Great location, super friendly and helpful staff and nice rooms. The breakfast buffet was lovely, offering a good selection of breakfast classics and even chilled prosecco for a weekend brunch. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms very clean. I can very much recommend and personally very much enjoyed my stay!

It was the weirdest room I have ever stayed :D Locaiton is good, there are connections all over Berlin. My room was very clean. Breakfast is okay.

I am very satisfied about the services offered by Hotel 38. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the place was bright and clean, and even if the hotel is located in the centre of Berlin, the place was very quiet and pleasant. Lastly, breakfast contsisted of fresh and variety of food.

The rooms was good and generous but very noisy to a point its started to irritate. I have been told I will get only one bottle of water perday for 3 adults and if I need more than I need to buys from the market. I felt it's like hostel not a hotel. But the reception is kind a cooperative but give you the feel that they dont care about you. However the rest of the staff was good. The only reason to choose this hotel is due to its location as it is in the middle of the city.

I stayed 6 nights for business purposes and I really enjoyed my stay there. The room was small and it was totally enough for my needs. It is nicely decorated, very clean, quiet and the bathroom was spotless with a very nice shower. The breakfast was also very decent with juices, hot drinks, scrambled eggs, cheese etc. Overall, it is a good value for the price especially given the location which is very central. I would come back with pleasure!

Lovely place. We stayed here for one night and we absolutely loved it. Clean room, nice clean shower but there were no toothbrushes and a toothpaste, we had our own anyway :) It was quite at night so we had a great rest. Breakfast was really delicious with a lot of options to choose from. Staff was very kind to us. We will come again next time 😊

Pleasant atmosphere, clean rooms. Breakfast was more than I was allowed to, even though everything was set up, and guests at the tables were sitting. But I was too late. I would have expected for the (otherwise reasonable) price.

Bay immediately from the private account, although the assumption of costs, it was agreed & promised
- traveling on business, saves you about 5% tourism tax - which puts the Hotel in the bag
- Bathroom is renovated, with floor-level shower
- Fittings are cheap and significantly scuffed
Exhaust in the bathroom does not work
- Breakfast: quantity for price (4,80€) are OK, quality boils over poor (scrambled eggs dry, Kochei, total, rolls from the day before)
TV is very small and the TV Signal has a regular CD player to skip
- Elevator makes worrying, creaking noises
Wi - Fi does not work with Apple devices (tested many times with the MacBook, iPhone, iPad)

Beautiful hotel, convenient to the metro and to the centre. Breakfast, even for celiacs. Rooms are clean, not huge, but more than enough. Bathroom spacious and clean. Very friendly staff.
