First time in Berlin, with my family (4people, children of 6 years old). Very happy times, for example, the zoo day was wonderful and you go there by feet. Nice restaurants nearby, and so on...

Water from shower was flowing on the bathroom floor and we had to dry up every time.
Room cleaning has been once every 3 days. This was never mentioned at the time of the reservation.
Breakfast was really minimum. Only croyssants and coffe/milk. No tables to sit for breakfast, only counters.

We stayed 3 nights and the Public Trans gave us easy access to all the sites. SORAT is close to the U2 station so easy access to public transportation. Only a 5 minute walk. Our room was small and very pricey. I guess Berlin hotel pricing is now through the roof. The staff were very friendly and provided more towels on request and exchanged them whenever we asked. Cleaning comes every 3 days, but that is fine. We liked the crescent roll and coffee at breakfast. This was very convenient and the cappuccino was excellent. There was no A/C but for early June it was cool at night and we opened the windows which is normal. Overall we had a very good stay.

One word: amazing! The rooms were very clean and the service is 10+. Every night the woman that was working helped us with everything we needed and she was very kind to us.

Decent hotel, moderately comfortable and cozy for the price. A plus for the free coffee and cornetto that they offer for breakfast. Ok for business trips.

Terrific hotel - has everything that we needed. Clean with everything working well. Fresh croissants and good coffee included. Lovely staff - friendly and didn’t mind my lack of German. Bar downstairs. Comfortable and cosy. A hotel with warmth and character and great value for money in a vibrant location.

Racist at best, homophobic at worst. Take your pick. Shower waters smell like putrid rotten flesh. Old rooms, dark and dingey where beds were too hard, no bathtub and forget a double bed, it’s 2 singles joined together with a gap in between. We asked for a room in the photos but we got an old unrenovated room. Manager also was frowning and said that’s all we have. Too bad. So sad.

I am beyond satisfied for choosing this hotel.
The staff was very communicative and friendly, which was great as I was unable to speak German, but that didn't stop them!
The hotel is very beautiful and the room was not all that large, but it was more than enough for two people. Not to mention the extremely affordable price for a hotel that is in the heart of Berlin and cleanliness.
They even serve free croissants, tea and coffe every morning!

Very clean and nice hotel, in a great location near the zoo with very convenient transportation. The stuff is very nice and kind. I totally recommend.
Only thing missing is a mini fridge in the room.

Perfect location
Easily accessible with Metros
Clean and access with lift
Overall, it was perfect.
One star less because there was a huge line for check-in in the evening at 6 pm, it took 20 mins to get to the reception. If they can have more people at reception, that could improve.
