We realty liked this Ibis in Munich. Location didnt bother us and there is a tram stop very close to the hotel which takes you into the city center in a few stops including the train station. The room is a typical Ibis set up. We would stay here again

excellent stay at the Ibis Hotel: great and quiet rooms, hearty breakfast with a wide variety of food. The hotel staff is very helpful with various requests.

Staff is friendly and responsive and the breakfast is great. It works well for travelers who may be jetlagged.
But the mattress is all of 3 inches /7.5cm thick and has no structure, so the bed is basically a thin mattress topper on top of the boxspring. Not recommended for side sleepers.

It was cool choice. Hotel is in 10 minutes to main bus station. It was really comfortable. Also u can use s-lines to connect to the city centre or about 30 minutes walk.
In the room was not big, but had everything what we are expected. Maybe a little refrigerator or kettle to add in the future. Coz we don't take breakfast. It's expensive.

I stayed in Ibis- Hotel for 2 days, it was a really nice experience! The staff was really friendly, the receptionist Veronika helped me out with any kind of concerns! Will definitely stay here again.

Well located and cheap. Good soundproofing on the windows but the AC wasn't really doing anything so the room was uncomfortably hot most of the time, so we had to have the window open and didn't sleep well because of traffic noise.
You are given the two smallest and cheapest pillows I have ever seen in my life for a double bed, you can ask for more if you like, you'd probably need about 4 each to equal one normal pillow.
No kettle or coffee making facilities in room.
Room was clean, staff were good and it did the job for a cheap price, but it really was the absolute BARE minimum.

The overall experience was perfect, in every aspect. Great service , nice lobby, great location (15-20 min walking distance from city center) but very close to metro and tram. The only think i dint like was the smell of the towels in the room.

My wife and I stayed here for a few days while on our honeymoon. Our stay was during Oktoberfest so the daily rate was more expensive than normally I'm sure. The rooms are clean, as are the hallways, and remainder of the property. The front desk staff is helpful. They even set up a nice honeymoon display on the bed with two small bottles of sparkling champagne and faux rose petals, ready for we arrived. The check-in and check-out process is simple. The rooms, including the bathrooms, are a tad small. The only thing I wish we didn't have to do was keep asking the front desk for more towels, I wish housekeeping would bring them to the room. The hotel is also walking distance to the S-Bahn too. Our stay here was good.

Feels like this hotel is overrated. The lobby is great but the rooms are really lacking. They put us in one of accessible rooms but the bed was essentially on the floor. There were no towels in the bathrooms and the appliances were ancient. We tried to switch rooms but they wouldn't let us. Will not stay here again.

During my four night stay I couldn't connect to the WiFi because the signal in my room was too weak, even when using my laptop, which carries a powerful antenna. Complaining many times didn't get me anywhere, as they told me nothing could be done on their side and the hotel was fully booked.
The plastic chair in the room was extremely uncomfortable and really hurt my back after just a couple hours of sitting on it.
Lastly, the room was too cold. Even with the thermostat turned up to max.
This was a very bad experience. I should have spent a few euros more and booked a better place. Definitely won't fall for this again.
