Whether you’re sightseeing or heading to meetings, everything is easily accessible. However, one downside was that I had to go downstairs every day to pay a €30 deposit, which was quite inconvenient and unnecessary

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and overall had a very comfortable experience. The biggest advantage is the location — it’s excellent and super convenient for getting around the city

From the buffet breakfast with a huge selection to please everybody to the very comfortable and quiet room, we had an awesome experience at this hotel. Everything is high quality and the service is top notch

Some of the best and longest sleep I’ve had in months. The air conditioning temperature and the comfort of the bed was incredible. The hotel was incredibly central to many museums and tourist destinations

That day, we got an early check-in! The room is very clean and cozy, with a beautifully decorated room. The neighborhood is very peaceful and relaxing. Walkable distance to tourist attractions

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They let me have a slightly late checkout so I can shower before leaving for the airport. The breakfast was delicious and varied

I definitely give this hotel a perfect score. The front desk lady was very friendly. She greeted me every day and never had an impatient tone

Good hotel clean and good breakfast quiet location in the centre, and close to a metro station, we were here for the tenth time and are very satisfied about this hotel

The hotel is very close to the Berlin Zoo —you can easily walk there, which is one of the main reasons I chose it

Even so, it was much better than expected, much better than the hotels of the same level and price I stayed in the Netherlands and Belgium in the first half of the year: there is a refrigerator, the toiletries are placed with a little care and freshness, the room is small but well-equipped, the transportation is convenient and the life is convenient

A very beautiful hidden hotel with a bit of an ancient feel. The aroma hits your nose as you enter the hotel and continues all the way to the room. But it's so strong that you might as well change the name to Aroma Hotel

Hosts were uniquely friendly and positive. The location was very very good - the center of the city. Just one recommendation is to eat earlier to take a good place outside of the building on the fresh air

It was easy to access from tram station, nice staffs. We have to use stairs from 7 to 8 floor, it can be hard. Guest kitchen was honestly messy and not clean, but it is the hostel

There was hair dryer, shower, there were everything that I needed

Lovely family rooms and a great breakfast.

I stayed there myself in a 4 bed dormitory room. It was an excellent room and I liked the service. But it is better to have a socket near the bed for charging

They have two usb charging ports near every beds but it is better to have a c port or a charging socket. Especially the staffs are always helpful

I am highly recommend it to whom who are looking for a cheap accommodation😊

It advertised the hotel as having a pool, but when I arrived it said the pool was unavailable. They did not seem interested in offering any compensation or alternative facilities

Very nice hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast was good, staff are very attentive and friendly, ready to help when requested. I was in and used the fitness room, swimming pool and sauna

There was a very noisy and smoking group of young men in the pool area, so we and other families had to leave

We were not staying at the hotel but stopped in after visiting Tiergarten for the day since Aqua was the closest bar and Tiago is the best bartender we’ve had since we’ve been to Berlin! Coming from the US this is the best dining experience and service we’ve had so far

Parkplaza offers an overall good experience with spacious rooms and services. The location is good, the S bahn station is around 800 m walk and the bus stops around 100 m away. Staffs and services are very good

Cristal clean, nicely decorated, very friendly persona. The hotel gives the feeling of a more expensive one and looks like it is fresh renovated. We got a room upgrade to an executive room and we loved it

The hotel is close to the S-Bahn (suburban train), shops, and sights/places to visit. The staff is very professional, kind, and smiling

I’ve stayed at Park Plaza Berlin twice, and every time I visit Berlin, I make sure to book here. The hotel is super clean, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the area is quiet yet very convenient

But I hadn't expected to have to list everything I needed doing :) I asked for fresh towels and coffee which I got, but the bins were also overflowing as it's been there a few days

The only thing I didn't like was the lack of an outlet/power socket next to the bed in the room where I stayed. Perhaps other rooms have outlets on both sides of the bed

Stayed there for 3 days on Christmas. The room is nice and big, the breakfast was good. It’s located in a very central area in Berlin, so we just walked everywhere. The staff is pleasant and helpful

What a lovely normal priced hotel near all the shops, restaurants and the zoo. Have been here twice and will absolutely return again. The girl at the reception was very helpful.

Food, stay, room and all other services were good here. Rooms were clean too. A very nice location in the city too. Overall had a really comfortable stay here.

Anyway i enjoyed and loved the hotel very clean and the lady who cleaned my room was really nice. 😊 Also the internet around the the meeting room and restaurant was very poor yet we had meetings to attend to

There was everything I need: a bed, a desk, free coffee, a tv, a desk etc. The bathroom was stacked with enough towels, shower gel, shampoo etc

The breakfasts are excellent. Super at hand,even two. To the underground of 7 minutes on foot. If anyone is interested porter Daniel says in Hebrew. פקיד קבלה דניאל מדבר עיברית

I had been doing a budget Europe trip and as my last day I wanted to go big, so I choose Sir Savoy and it was the best sleep in my life. Their mattresses are to die for

Great selection of drinks (about 10eur at least) and cigars (starting at about 8eur). The feeling of the place is completely unique

Wear a suit to feel worthy! The service is impeccable and I will surely return as often as I can. (not too often, cigars and alkohol are not healthy :p)

The wholesaler Phoenix had a loaded Team Forum: topic "gut bacteria". The lecture was very interesting and would be supported by the premises

The pillows were some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. It was a giant square flat thing? Really odd. Bathroom and room in general could have been cleaner if I’m honest. It wasn’t the cleanest at all

Very friendly staff, in the room clean , food delicious, plenty of space to relax. The only problem is the lack of parking space at the hotel, but this is the fault of the location. I highly recommend this hotel

I booked a double room and was given a twin, we did have to ask to have a double which they did accommodate, but felt like a hassle. The room itself is okay, we had a fridge which was helpful

My room is rather minimalistic - some would find it austere - and reminded me of an East Berlin hotel in the the 1980's. ("Checkpoint Charlie" is not far away

The hotel itself is quiet and the lobby/ reception was clean though. Overall it was an alright stay, but I would have had lower expectations if it was a 3 star

Located slightly off center - this ia a reasonably clean and quite hotel. Problematic Wfy - some phones require daily assistance at front desk

Very friendly staff, the Ostbahnhof station is only a 5-minute walk away (Rewe, and other Shops in the Ostbahnhof). Parking is available and the Spree river is right next to. Very good location and clean rooms.

Incredible value for money and our 8th floor room had everything we needed - lovely hot shower, tea and coffee making facilities, comfy bed (or should I say beds, as we had two doubles), TV and more than enough space, plus a view over the river

It was amazingly quiet at night too as long as we kept the window closed. Breakfast was good value at 15 euros, as there was plenty of choice and as it was a buffet you could eat as much or as little as you wanted

Booked mainly for location as we were going to a concert at the Mercedes Benz Arena some 15 minutes' walk away

Very handy too for the station, a mere 5 minutes' walk away

We ended up having to wait a while to get someone's attention to get us coffee and order eggs. We would have much preferred self service so weren't having to rely on staff, who were definitely doing their best

It has to be said though that public transport in the immediate vicinity of the hotel is limited. We checked in very early in the morning - but despite that, our room was already available

Its location right next to Tiergarten and the Berlin Zoo meant it felt like you were far away from the bustle of the city, even though you’re located in the central district of Berlin

We received a room with a huge terrace and a great view over Berlin. We also got breakfast on our arrival day, which was also a nice touch from the hotel

One last great detail is the hotel’s private entry to the Zoo, which we used one of the days. Some minuses during our stay - it is clear that the hotel is not brand new, and certain parts of the room could be renovated

The taps were a bit fiddly to get the hang of but fine once you work out how they work. The breakfast was great but did seem a little disorganised during busy periods

Great location, great staff, and comfortable rooms with good, clean bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay with our family, we booked 3 rooms at a great price, all next to each other. Pool area is small, yet relaxing

If you intend to stay at this hotel and go sightseeing I would buy days passes and then it does not matter. There is a supermarket across the road from the Hotel but restaurants are limited

The entrance doors were destroyed, and breakfast was 20(!) euro's per person per night. Location is great for people coming by car as it has free parking, and a U-bahn station right outside

Excellent room looking to the lake. Breakfast is rich, coffee so good and the view from the dining room exquisite. Great helpful and accommodating staff - they offer you a welcome drink - it is an energiser one

Location is so easy to find and close to public transport in many directions with plenty of transportation options to the city center. Kopenick is a quiet but history vibrant area

Hotel is a bit old but clean. Restaurant was really not fantastic. The salmon carpaccio came straight out the freezer and was still frozen with no taste, the gnocchi were ok but nothing special. Service was nice though.

Room modern yet classy Plenty to see in the local area from a number of big museums to nice little cafe bars and restaurants. Plenty of dining options nearby catering to all tastes and vegan options galore

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Really loved the breakfast in the buffet with a view. Staff are professional, polite and enjoyed my overall stay at this hotel because of the excellent service

Very nice boutique hotel in the centre of Berlin. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds and one of the best breakfasts I had in a hotel so far. A lot of vegetarian &vegan options. We will definitely come back 🫶🏻

Accessibility to the public very well. Location very quiet and green. Breakfast, Saturday until 9:30 PM. In most of the Hotels that we know of is on the weekend, Breakfast is served until 11:00

We recommend CapRivi for sunny days outdoors and the Daniele restaurant after a visit to Schloss Charlottenburg — very easy to walk to

The bed is comfortable and the natural light and wind were good. I would really stay there again

Not bad, an old building, 1982, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast would have been ok, but why such small plates and glasses? The glasses for the juice are so small it is not even one mouthful, its a shame there was no liquor for these shot glasses, everything so small, so annoying

Rooms are good and clean but no AC. The Internet was very bad in my room on the 5th floor. It was one of the worst internet connections I have experienced in a hotel. extremely low speed and it kept getting disconnected

Only factor bringing it down 2 stars are the mess in the dorm rooms/toilets which could have been avoided (dirty towels on floor, overflowing bins, no loo roll, hairs in sink) but we stayed there for 4 nights and the room was not cleaned once …

The room was small but clean, organized and enough for two friends, if we were not close it would have been problematic as the beds were too close to each other

The location is perfect to go walking to most of the touristic places. Our stay was lovely, the room was cleaned every day we requested and the personel in the reception was awesome and very helpful
