Clean and warm room, comfortable to stay in. There was enough space to open a suitcase, though there is no kettle in the room.
The bed felt comfortable and we slept well. The shower pressure was good and hot water came out quickly.
The hotel is a bit far from the station but still within walking distance. It was quiet at night despite a main road nearby.
The location was convenient for visiting the Christmas markets, and there is a Lidl supermarket close to the hotel.
Check-in was smooth and the staff spoke English well.

super cozy to step into the lobby where there is a large bar and many opportunities to work out so you can sit by yourself. room is super nice with a good bed a few different pillows. receptionist was hard to understand. definitely a visit host

Was ok. Room was a little small. Loved having a king size bed but could have used a second chair in the room as we were two people and could have used face cloths. Male Housekeeper walked in unannounced, was uncomfortable. Main floor staff not too friendly. Beautiful decor on main lobby. About a 3.5 rating

Absolutely perfect location close to museum island. Easily accessible via the metro system and by foot from the main station (In my opinion)
Room was compact and comfortable, great bed with a fantastic view of the TV tower (I was room 7-18)
Bathroom was perfect with a fantastic shower. Would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. While the rooms are modest and compact, the service and location provides outstanding value for money. It has a really nice view of the city, breakfast is healthy, staff are friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay here and the design of the hotel is also eclectic and modern. Excellent bar as well. Close to all amenities and local transportation is very accessible to all major attractions.

Poor value-for-money. Service was unfriendly. Room was not cleaned properly. Towels were dirty. Cleaning staff tri⁷ed to enter the room despite the Do Not Disturb sign hanging on the door outside. No safety chain on the inside of the room door.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and it fell below my expectations of the Motel One brand.

Motel is the right name. Everything needed is in room but it is a tiny room, with no extra space to spare.
HOWEVER, the internet did NOT work at all on my Windows 11 setup which successfully runs wifi everywhere else. The wifi connection on my Apple iPhone could be made to work by the desk but NOT with standard procedure AT ALL. I am a computer geek. This is a REAL problem, enough so I could not work in my hotel room.
SERVICE about this issue was well intended and polite even friendly but useless. MORE TO THE POINT, no path to fixing the problem was given.
My advice DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL if you need RELIABLE wifi internet access

Good location, lovely hotel and the decor in the public reception area was cool and quirky! The room decor was basic and quite small, would have been good to carry the same theme throughout! Good location, next to metro station, near a Lidl and friendly staff!

Poor rooms. Cramped. Simply painting a very bog-standard, basic student accommodation block a pretty shade of blue, does not make it into a hotel. Very poor range of facilities. In essence, the only thing this place has going for it is its location.

I really liked it, basic but very comfortable room. Everything was clean working well. The location is fantastic. There are a lot of public areas and the feeling is great. Good value for your money.
