Nice hotel at the price point, breakfast is okay, kids are free with one adult, which for us (2+2) made it worth it. Service is professional. Easy parking.

We booked a room via booking, the hotel canceled during the night because according to them 7€ were missing even if the whole ammount was paid via Booking. After days of discussions we didnt get our money back.

We came in, and the receptionist just looked like a guest waiting for someone to expedite them.
He looked at us very confused that we came in at 1am.
We had already noted this, when we booked.
He just told us we couldn’t check in and that it was too late, where *I* had to tell him that I could do that.
He had to call 3 people to look up our reservation and then we were able to get in to our room.
The room was dirty, silverfish, dust on the shelves and the toilet wasn’t flushed.
That’s just gross.
I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is excellent, we had a room with a large double bed and a sofa bed, everything you need in the bathroom. There is a bus stop nearby that leads to the metro, it is quick to get to the center. There are also plenty of shops in the area. We are very satisfied.

I am well traveled and stayed in many hotels around the world, but this one amused me. The bathroom is tiny, and I had to back into the shower and dry myself in the door between the bedroom and bathroom. A joke, at best. My camper has a larger sink than what was provided, considering we were in one of the larger rooms. One would think that the designer would have put a few more square feet into the bathroom for a little more comfort.
The staff, for the most part, was helpful. But trying to get extra towels or TP after the cleaning staff left was impossible. I had to wait until the next morning and ask the housekeepers to get some extras.
Children playing in the hallways at night and some shady characters hanging out with the concierge was yet another contributing factor for the low score.
The breakfast was decent at best. Little variety on cold cuts and cheeses, which, by the way, tasted like something bought at a discounter.
Long story short, a good place to stay while on a short business trip or stay over, but not for the long term.

Everything was perfect. The rooms are small but very confortable and clean. The hosts are really friendly and efficient. Also breakfast is included. Thank you!

I was very satisfied, the rooms are very clean.
The bathroom is small but nice.
Lots of choice at breakfast:
Toast, black bread, several types of bread, cold cuts, cheese, etc.
Fresh fruit salad and good coffee. The staff was very nice. You can tell that I can only recommend this hotel.

My girlfriend and I stayed here overnight during our road trip after Scandinavia.
This is not a top neighborhood as booking.com makes it seem, but it is certainly not a bad neighborhood. It is next to a gas station which is actually also a small supermarket. There is also a Burger King.
The rooms are small but modern and clean. We also had our baby with us but we couldn't get a folding cot at first. This is because the room was too small. After we asked a second time for the cot, the receptionist gave the cot.
He was super friendly and went along to install it himself, we also noticed that the other staff were also very friendly.
The breakfast already had typical things you can find in a hotel. Nothing to note.

Where to begin? We get there, want to check in, get a room, go to the room, unlock the door and surprise, there was someone already there. Get another room.. We try it, it was locked.. And we finally get a 3rd room which was empty. Get it for the night. We wake up in the morning and ask ourselves why are we sitting in our own juice.. The room got so hot, you couldn't breath anymore. The bathroom was so small, that you couldn't turn around.. But yeah, it's a hotel and not a home.. It was ok for a night to sleep there but.. I will definitely try to avoid it the next time we visit Hamburg.. Sadly
