Modern and very spacious rooms and architecture overall. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms quiet. The only thing to mention is that air-conditioning can be loud. The gym is small but very functional

Location is just perfect! Right in the center of Hamburg, close to the main shopping street, lots of places around in walking distance. You can get there easily by car, public transport and of course taxi

Some quirky design decisions in the room (window between bedroom and bathroom, shower head pointed at hole in shower door) but all the services worked well. The staff were particularly amiable

Good place nice hotel and staff but rooms are not so good i couldn't sleep because of too loud from both sides lobby and Road. Also breakfast charges 14€ are too high.

Good hotel, near Berliner Tor S/U-bahn. Pool a little bit old, but functional, water not so warm. Playroom for kids in the basement. Bar also has a minor food menu, kids menu the same for both restaurants

The hotel is at a main Street with high traffic. To reduce the noise it has doubled windows at the rooms. The room 207 (double beds) is in a modern style and good for overnight-stay - even longer periods

It has a big flat-tv, a bar, a bathtub (with a glass for the shower), a uv-lamp and a hair-dryer. The breakfast was rich and of good quality, the service is nice and helpful

Was now for the third time in this Hotel. It is ideal for business visits as well as for a weekend trip in the Hanseatic city

Bed very small for the price I paid. But it was good because I wanted quietness after staying in hostel previous place. But other than that, it was way too small for the price I paid

Positioned 5 minutes from central train station and next to the lake. The metro is a short walk away. Staff was also very kind and helpful

Negative points: - free WiFi is slow - breakfast very expensive (23 euors!), but fortunately there is a good backerey in front of the hotel where one can have breakfast spending about 5 euros

Stayed for couple weeks few years back, it was clean, near to city and walking distance to company and clients offices. In evening plenty of busy restaurants nearby for good dinner choices.

Nice location in the middle of Hamburg. Every attraction (centre, Reeperbahn, harbour) can be reached in 5-10 minutes walk . Nice rooms and good breakfast. The Hotel-Bar could be better.

Tasty brake fast with wide selection and friendly staff (we met a polish lade who works there for more then 20 years and it was so sweet she came to say hello in polish)

Localization is great, near dozens of restaurants and pubs, and the standard room is very comfortable. The room is not noisy, even with the view on the street

Taking under consideration the price, the parking should be for free

The hotel lobby is quite nice for drinks or a meal as well. The XS apartment is quite small (like a college dorm room), but the clever layout makes it work for one person

I stayed at Ipartment more than a month, it is an excellent place place in a very good location. Highly recommend. Also, the on-site operation manager in the Hamburg facility was great and very helpful.

A very pleasant stay! I stood for 6 weeks in the xs apartment. It is small indeed, but really nicely and smartly furnished, so it didn't feel crumpy at all. Very nice view facing the old town

Beyond Mable, the furnishings and amenities with the apartment are quite nice. The apartments are on a private, top floor of a hotel, which was nice/made me feel safe

Rooms are fine and the hotel has parking facilities that accommodates a Toyota Land Cruiser. The restaurant was a pleasant experience, the meal was of high quality. Unfortunately it is closed on Sundays.

Way more than a hotel room, we got a fantastic little apartment, equipped with a mezzanine, desk space, fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful large balcony! The hotel was absolutely spotless down to the finest detail and hotel staff were friendly, helpful and informative! Would definitely stay here again if I returned to Hamburg

This is a fantastic location to host a business meeting with well-equipped meeting rooms. The staff is kind and accommodating to requests and our guests enjoyed their stay and the food.

We were very satisfied. Nice SPA area, great and rich breakfast and a nice room with Alster view. A little tip: the Alster cruises (Alsterkreuzfahrten) are included with the Room card.

To best describe it: Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten in Hamburg is an amazing five star hotel, a destination where true hospitality is celebrated by the hotel's uber passionate and service oriented team members and where traditional design integrates well into modern facilities and well-developed amenities

Check-in was friendly and efficient and also the Concierge was helpful in arranging last minute transportation (baby seats are hard to find in German taxis and we had a few problems during our trip! - luckily not here)

The staff at both restaurants was very kind and knowledgeable. Service: Finally, what i appreciated most was the fantastic service we received from all team members

The hotel had placed a baby cot into one of our rooms, including a baby bathrobe and cleaning amenities (even including diapers!!!) - in addition, also during our breakfast and dinner the team was very kind and supportive, looking after us extremely well

DIning: Despite Covid Restrictions, the Breakfast was outstanding and so was the dining venue. We loved especially the Steak that we ordered as part of our dinner

Shower head didn’t stay at set height and there were holes in the curtains. Housekeeping was excessive had 4-5 people knock on the door each day to do separate items I. bed/towels/coffee/water bit excessive

This is the second time I've stayed here - and it is a solid hotel. The rooms are decent, location is convenient, etc

Everything about this hotel was excellent!right from the reception rooms services as in everything was the best. The house keeping team hammer! We would just go for breakfast few minutes later the room is sparkling clean

It's about a 5-6 minute walk to the main train station, or 20 to either the Rathaus area or harbor areas. There's a Real grocery store across the street. The parking garage ice easy to get in and out of

The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is good and with a variety of food. The swimming pool is free of charge, you can even get slippers and a bathrobe at the reception, free of charge

The pool is a little cold which is fine if you first warm up in the sauna! The rooms are outdated and small though, you can hear your neighbours very well. It was clean, but they missed some cobwebs which looks sloppy

Came here not long ago to go to Pie Guys... Easily the best fish and chips in Hamburg. Tastes just like the good stuff we get back in the UK! Real quality 👌 And super friendly chef as well. Can't wait to come back soon.

Dinner was very nice and well priced. The Tower Top bar was very crowded on a Saturday night so we ended up in the Nautical themed pub downstairs and enjoyed it greatly.

Good hotel just outside the airport (15 min walk to the airport or 10 min walk to U1 station). The pool facilities are great, the bar/restaurant was ok (only had breakfast so can't comment on evening meals)

However it loses a star for me because the breakfast isn't worth it, there are plane noises (though it's not too noticeable), and there isn't a good view from outside. Aside from that, the hotel was to my liking

A lot of bronze and carpet but extremely clean, a lot of plugs, plenty of space in the shower and excellent WiFi. Unfortunately I couldn't give the breakfast or restaurant a try but they looked great!

If you’re attending a conference at the CCH, this is a great spot. But if you’re looking for something more central, this is not the place, though easily connected to the center by foot or train
