DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had till date. Booked a 2 night stay for a work trip and my train got cancelled to Düsseldorf. Sent the property a message through Booking.com informing them of this issue and said I will arrive the following day and will check in then. No response from them and the following day after arriving in Düsseldorf, they canceled my booking leaving me stranded. Called them and spoke to the rudest person who yelled at me saying I didn’t message them. After the call, I checked and they blocked me from messaging them, which means the guy didn’t check my message until in time clearly. Please avoid at all costs, for your own sake!

I've been to a lot of cheap hotels around the world and can confidently say this one is not worth it. My room constantly smelled like human feces, no matter how much I aired out. The bathroom ventilation and shower were jarringly loud. It's the kind of hotel where you feel like you have to disinfect your hands after touching anything.

I booked this place for two nights, next day when I was out one of the guy who works there breaks into my room unauthorised. They accused me using some kind of pint on the walk. Then asked for extra €60 euro if not I have to leave the hotel. AVOID AT ALL COST. NEVER GO HERE, HORRIBLE PEOPLE.

even your reply show that you take it personal. this review give you a chance to improve from your self not to attack the guest,
any how it was very bad experience compared with the other hotels in the area. never back again until you change your policy and provide clean Towels and shampoo and other stuff.

Late night druk noisy people in the hotel can’t sleep no fridge nasty bed sheet and hard parking to find and no manager was there...

I was in the time of 24.01.2016 to 29.01.2016 in the Hotel. On the first glance, everything was in order. The room was a little small, but I was just to Stay there . The bathroom as well as the decor of the rooms are quite new. Has been missing for me in the wardrobe, because I was a whole week there. Also, I would have been happy with a cosmetic mirror in the bathroom as well as a bottle of mineral water in the room. Which is now part of the Standard in a 3 star Hotel, I think. What I did not like at all was the cleanliness in the Hotel. The carpet was not vacuumed the whole week. Also in the bathroom between the shower and the toilet in a space, in which a minimum of 3-4 mm layer of dust was. That was very unappetizing. The worst part was that the towels I put on in the Morning to switch on the floor, put the evening together again to the radiator hung!! This is a real NO GO!!! Unfortunately, I can't recommend this Hotel. I can only hope that this criticism will improve!

The place was clean but the room service gave me back the towels I left on the floor. The restaurant has been closed down by the local authorities. There is not always someone at reception.
