Modern and very spacious rooms and architecture overall. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms quiet. The only thing to mention is that air-conditioning can be loud. The gym is small but very functional

Location is just perfect! Right in the center of Hamburg, close to the main shopping street, lots of places around in walking distance. You can get there easily by car, public transport and of course taxi

Great hotel, professional and kind service by the hotel staff. We came with a baby of 2 months old and they brought suitable accessories for him as well as baby shampoo

So make sure you're ahead of your schedule and calculate the time lost when waiting to be served. It seems they need to shortened the check-in/out procedures and have more people at the reception

Some quirky design decisions in the room (window between bedroom and bathroom, shower head pointed at hole in shower door) but all the services worked well. The staff were particularly amiable

Good place nice hotel and staff but rooms are not so good i couldn't sleep because of too loud from both sides lobby and Road. Also breakfast charges 14€ are too high.

Good hotel, near Berliner Tor S/U-bahn. Pool a little bit old, but functional, water not so warm. Playroom for kids in the basement. Bar also has a minor food menu, kids menu the same for both restaurants

The hotel is at a main Street with high traffic. To reduce the noise it has doubled windows at the rooms. The room 207 (double beds) is in a modern style and good for overnight-stay - even longer periods

It has a big flat-tv, a bar, a bathtub (with a glass for the shower), a uv-lamp and a hair-dryer. The breakfast was rich and of good quality, the service is nice and helpful

Was now for the third time in this Hotel. It is ideal for business visits as well as for a weekend trip in the Hanseatic city

Bed very small for the price I paid. But it was good because I wanted quietness after staying in hostel previous place. But other than that, it was way too small for the price I paid

I notice during breakfast the general manager walked by inspecting everything. That's probably why this hotel is spotless

The Reichshof Hotel offers a fantastic blend of historic charm and modern comfort. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, handling our check-in swiftly

The rooms are slightly outdated and a little bit musty. But the air conditioning works. The beds are a little bit hard. But the service is absolutely fantastic. I think it’s worth it overall

What could be improved? The room temperature in our room could have been colder; the temperature control was quite old, which made it hard to adjust accurately

It was a very small room overlooking a backyard, with a train line running right outside, making it noisy when the window was open

Rooms are getting old. The furniture and the mattresses should be renewed. Staff and rest of the facilities great. Location OK if you want to go that area, or can reach the s or u Bahn close to the hotel.

This hotel was quite good. I could move to any place conviniently by trains S1, S3 and U4.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights. A baby bed was arranged at the last minute. The hotel location is near to the bus stop and SBahn. The rooms were clean and there was timely housekeeping services

The saunas and swimming pool were also on par excellence with all of the details thought out including water. I wish the hotel lobby bar was open a little later and that it was a little cozier

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, spacious rooms with good beds. Fantastic location, close to the city center, the train station and shopping district. Breakfast was absolutely marvelous, with plenty of choice.

This made everything a little cramped in the room and was almost ready to ask for a „downgrade“ so we were not on top of each other. Probably not the right decision for a mid tier Bonvoy member upgrade

Very warm welcome from the front desk staff. Helpful. Room is standard for business trips, close to bus stops that connects easily to sbahn stations. Also reaches the fish market directly by bus in the morning.

Perfect location for me, but not ideal for tourism. The staff is friendly the facilities are good. A bit of a shame the stoped the offer to surrender a cleaning for a drink at the bar.

Specially the girl in the reception that speaks Spanish and the director of the hotel that helped look for another lost wallet. The rooms are big and bed is super comfortable

While the rooms we had were very nice, and extremely spacious, but make sure you have the outward facing ones, as the view to the inside isn't great. I attended a concert, purchased a vinyl and forget it in the room

Hotel staff are really cooperating and friendly (special thanks to Mona and Nam) location is 10 min walk from train station and 2 min walk from bus station, the area is very quiet and modern, room was really beyond my expectations, super clean and comfy, the hotel was 2-3 train stations from the airport (10 min) the hotel also can offer you the transportation to airport by a paid ride

Holiday Inn is always a good choice for business trip. The gym facilities are unparalleled, also the breakfast is abundant with different kinds of food you could enjoy.

Room keys got de-magnetized twice during my stay and I was blamed it was my fault because putting the key close to the mobile phone. No towel provided in the gym (1st case of any hotels I ever visited)

The special cocktails were ON POINT! The wait staff were super friendly and you can watch your food getting cooked in front of you. The price was a little expensive but I promise that the food was worth the price

Our particular thanks go to Darko the barman (hope he has recovered) who made us feel very welcome on Christmas Day, the breakfast team who looked after us every morning at the crack of dawn, and the receiption team who made it possible for us to extend our room into the evening of our departure day, despite it being New Year's Eve and the hotel being busy

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and while the rooms are a bit on the narrow side, the outstanding service more than makes up for it

The staff here are truly exceptional—by far the best service I have ever experienced in a hotel. From the moment we checked in, the reception team was welcoming, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile

It’s not on the side but at the back of the bed. You may hurt your head or back if you want to leaning. We don’t have the time to enjoy the sauna or fitness so nothing to share about this

Location: Bus stop in front of the hotel. You can reach the central station in half an hour. The hotel is quite clean, though the hotel itself is a bit old. The design of the bedside lamp is very uncomfortable

Convenient transportation and good service

Pleasant experience Pleasant hotel with normal-sized room. Comfortable bed, modern, clean bathroom, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Despite being on the street side, our room was extremely quiet

I don't know if this was meant as a joke or if they were meaning to be helpful, but given our room was right next to the dual carriageway which runs alongside one side of the hotel, this was not a solution as the noise from the traffic was horrendous (on the plus side, this showed that the sound proofing from the windows clearly worked well, just don't plan on leaving them open!)

I have immediate family who live in Hamburg so had planned to use this hotel on a regular basis but due to this recent experience I will now have to find a different hotel that actually provides the services that they list as available

Whilst I accept the outside temperature was cool, as with so many hotels the room itself remained hot and so the availability of air con was important to me, so much so that I only ever book a hotel if air con is listed as available

This is ridiculous; I don't care what the temperature is outside, I am sleeping inside, so it is the temparature inside the room where I am actually trying to sleep that is important

The rest of the hotel was fine; dinner was good although I found the breakfast very limited but appreciate that is just down to personal preference

Located in the city center, 10 minutes away from shopping streets, Lake Astor, and subway stations. The hotel breakfast is very rich, but there are too many people on Sunday morning

There is one problem: they require a small deposit of 50 euros per day, also not a problem, but their return is difficult and stretched out over time

Everything is fine, the hotel is decent, premium mass market, center, the restaurant at the hotel is convenient for morning breakfasts

Perhaps the hotel should immediately honestly include this deposit and daily tourist tax in the price on the website? With the combination of payment + deposit, you can choose a hotel of a much higher rank and rating

The breakfast was good, but not excellent

Our family (two parents and two adult children) stayed in this hotel for four nights at the end of June. We had room 321 on the third floor. The room was reasonably big and more than sufficient space for 4 persons

We have requested good cleaning (due to asthma and dust allergy) and it was done as requested. There is a parking garage under the hotel, but it works on the first come / first served basis (extra charge)

It is also easy to reach by car and right next to an underground stop, which links it directly to the very centre of Hamburg, and about 15 minutes walk from the massive, newly opened Westfield shopping centre

There was a metro line next to the hotel, and you appear in the city center in 5-6 minutes. The service was good, the receiptionists were very kind and aupportive. However, the beds were not very comfortable

We probably should have referred this problem to the hotel’s staff, but we just ended up opening the window for the remainder of our stay. The bathroom was of a reasonable size with good water pressure

The hotel is located in the city center with convenient transportation and parking. The hotel environment is very new and clean. There is also a coffee machine in the room. I will continue to stay next time

The room is not big, but very comfortable. The breakfast is rich and very good. There are many varieties, including Western breakfast. The service is also very attentive and free water is provided.

At the hotel the access to the bar and the restaurnat for breakfast is all flat as well and our room was spacious and well-adapted. The hotel is located directly next to the large university clinic in Hamburg-Eppendorf

To get to the harbour you just need to change once from that bs to tpo the underground, all wheelchair-accessible

There is a disabled-parking bay right in fron tof the entracne just for the hotel, but it also has a direct bus connection with a station at the doorstep to Hamburgs main train-station and the old town

Very comfortable hotel, big room, quite. Bathroom is nice and clean. Tasty, fresh breakfast. Good option during my business trip. I wouldn't need more.

The only downside is the maze of intersections and the easy mistake of crossing the street. The red brick warehouse isn't far away, as long as you navigate the complex streets near the train station

The room felt spacious and the decor was cool, with a Hamburg-inspired industrial vibe. I borrowed a kettle from the front desk, and the service was excellent and it was brought to me immediately

We had a nice stay, everything was super clean. We found the room a bit small for 4 people (2 adults 2 kids). Sofa bed wasn’t made so we called reception and someone came within 5MINS to fix this for us

We went around the corner the next day and had breakfast at the cafe for half the price. Overall we can recommend the hotel as rooms were clean, well situated for our stay and staff was friendly
