This hotel provided a perfect home base during my trip. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, ensuring restful nights. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens were fresh. I appreciated the complimentary bottled water and coffee maker in the room. The staff were courteous and went out of their way to accommodate my requests. Breakfast was served every morning with a wide range of choices, including fresh pastries, fruits, and hot items. The hotel is located near several restaurants and shops, making it convenient for meals and shopping. I also used the hotel’s laundry service, which was efficient and affordable. Overall, a wonderful stay.

I stayed here for two nights. The hotel is located near the train station, which was convenient for me. My room was clean, though the carpet could use an update. The bed was firm, which I prefer. The bathroom was clean with good water temperature. Staff were polite and check-in/check-out were quick. Breakfast was basic, but I appreciated the fresh bread and coffee.

The hotel room was really nice but service was so poor. Bcoz there was no telephone in the hotel room , no amenities provided by the hotel.
When we asked toothbrush then they said, u can come go to reception and pick🤦🏻♂️
Breakfast section was too tiny and had to pay 18€ only for some breads😀
But the view from room was wonderful

Good experience overall. The breakfast seems to be all organic, which is amazing, but was a bit all over the place, when busy. The room was small, but clean. The hairdryer didn't work and there was no phone in the room to call the reception and ask for a new one. The bar and the terrace on the 10th floor are worth a visit. The drinks are good, a nice assortment of gins they have there. A lot of greens and even beehives on the terrace. Service was a bit slow, but friendly. The location is perfect. Would stay here again.

Very good option in Berlin. Public transportation available for both S and U trains in less than a 5 minute walk. The bar in floor 10 is totally worth a visit, it has amazing views of Berlin. Rooms are small, but they are equipped with all the basic things you need. From here you can walk to the park, checkpoint Charlie, etc...

The only positive thing in this hotel/motel is the location and design. Too high rating.
The rooms are small and dirty and old, tv was not working one of the nights, toilet was running constantly, the soap pump was broken. And the top was a manager or security that stopped us in the lobby to prove to him we are from the hotel?! Extremely arrogant and disrespectful: I pay for this hotel, so I can enter in it, right? I read in the comment that this is common practice because of the rooftop-bar, when it is full, they stop people because it is too full upstairs. I can give you tip, Hotel Motel one, in order to improve your security, you can set your elevators with cards, no-one external to be able to go in the hotel levels….

Great location , rooms were small but very nice and neat. The terrace is amazing with views of Berlin.

Lot of problems when checking-in, management of reservations and invoices. Rooms are small and with no room for clothes. Still a lot to improve in customer experience. Nice terrace to have a drink.

Great hotel, rooftop bar was my favorite one for summer night! The elevator are super quick, but you feel nothing inside so that's why all top5 stars

Perfectly located hotel in the center of Berlin, very pleasant service, beautiful view from the higher floors. Great breakfast with a beautiful view of Berlin and its center. Trouble-free parking in the nearby garages, which are primarily intended for the Berlin Zoo. The rooms are smaller but absolutely sufficient for an overnight stay, and for that you get a perfect location in the center of Berlin from which you don't have to use public transport and you can walk everywhere. I recommend all visitors to the hotel to visit the bar located on the highest floors of the hotel, which has excellent service and a divine atmosphere.
