming pool is not used by guests very often - so you can swim alone. for minus: Swimming pool is shared by Klinik - so it is not available all the time and is only pool without sauna or jacuzzi

If this hotel is 4*, has good garden, pool; but located on the hospital campus, so Parking can be difficult

Service was great and very friendly at serving breakfast. The only negative aspect is the air on the (really good looking) room and another strange aspect was the surrounding of the location

This hotel is set up next to the clinic and looks to be targeted to families of patients. But it is not a bad option if you are looking for a quiet room away from the city center.

Travel to Berlin, and staying at CAlma was our best experience. Excellent location, cleanliness U. But the best was the treatment from Abdel, he was very kind, he tried to communicate in Spanish and kept our bags

Everything was great. Unfortunately there is no parking for the car in the immediate vicinity. There is a parking garage about 7 minutes walk away for 17 EUR per day.

Actually two rooms connected with door arch and a bathroom. Room has absolutely enough space for four persons ( 2 adults and 2 children, age 13 and 17 years)

Positive points: The windows have excellent soundproofing, so even though my room faced the street, it was perfectly quiet inside. Great service upon arrival — the receptionist was very attentive, quick, and efficient

In my room found that shower holder was broken, mould on a windows, and a bit dirty walls (require painting). When I was checkin-out, told this issues to reception, and they thanked me for notice

Negative point: Only after settling in did I realize that my room didn’t have air conditioning. It seems the hotel was aware of this, as there was already a portable cooler in the room

Since I arrived late at night and stayed only one night, I didn’t bother asking for a room change, so I don’t know if there are rooms with air conditioning in the hotel

The room is spacious, the price and proximity to the city is a big plus. However the upkeep of bathroom is quite poor as there was visible mold and dust in the corners

- the sixth floor cannot be reached by the elevator and has stairs that could be difficult for seniors and children, moderate fall risk

One of the most elegant and nice hotel in the area, There seems to be a great feeling in this hotel. The food was great, the service was excellent and they have good collection of wines.

Underground Parking is available - important in the cold season

The room although basic has everything i needed it was spacious, comfortable and since i was on the forth floor it was quiet and away from traffic. The bathroom was very well kept and the shower was excellent

In this house is hotel, meeting center and the cinema. Everyday working staff was very friendly and they give many good advice to us. We ordered Double room but they give us Family room

House keeping turned my room over each day and did a great job which was nice to come back too each afternoon. The breakfast was basic but of a high standard for what was available

I stayed at hotel de france for three nights. I am british and was staying for work my German is awful but all the staff spoke excellent english

the room was clean and well presented but the bathroom was in need of an upgrade, mouldy walls above shower and shower plug was blocked and the bathroom had a sewage smell to it. Door was a little hard to unlock with key

It's not a high luxury space so don't expect that when you go. It was a place to pause and sleep for me and that's it. The breakfast room is on the top floor so you'll get a nice view over the old Tempelhof airport
