Modern and very spacious rooms and architecture overall. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms quiet. The only thing to mention is that air-conditioning can be loud. The gym is small but very functional

Location is just perfect! Right in the center of Hamburg, close to the main shopping street, lots of places around in walking distance. You can get there easily by car, public transport and of course taxi

Good place nice hotel and staff but rooms are not so good i couldn't sleep because of too loud from both sides lobby and Road. Also breakfast charges 14€ are too high.

Good hotel, near Berliner Tor S/U-bahn. Pool a little bit old, but functional, water not so warm. Playroom for kids in the basement. Bar also has a minor food menu, kids menu the same for both restaurants

The hotel is at a main Street with high traffic. To reduce the noise it has doubled windows at the rooms. The room 207 (double beds) is in a modern style and good for overnight-stay - even longer periods

It has a big flat-tv, a bar, a bathtub (with a glass for the shower), a uv-lamp and a hair-dryer. The breakfast was rich and of good quality, the service is nice and helpful

Was now for the third time in this Hotel. It is ideal for business visits as well as for a weekend trip in the Hanseatic city

Bed very small for the price I paid. But it was good because I wanted quietness after staying in hostel previous place. But other than that, it was way too small for the price I paid

The hotel bar at night was a bit of a disappointment as the bar team were very unprofessional and they have a good indoors swimming pool, a spa and fitness club. Room are comfortable and very a clean

Very convenient location: near the railway station. A large room with comfortable beds, a coffee machine and, which was very important for us, a bathroom where we could relax after a tiring journey

An easy walk to the Alster, the museums and the shopping district, and the main railway station is a minute or two from here, as well as all the fantastic local cafes and restaurants

Wanted to enjoy myself at this hotel and it was amazing! The room was big, we requested for a room with 4 guests and they had a sofa bed prepared for us aside for the king size bed

Breakfast is plentiful and first class, the rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms and good beds. I'll be staying here again on my next trip to Hamburg

This hotel was quite good. I could move to any place conviniently by trains S1, S3 and U4.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights. A baby bed was arranged at the last minute. The hotel location is near to the bus stop and SBahn. The rooms were clean and there was timely housekeeping services

Had a room with a bath, rare for European hotels!

Room keys got de-magnetized twice during my stay and I was blamed it was my fault because putting the key close to the mobile phone. No towel provided in the gym (1st case of any hotels I ever visited)

By 7:30pm I called a second time and they said it was still on its way and by 8:00pm it finally arrived! The next day we came back to our room that had been cleaned nicely, but all the dirty towels and bathrobs were gone and not replaced! Had to call the front desk for a 3rd time to request our bathrobes and towels be replaced so we could shower/bathe

While the rooms we had were very nice, and extremely spacious, but make sure you have the outward facing ones, as the view to the inside isn't great. I attended a concert, purchased a vinyl and forget it in the room

They were super kind and sent it to me via post, packaged extremely well and I received it without any damage

Shopping and options to buy water or healthy snacks are limited. The location is perfect if you are going to the Elb philharmonic halls, just a few meters across from the hotel on the 8th floor plaza

The pool is really cool and long enough to swim, sauna and steam sauna are also big and nice, relaxing area with a beautiful view into the Port

Standard of rooms as expected in a four-star hotel. Very good breakfast with variety of food. The free of charge gym and parking (next to the hotel) is a big advantage

Lovely, friendly modern hotel. Some early teething problems, but never mind. Blue sink light takes some getting used too and personally I like a bath tub, not just a shower.

The hotel has a very modern design, is located in a quiet area where is next to the Stadtpark. The U-Bahn is about 15 mins walk.

Price and quality goes Together. Nothing fancy, but fair Pricing.

One thing for business travelers: the working desk in the room is very small; there is a business corner somewhere, but I didn't visit it

This is the second time I've stayed here - and it is a solid hotel. The rooms are decent, location is convenient, etc

Hotel costs are in no relation to extremely expensive parking costs. Why? Service excellent, Breakfast quite okay, local beer and good Burger. Would recommend the Hotel except the costs for car parking

Very comfortable and quiet hotel for a good price. It is a bir far from the city center, but don’t worry, because you can easily take the bus 5 to Hbf or change to subway U3 to reach popular spots

To Build the fridge and Wardrob as a container was not a good idea. It wakes up kids or they want to play with it, as open and close and hit, to make much more noise

The quarrell you migh have is that the aircondition was sub par, particularly considering the hot days/evenings of July. Breakfast was good, but crazy crowdy after 9 (first day), but almost empty pre-8

Location wise the hotel is close the city center and the central station. Attractions like Speicherstadt are a bit further away but you can reach them on foot in 20 - 30 min. In summary I can recommend this hotel

No kettle to make coffee or tea in hotel room, even not a free bottle of water! You can choose water from minibar for 5€

They arrange the buffet in a U-shape with a servant who picks up the food you chose and place it on a tablet for you. When you got everything you wanted to eat, they hand you the tablet with everything you chose
