I highly recommend this hotel in Fussen. It's in a great location, a 5-minute walk from the train station. The hotel also offers free tickets for the Fussen local bus, making travel convenient. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and all the staff are friendly and welcoming, dressed in traditional clothing. It's a warm and wonderful place! The breakfast is rich and varied, and the environment is elegant!

Good location about 5 to 10 minutes from Fussen station, about 10 to 15 minutes to main attractions in Fussen (e.g. Museum, Fussen castle). Breakfast was tasty. Room was spacious as well, however curtains need to be drawn as the room is facing the road. Otherwise good view, not too noisy when the windows are closed. They provide 2 bottles of water on arrival which is not topped up, also no kettle or other amenities in the room.
There is a guest laundry available which is 4 Euros and a dryer as well that’s also 4 Euros.
The stay comes with a complimentary Fussen Card which allows you to take the bus to the castles for free, and also have a discounted price at Fussen’s ticketed attractions.
Overall a good stay.

Good location and very comfortable for schloss Neuschwanstein trip. Car parking is very convenience.

Old historical hotel, but modern facilities. Friendly and pleasant staff. The location is great: right in the city center, opposite in 2 minutes walk bus stop to the castles. The hotel has a parking (free for guests), but on weekends it can be full. The view of the mountains from the room is wonderful

We had a great stay at this hotel! It's super cute, and the location couldn’t be better—just a 5-minute walk to the main downtown area. Plus, there's a big grocery store nearby, which was really convenient.
Our superior double room was nice, and they have breakfast buffet. They also gave us Füssen guest cards, which were awesome because they made all the city buses free and got us discounts on activities in the area.
The reception was good too—they even let us check in early. And I have to mention the pillows—properly thick and comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep.

Rooms are ok. We were given an unnecessary barrier-free room, which was a good size with a massive bathroom. If it was just room quality the hotel would not score great, but what really sells it is the location (superb) and the food. Breakfast pretty standard but dinner (we ate in the hotel two of the three nights we stayed) was delicious.

This is a perfect place to base yourself for a stay in Füssen. The hotel staff and the property's manager (Harald) are extremely attentive and professional - while the rooms themselves are recently renovated and very comfortable. The in house restaurant offers very creative takes on Bavarian classics with an emphasis on highlighting fantastic seasonal ingredients (ie chanterelles and pumpkins in autumn). Fully recommend this place and hope to stay again someday soon.
