Great service and friendly staff with a wonderful hospitality that gave me the feeling of being in my own place.
I highly recommend it because the staff are very nice and the hotel is fairly cheap but the food is very good and its close to downtown. You get good service and a clean room for a relatively cheap price.
The hotel's location is perfect, in the hotels' area at the city center, 10 min from Luxor Temple.
The staff was friendly, they allows us to do some mess in the hotel since we had some games and events.
The rooms were a disaster, the electricity plugs don't work and the TV is broken.
The room toilet doesn't have a "Shatafa" although we are in Egypt! And the water was cut several times a day.
The service was very bad, the rooms weren't cleaned during the 3 days! And the housekeeper refused to give me 2 toilet paper rolls telling me that "1 is enough".
The food was average, but one of my friends got an almost rotten mashed potatoes, and also one of the cooks refused to give me 2 eggs, telling me that "each guest only takes 1 which is enough"!!
Overall I rate the experience with 2 out of 5, I don't recommend that hotel unless you are in a big group or out of budget.
Cons: cheap food, annoying music, rooms are in very bad condition.

If you want a cheap overnight stay in the city center it might be okay. For everything else it is overpriced and not to be recommended.
