Positive points:
The windows have excellent soundproofing, so even though my room faced the street, it was perfectly quiet inside.
Great service upon arrival — the receptionist was very attentive, quick, and efficient.

Only after settling in did I realize that my room didn’t have air conditioning. It seems the hotel was aware of this, as there was already a portable cooler in the room. Since I arrived late at night and stayed only one night, I didn’t bother asking for a room change, so I don’t know if there are rooms with air conditioning in the hotel. But this is definitely something to check when booking during the summer.

Very Bad and Rude Help desk service. Room was really inorganised no Kettle no Tea/Coffe in Room, no exhaust Fan in Bathroom. Toilet seat too high.Breakfast I give 1 Star. Only Omelet and Boiled Wurst as a hot Bfast. Nothing special. Will never go there

Decent hotel but many things to consider.
- limited parking and very tight. My Ford Explorer can barely make it, inches to spare.
- Beds were comfortable and it was quiet enough to keep the windows open and that kept us cool at night.
- No laundry on site. I called ahead of time and I was told we could do our laundry which is not the case.
- the sixth floor cannot be reached by the elevator and has stairs that could be difficult for seniors and children, moderate fall risk.
- Breakfast is great!

The room is spacious, the price and proximity to the city is a big plus. However the upkeep of bathroom is quite poor as there was visible mold and dust in the corners. Also good to note that parking in the hotel premise is 24 euros per day.

In general hotel is very nice. In my room found that shower holder was broken, mould on a windows, and a bit dirty walls (require painting). When I was checkin-out, told this issues to reception, and they thanked me for notice. Breakfast is very good, calm place, bed was very nice, TV had more than 100 channels. Next time definitely will stay there. Nearby the hotel many small shops and cafe.

The Hotel is close to the Underground station U1 & U3.

Mildewy Bathroom
The place and location great. The staff is very nice. The only issue I had is the bathroom reeked of mildew. It was so pungent, I had to buy an air freshener for the bathroom. The smell was coming from the shower drain and the shower had black mold all over it. Since there is no central air, I understand, but a fan in the bathroom appeared to be there but not working. They really should fix it for $352.00 per night, had I known I would have stayed else where, The Quentin Hotel is a block away and is more “satisfactory”
