Coffee Fellows Hotel München-Freiham in Munchen

Not as clean as I remembered it being on previous stay. Breakfast is a joke, skip it and head to one of the nearby bakeries instead.

First of all, the hotel staff were very rude, only a Palestinian lady was very nice when we first arrived, WiFi was Terrible, when ever I got inside my room the signal dropped, and when I asked to change my room, because I was on a business trip and needed to work, the response was we can’t do that while the boss is not here, you can work downstairs in the cafe!
The rooms were big enough and clean, but NO AC!!! They have a weird cooling system, I will attach a photo, which I think in hot summer days wouldn’t be efficient enough, luckily I stayed there for a couple of days in July but the weather was chilly.
They provided complimentary 2 bottles of water, their coffee in the cafe is really good, but not free!
They provide breakfast at an extra charge, didn’t try it.
Location wise it‘s about 20-25 minutes from Munich central if you take the S-Bahn.

The hotel is located near the train station, so it is convenient for taking the train. I stayed in an apartment, but the front desk staff gave me different explanations about the rules for changing towels and sheets. I was told that towels are free, but sheets were charged, but another front desk staff said that sheets were free.
