Very nice hotel with a fair price. It's basic but very clean. The rooms contain everything you need. The breakfast is very good. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is nice: within 15 minutes you walk to the center of Düsseldorf. The hotel is located in the Asian neighborhood. There are lots of great restaurants: Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Indian, etc. I can recommend Batavia hotel for a nice and affordable citytrip.

In walking distance to the main train station. Very well appointed rooms super clean

We were only one night on the way. We booked hoping to have parking, but we were inform that parking is full and we had to use other place to park which was more expensive . Room was without air-conditioning, which was not so nice during the heat. Breakfast was nice with good choice.

They have incompent people staffing their booking.com reservations who although they accepted my date change request, did not click 'accept' and because of this they had no more free space the day before I was supposed to arrive. They also declined to make a refund or change the date to a friendlier time. Scam-artists.

It was very clean, my room was great. Bed linen was spotless: Very caring staff. I was very satisfied.

We had a very nice spacious room and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Would definetly come back!

The room is clean and comfortable, but quite small. The elevator is too small for big suitcases. Price is quite cheap. There is a nice Chinese restaurant near by.

Small hotel converted from an apartment building. In theory it could be a decent boutique hotel, but having to wake up a half naked receptionist at 5:30 am when I'm in a hurry for my train, and having almost all the lights in my room cold white, really kills that feeling! Why cold white lights!? Why!!
