Reviews
Also in Ellerstraße for the people who loves to try Moroccan food
When i was talking with the owners to check in they also started talking to eachother in another language so we couldnt understand what they where saying about us which is disrespectfull after i tried to explain about the room that was suposed to be a 2 person bed.
The sheets had mud in them, hairs everywhere, food leftovers on the floor. Strange stains on the walls and on the floors in the bathroom. My shoes even sticked to the floor. We went down to ask if they could clean it and replied they would but that night i came back it didnt change offcourse.
My newyear night and holiday in Dusseldorf was ruined and we had no other choice but to go home because these are no humane conditions to sleep in and if you can accept it for one night then also try to sleep with the noisy and drunk unfriendly guests running arround . Dont be naiïve to give this place a chance like i did.
It's hardly cleaned, the dust is still on the floor.
The bed is totally ruined, you cannot even sleep properly on it,you only feel the wood beneath you.
The water cooker I think it's from the 80's.
They never heard of cleaning the toilet and bathroom it's really the most worst .
Hotel Hell is probably better.
So my suggestion for all you people who read my post, skip this hotel/motel or whatever it might be called.
Also at 05:30 morning the alarm went of,nobody there to turn it off.
They arrived at 07:45 so 2,10H waiting for them to turn it off
There s nobody in this place to stay at night at the reception.
