Directly between two UBahn station, very easy to get around. The block was quiet and had a nice little cafe directly across the street

Is well situated and the price is right. Walking distance to the metro. The staff is courteous and helpful. They offer breakfast but it is pricey.

The room was clean but limited on everything needed for a couple. I had to ask the front desk for extra towels. The room had a coffee maker, but only provided two capsules of coffee

Classic hotel with really nice rooms and great service. Small but nice pool and spa area. Located on Kuh’Damm, so not the hippest area, but a great central location with many restaurants and bars in the area.

Marlen at the front desk was phenomenal! She remembered us in our short stay and when we had an issue with the shower draining she promptly moved us to a new room! She made the experience awesome! She is what every employer wants in their staff!

Very useful! Location is good as well I was there in September for EPSC 2024 and was 10 minutes from the university, 10 minutes from central Berlin and around 30 minutes from the airport! Highly recommend!

Staff is super nice and helpful. Rooms are great with comfortable beds. Location is right next to shopping centers. Safe Parking for €12 a night 15sec away!!! Bathrooms are spotless

We enjoyed the serenity before going (and after returning) to the busy center of Berlin. We were with our car and choose to have parking place for which you have pay 20 euro's per night

Good location near Tegel airport. Clean place, try to get a room on the upper floors so you won't be bothered by the noise of cars on the stone floor. Staff are very helpful, but could be a bit friendlier. I'd come back.

There’s lots of shops and restaurants nearby so you’re not far away from the action, and it’s about a 15 min walk to the train that takes you into the city centre

The hotel has a nice place outside for people who smoke or just for fun, the weird side about the hotel was that the hotel staff spoke very poorly English but very well German and Russian, the cleaning maids were all Russian speaking

Clean rooms, nice staff, relatively small and the heating was not on staff persuade. Warm water, however, there was ;). Location is almost directly on the U-Bahn Station and very Central.

A bit confused with location of rooms SPA etc…

One entry per swipe and as I was only issued a single room key this meant it was impossible for friends to come over for a drink before heading out, or new friends to come back after a drink… Not that that was the focus of my visit, but had I known it to be the case I would not have booked this hotel

Very amicable. Great breakfast options.

For example, the pillows we had the first night were too thick for us and we woke up with stiff necks, when we mentioned this to reception, they immediately assured us they'd find us some thinner pillows and bring them to our room, which they did within just a few hours

As for the downside which is the only reason for 4 rather than 5 star rating, there is no kettle in our room and while the helpful staff will bring us several jugs of hot water for tea a day, reception is only staffed for a few hours during the day, mostly mornings

As an American on frequent travel for business this establishment was a welcome relief from the hotel chains. I believe it’s owner occupied and the staff does a great job of making you feel at home

Bed was comfy, shower was hot and breakfast was very fresh and lots to choose from. I had the Suite on the third floor and if traveling with my family I would have requested this again

The location is what we expected, a little away from the bussle and noise of the city centre and very close to some more green areas perfect for hiking and running

Best hotel for viewing an old city of Berlin. Got a lot of experience while staying there: traditional market of Chrismast, quite place, friendly staffs, and convenient room.

Downsides, our room as up 8 flights of stairs! Lugging our cases up there was exhausting! The website also says they have a luggage porter, which clearly they don't! The stairs were an issue during the holiday, once we were out there was no chance we would nip up for collect something we forgot! My friend counted the steps and there were 180 steps between the entrance and our room

Maybe they need to look at the drainage. The staff were polite and put drain cleaner down the drains but this still did not work and we just had to put up with it. Our bedroom began to stink too

There was a sound of droping water coming from the wall close to our room. Thanks to that I could not fall a sleep and because reception is open only till 22 I could not do anything

What we had was a twin room with 2 single beds! The room also had tilted ceilings which you had to manover around to get to the window, table and second bed

Great budget-friendly place to stay when you are exploring Berlin. It is set in a calm neighborhood but close to the train that takes you through all major touristic hotspots

The breakfast is not superb, but definitely has everything you need whether you are a savory or sweet type

Overall the Hotel is OK, Actually it is a converted high-rise building. The whole system is well monitored and the staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are very simple and for a stay of up to 8 people

Lage des Hotels ist wunderbar, S-Bahn ist schnell zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet. Betten waren gut, hatten nur eine sehr weiche Matratze

Das Frühstück war gut, mit 9€ pro Person aber recht teuer. WLAN ist auch für 2€ pro Gerät/24h verfügbar, was jedoch 3. Stock nicht mehr wirklich zu gebrauchen war

Even though my German is limited, I was made to feel welcome. The rooms were clean and spacious with a nice large bath. If you come in summer, be mindful that Berlin gets very warm and this place has no aircon

Very close to tram stop (goes to S Bahn stop for centre of Berlin). Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and hotel well looked after. Quite location and great stay.

You are right next to a bus stop that will take you to Marzhan Station and a tram line that will take you almost anywhere, even into the city center if you get the right one

Highly recommended for guests who have business in the Marzahn/Lichtenberg/Hellersdorf area or who simply want to enjoy the nearby “Gardens of the World”

The walls were also quite thin - i was woken up by my upstairs neighbour's snoring and toilet use. but there were earplugs in the hotel room so i didnt mind, though i think that guy was in need of some medical attention

Having read the reviews on here about it being a bit noisy on the front, we requested a rear inner courtyard room when we booked. This was acknowledged and actioned accordingly. The room was comfortable, lovely and clean

The room I booked was for 2 people, 2 clean single beds, nice pillow and duvet. Cooker, fridge, kettle and microwave available. Everything was very clean and perfect for a short stay!

Good hotel, looks pretty old from the outside but the lobby and rooms have been renewed recently. Breakfast was good but not excellent. Only had one complaint, and that is that not everyone speaks englisch in the hotel

We have tasted the újvári tyúkhúsleves, the fokhagymakrém leves, the harcsapaprikás túróscsuszával, the csirkapaprikás nokedlivel and the somlói galuska. The portions were big and the service was really good

The restaurant is not cheap, but not expensive either, we have got very good quality for the price, I can recommend it to anyone who wants to try real Hungarian food and not necessary "gulasch"

The variety on Hungarian dishes is overwhelming and the quality is just excellent. They have great draft beer, Hungarian Kräuterschnaps and a solid selection on different European wine

It’s a great hotel with a great location for a great price! I like the hardware of the hotel, the beds are comfy, there are great toiletries provided and the roof top terrace is also great! The location of the hotel is also great with being very close to the U8 that connects all major destinations and being close to the Spree and great restaurants as well

Great stay at the Circus Apartments! The apartment was spacious, clean and well stocked with essentials. Reception staff were very helpful during our stay.

If there was one critique it would only be that one bathroom has the hand held shower within a high bath which is not always suitable but the other bathroom was a flat walk in shower

This means anytime someone is taking a shower no one can use the toilet… quite inconvenient imo. side note: there seems to be no air conditioner in the rooms, it can be hot in summer

Lovely hostel and enjoyed sharing the room with the guests. Each dorm had its own kitchen and bathroom and it was clean and I felt safe. The bar downstairs is far from the rooms so it’s pretty quiet upstairs

The hostel is very close to Rosa-Luxembourg Platz which (right outside the door) which will enable you to take the U Bahn to Alexander platz and other places

This hotel is in a fun, busy area. If you like quiet I would recommend requesting a room that doesn't face the street as there's lot's of noise and activity. The room was great, the bathroom new with a fantastic shower

The shower was excellent. We didn't have breakfast, but I wouldn't recommend booking with breakfast. Service was excellent. The beds were also good.

The location was quite far out from the centre but the surrounding area created a nice atmosphere with plenty of places to eat and drink (would recommend having a currywurst from the place opposite!)

The room itself was very clean and the bathroom was nice but there was no kettle or extra pillows so it wasn’t very comfortable and the reading light was broken
