Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana - Adults Only Hotel

We stayed at the resort from June 14–20, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The service was exceptional, and the food was outstanding—honestly, some of the best I've ever had at an all-inclusive resort. The staff was attentive, and the dining options were diverse and high-quality.

However, I was disappointed with the alcohol selection. The resort advertised top-shelf liquors, but these were only available at the club level, which came at a premium that didn’t feel justified for what was offered. The standard bars had limited options, which was a letdown for those expecting a more upscale experience. Despite this, we still had an amazing time and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere.

One downside was the seaweed on the beach, which was particularly heavy during this time of year. It made swimming in the ocean unappealing, and the smell was noticeable. The resort made a commendable effort to clean it daily, but it wasn’t enough to make a significant difference. For future visits, I’d plan to return between November and March when seaweed is less of an issue.

Overall, a great stay with minor drawbacks. I’d recommend this resort, especially with proper expectations about the alcohol and beach conditions.

Staff were all very welcoming, every single restaurant we ate at exceeded all expectations. Definitely would go back!

The landscaping, grounds, and pools were very well kept and clean.
The room was very humid and stayed damp the entire time we were there. It wasn’t everyone’s room, but for some reason the room we stayed in had this issue.

This is the Chic-Fil-A of resorts! The staff was Amazing and the property is Beautiful! I’ve stayed here twice and I’m already looking to book here again soon!

This hotel is amazing!!! The design concept of the option to sit, lay or play anywhere and still feel apart of the resort is phenomenal. The hotel is beautiful with so many food options you can’t go hungry.

Drinks??? A little weak but it’s a vacation so hey!

The only downside was the seaweed at the beach. It was so much I never went into the water. However, the beach area and games were great!

I had travel for leisure and it was relaxing, exceptional service, amazing food with multiple options and as much alcohol as you may like. Plenty of activities and entertainment throughout the day. I stayed for 6 days and there was never a dull moment with Hyatt Zilara. We had an amazing time. When we needed a taxi, the concierge provided it to us in a timely manner. Ensured that we had an opportunity to visit popular excursions and ensured our safety every time we left the hotel. Definitely recommending.

My husband and two adult girls vacationed here and absolutely LOVED IT! From the amazing staff, the aesthetics of the resort, the food, restaurant decor and food, entertainment, and cleanliness, this resort exceeded all of our expectations. We have been on many all inclusive vacations, but this one blows all of them away. It was by far the best! I want to name some staff we came across that went over and beyond their job descriptions- Manuel- the entertainment director was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC- he made our trip so enjoyable and really got us involved in fun activities and events. He has a wonderful attitude. Anna Payano- in marketing and media was EXCEPTIONAL in our arrival and departure. From the moment we asked her a question when we arrived, she made sure we were welcomed with smiles and helpful tips and took us where we needed to go. She gave us her contact so we can reach out any time. Anthony at the Zilara buffet who makes the egg Benedict’s in back corner treated my husband like royalty and his dishes looked like they came out of a magazine. Ruben who also was at the buffet in Zilara was super helpful and friendly and always welcomed us with a great smile. The staff at this resort are spot on the way they treat the tourists. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful property and very friendly staff. The music at the pool is annoying. Too much upselling of services - felt badgered constantly. Not very relaxing because of those two things.

One of the best hotels we've ever been in. The location of this hotel is great. Not far from Punta Cana International Airport and close to some of the best beaches and water sports activities places. Our room was super comfortable and clean, with a great view of the ocean. Restaurants of this hotel are all beautiful, spacious, and offering a wide variety of high-quality and delicious foods. Swimming pools are very clean, with all kinds of services you might need. The hotel has its own white sand beach and water park too. All staff are super nice and friendly. There were also different kinds of cool entertainments and events happening every night. Oh, did I mention that it's all inclusive and we didn't pay a single extra fee for anything? That was one of the best parts of our trip.

Amazing place, amazing staff.

I came from another resort in Punta Cana, where on my last meal there, I got food poisoning. I would probably never get it if I just stayed here the entire time. I started feeling pretty sick on my first night here, and the staff did everything in their power to make me feel good, even though I was pretty sick the entire time.
We had a booking reservation problem, and they gave us a better room than the one we booked, with no extra charge.
I didn't want to pay for the doctor visit when I started feeling sick, and they offered the checkup for free.
They gave me a welcome-back gift when I arrived from the hospital.
They got me 3 bottles Gatorade in my room after I asked them I needed a hydration drink.

They really do everything to make you have a good time here, even if you're in a bad state.
