Great hotel to stay at with very friendly and welcoming staff with many variety of restaurants with different cuisines, outside pool/bar and private beach area, market and shops at the restaurant and many other activities. I have stayed here twice and i must say this is a good hotel with a very good all inclusive service but they should try incoperate a new unified outlet for all the rooms and try to rennovate all with better beds, automatic locking mechanism instead of carrying around keys and risk losing them, and actually blankets instead of thin sheets

All clean but no shampo or conditioner only liquid soap. Great place to be! Mesk is really helpful and its pleasure to be here! She makes sure that we are happy and enjoy the bar! The hotel is really clean and drinks are tasty! Oh and also the weather didn’t disappoint us. The beach is clean and water also.

Pyramisa was beautiful. It was so close to all the sights Luxor and Karnak temple the museums. The breakfast spread was amazing , I ate very well. Enjoyed the great variety and abundance as well as the omelette station. I enjoyed the fresh baked Egyptian bread. The restaurants the Italian one the food was delicious and very affordable. The room was a bit old, but the balcony view was great. You could watch hot air balloons in the morning across the way. The front desk manager was very kind and helped us with a few issues. Almost all my best memories in Luxor are tied to that balcony view.

Front desk was very accommodating, Mohammed gave me a room immediately when I walked in early morning and requested for early check-in. The hotel is located just beside KFC and there are many restaurants nearby. Very convenient and nice big garden and swimming pool that’s next to Nile River.

The hotel is closed to most attractions in Luxor. They kindly let us in our room earlier than check in time. My only complaint is that the water from the shower takes a long time to heat up
