Hampton by Hilton City West Hotel

A fabulous hotel right in the centre of West Berlin. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast is outstanding, it’s a full buffet offering everything you can imagine. The best I’ve seen at a hotel. We would be happy to recommend staying here and will certainly be back in the future. Well done!

We stayed here for a city break booked via EasyJet. A great, very clean hotel and friendly staff. The room was clean and ready early for us which was great after a very early start. The hotel is well located for exploring Berlin with easy access to public transport and shops. Lots of local eateries around to choose from. It appeared nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast offered a good continental range to choose from along with a relaxing bar area for the evening. Thanks for a great stay.

It was a wonderful surprise. It was the smallest property of my trip so I wasn't super excited about this one.
Location was great. Several food options around.

Spacious room, good location, incredible service and big variety in breakfast. Very comfortable bed and pillows!
Many people here complain about the noise coming from the train but in my opinion there is good sound isolation if the windows are closed.

Spacious, clean room as per Hampton's usual standards. Breakfast selection very good with something for everyone. Even kids have their own wee corner. There is also an outdoor sitting area in the breakfast. Location good, short walk from train & subway station. Staff friendly. No noise at all from the rails next to the hotel when the window is closed.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. I appreciated their excellent service; I felt comfortable with my children, the room was spacious and well-maintained. They provided a free crib for my baby, and the breakfast was fantastic. Their quick response to our requests was commendable. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay, and I look forward to visiting them again soon.

No noise considering how close to the train line
Breakfast was a great choice but it was the same everyday.
Reception staff were not that welcoming and rude to one of my children when they were trying to pay for a bottle of water.
The guy behind the bar always made an effort to welcome us back at the end of the day.
Gym had great selection of equipment

Good position in city, great staff. Excellent breakfast with good rooms. Very clean. Some people may be bothered by noise from rail lines that run directly next to hotel.

This is usually my preferred hotel chain for work and sometimes I book here for my leisure time. Unfortunately the service wasn't great this time. When i arrived they forget my water (i am Silver member). Next day, I changed room because the one I had was in front of the railway, so it was super noice the whole night. They Lady that helped me, solved it but she was annoyed the whole time.
The following days everything was great, the stuff that was attending during breakfast was great! They made me look more positivity about the whole thing.
The location was great for me since I was attending an event in Berlin west. It is a very nice area.
The gym was great!
