Our room was spacious clean and had a huge shower! We were on the ground floor. There was very little noise from people passing by. The bed was large and firm and they provided a fan for the extreme hot weather. Check in was simple, there was someone in reception tull 10pm. Our room was remade each day. Location was perfect. Close to German pubs, wine bar, souvenir shops and eateries. We were 400 metres from the train, city circle buses, the main square and all its delights. We loved our stay.

We booked a room for three people through Booking.com. The listing clearly stated check-in at 3 pm and checkout at 12 pm. For payment, we were redirected to the hotel’s “Arbio” website, where we also reserved parking for €20 per night.
What bothered me was that on the Arbio website, the checkout time was listed as 10 am, with late checkout available only for an extra fee. After messaging through Booking.com, we couldn’t come to an agreement. However, when we checked in, the receptionist confirmed that checkout was indeed at 12 pm.
Another point of frustration was when we called to ask about driving directly to the hotel (since it’s in the middle of the city). The staff member couldn’t give us a clear answer and seemed unsure herself and hung up on me. Also, despite paying through Arbio, Booking.com still shows the reservation as unpaid, which means I didn’t receive my Genius points.
On the positive side, the room itself was spacious, had a balcony, and was well equipped with towels, slippers, a hairdryer, plus snacks and drinks available for purchase.
The receptionist was very nice.

Impressive array of amenities and extremely affordable compared to many other hotels in the area...I have no idea why they are only a 3 star hotel, thst seems really too low. I have stayed in half a dozen hotels in this area at least, always choosing typically based on the price per night, and I was very surprised when I got there to find that it was cheaper than all the others id been to but still came with things like a fridge, insane shower water pressure, electric kettle, tower fan, a safe, slippers etc...also a (really good!) Hair dryer, free baggage storage after check out, and a bathroom than was bigger by itself than some of the flatshare rooms I've had here in Berlin. Also checkout is noon which is great and the area is lovely too.

Nice, clean, modern, comfortable place, in a pedestrian area with several shops and restaurants nearby. Relatively quiet area considering the proximity to the city. A short walk to U Bahn and S Bahn stations, so was very easy to get around the city. Friendly staff. No AC, so was a bit warm at times even with the windows open and using the fan provided in the room, but that’s to be expected in Germany.

What an amazing hotel! I arrived 3.5 hours before check-in and was able to go straight to our room because it was ready. I had a work meeting so this saved me dialling in from a coffee shop. The room was spacious easily accommodated the three of us, shower has great water pressure and constant hot water. Reception staff were lovely and welcoming offering recommendations if needed and cleaning staff were very kind too. The location was perfect for us, very accessible and at a great price.

This was a quiet, clean and very enjoyable place to stay. We had a lovely room and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was so convenient to walk to the main attractions and railway station. I would recommend this hotel and is particularly suited to couples.

My friends and I stayed in the 1st floor family room. The room was clean and the hotel was very close to the old town. The mattresses were on the softer side, which I didn't mind but some of my other friends were concerned about accidentally rolling off the bed.
Our one complaint was that the internet was spotty at best in our room, but it wasn't too much of a problem since we were out during most of the day.
