Food is amazing, room was spotless clean, staff was wonderful to us. They have a very cute gesture of putting their right hand on their hearts everytime they pass by guests. I thought this was a genuine, beautiful gesture of gratitude.
This was the best experience I've had in a resort and I'm truly happy with my stay beginning to end.

Ps: I'm gluten allergic and they have good options such as croissants, ciabatta bread and muffins for breakfast.

Absolutely 5-star luxury with 💯 top-tier customer service. From the moment you arrive, the lobby and stunning backdrop of the Caribbean Sea are truly jaw-dropping and breathtaking. A calming lavender or fresh fragrance welcomes you as it permeates the halls, elevators, and guest rooms, instantly setting a relaxing mood.

The Club experience check-in is both luxurious and effortless. It includes private check-in rooms, a welcome glass of margarita or champagne, and a delightful spread of hors d’oeuvres—meats, cheeses, crackers, fruits, cookies, and mini sandwiches. Concierge-style service makes verifying your room, completing registration, and providing credit card information feel seamless and stress-free. Must mention Angela Zorrilla Reservations Department who went above & beyond to ensure my Reservations were booked & setup correctly as I had multiple issues with my computer & she made it her mission to help me along with sales supervisor Angie Diaz. Antonio the bell man & Louis our butler is also to be recommended for excellent customer service. Thank you.

The resort features seven amazing themed restaurants: French, Italian, Japanese, Indian, two buffets, and a dinner theater. There are also multiple pool bars and grills throughout both the Hyatt Zilara and Hyatt Ziva resorts, with food and drinks available everywhere you turn.

This all-inclusive resort truly offers something for everyone—family-friendly activities for guests with small children on the Hyatt Ziva side, and adults-only, no-kids activities on the Hyatt Zilara side. Swimming options are endless, with four+ infinity pools, large heated jacuzzies, and the beautiful turquoise waters and white-sand beaches of the Caribbean Sea.

The butler service is next level—service on steroids! Simply send a text message and voilà—a butler responds immediately or appears right away. It’s amazing to always have someone available to assist and address anything you may need while on the property.

I cannot wait to return. Yes, it’s pricey, but absolutely worth every penny—money well spent for a vacation filled with luxury, style, and royal-level treatment. Love, love it!

I had an amazing stay at Hyatt Zilara and was truly impressed from start to finish. One of the best parts of staying at Zilara as an adult is being able to enjoy the amenities at both Zilara and Ziva, which gives you so many dining, pool, and activity options. The food exceeded my expectations across the board, especially for an all inclusive resort. Every meal felt thoughtful, elevated, and well executed.

The decor throughout the resort is next level and makes the entire property feel modern, stylish, and luxurious. Every space felt intentional and beautifully designed. The waterpark at Ziva is also fairly large and a huge plus, whether you are traveling with kids or just want to enjoy a fun afternoon. It adds so much value to the overall experience.

The staff were outstanding. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Anytime we needed directions or assistance, someone was always happy to guide us in the right direction and often even walk us there. The room was very comfortable and relaxing, making it easy to unwind after full days of activities.

I traveled with my female cousin and it was the perfect trip for us, but I would absolutely recommend this resort for family vacations as well. There were so many classes and activities offered that we were never bored. There was honestly nothing negative I could say about this resort, which says a lot because I travel frequently and stay at many all inclusive resorts. I cannot wait to come back.

We just returned from an incredible week at the Hyatt Zilara, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. The quality of the food and the variety of restaurants were outstanding—far beyond any other hotel we’ve stayed at. The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming, with an attention to detail that made us feel like part of the family.

We stayed in the Zilara section, which is adults-only, but the resort also offers the Ziva side for families. Every evening featured fantastic shows, along with surprise performances by talented artists in different areas of the resort.

Our room was spacious, spotless, and offered a breathtaking view of the beach and ocean. Housekeeping was impeccable, with daily cleaning, evening turndown service, and even midday visits to ensure we had everything we needed—water, towels, and more.

I highly recommend trying the Blind Butcher experience. This specialty restaurant, available at an additional cost, is absolutely worth it. The culinary experience was phenomenal, complemented by live performances every 15 minutes, including dancing and singing acts that made the evening unforgettable.

A big thank you as well to our butler, Osiris, for his attentiveness and availability throughout the week, and to Anthony and Daniela from The Pier restaurant for their outstanding service.

We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana! 5 nights was not enough! The property is stunning, the service was impeccable, and there’s plenty to do or relax. We loved Manuel with entertainment and Larissa our butler (included with Club Level)! I was waited on hand and foot! Very different from my normal life as a mom. We went for our anniversary and can’t wait to come back with our kids!!
The Ziva side has an amazing water park for kids! This property and staff blew my expectations out of the water!

We stayed at the resort from June 14–20, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The service was exceptional, and the food was outstanding—honestly, some of the best I've ever had at an all-inclusive resort. The staff was attentive, and the dining options were diverse and high-quality.

However, I was disappointed with the alcohol selection. The resort advertised top-shelf liquors, but these were only available at the club level, which came at a premium that didn’t feel justified for what was offered. The standard bars had limited options, which was a letdown for those expecting a more upscale experience. Despite this, we still had an amazing time and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere.

One downside was the seaweed on the beach, which was particularly heavy during this time of year. It made swimming in the ocean unappealing, and the smell was noticeable. The resort made a commendable effort to clean it daily, but it wasn’t enough to make a significant difference. For future visits, I’d plan to return between November and March when seaweed is less of an issue.

Overall, a great stay with minor drawbacks. I’d recommend this resort, especially with proper expectations about the alcohol and beach conditions.

Staff were all very welcoming, every single restaurant we ate at exceeded all expectations. Definitely would go back!

The landscaping, grounds, and pools were very well kept and clean.
The room was very humid and stayed damp the entire time we were there. It wasn’t everyone’s room, but for some reason the room we stayed in had this issue.

This is the Chic-Fil-A of resorts! The staff was Amazing and the property is Beautiful! I’ve stayed here twice and I’m already looking to book here again soon!

This hotel is amazing!!! The design concept of the option to sit, lay or play anywhere and still feel apart of the resort is phenomenal. The hotel is beautiful with so many food options you can’t go hungry.

Drinks??? A little weak but it’s a vacation so hey!

The only downside was the seaweed at the beach. It was so much I never went into the water. However, the beach area and games were great!


Staff was the absolute best!
