New hotel with good rooms and food, is located across the road from the hotel Beach Albatros Resort Hurghada. Family orientated with children. A common area with a Beach Albatros Garden resort Albatros Aqua Blue Resort - you can enjoy all the infrastructure, with the exception of restaurants (a la carte restaurants can be visited for an extra fee).

Location: 7 km from Hurghada airport, 9 km from the city centre, on the second line.
Consists of a main 1-storey building (reception) and complex 3-storey buildings.

Reviews
After a long day of traveling, we were eager to check in and rest. However, the receptionists were indifferent to our situation and told us to "go and get food & come back in 40 minutes." We made it clear that we just wanted to go to bed, but this was ignored.
When we finally received our room key, we weren't given a map to our room. We were told to wait for a bellboy, which took an unnecessary 20 minutes despite several standing around doing nothing.
Upon reaching our room, we found two single beds instead of a double bed, which is not ideal for a married couple. Reception was unhelpful, claiming the hotel was fully booked. It took speaking to management to eventually get this resolved.
We waited in reception for about 90 minutes for the holiday company rep, who never showed up.
The only staff members who didn't treat us like walking cash machines were the waiters and lifeguards. Their service was the sole highlight of our stay.
On-site shops were extremely overpriced. For example, a tube of Pringles cost £10, which is a far cry from the £1.50 price in local supermarkets. The excuse given was that they were "imported," which seemed absurd.
There were no consistent prices for late check-out within our group of 15, with each party being quoted different amounts.
Printing our return boarding passes was another issue. Initially, we were asked to pay £25 for the service, which felt like another attempt at a cash grab. We eventually got it done for free, but the whole process was frustrating.
The food was just okay, with limited variety.
Overall, our stay was marred by poor service, inconsistency, and a feeling of being constantly overcharged. We won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.
I had a disappointing experience at Bar Columbia. I ordered a cocktail, but it was served in a disposable cup, even though the bar had glassware available. When I asked for a glass, the bartender refused and became rude, seemingly because I didn’t leave a tip.It’s frustrating to see that tipping seems to matter more than proper service and respect for customers. If you don’t tip, you’re treated with indifference.Additionally, the ice cream station is located far away and hidden, requiring a long walk to reach it. Once there, you get a small scoop in a tiny cup, which does not meet expectations.
The staff’s attitude leaves much to be desired and negatively impacts the overall experience. It’s unfortunate that respect for customers depends on tipping, and the behavior of the employees is unacceptable. I hope management takes action to improve service quality and trains the staff to be professional and courteous, regardless of tips.
Reception team needs huge improvement, they are extremely weak compared to everyone else in the hotel.

Bad food. Every day is the same food.
In all inclusive with free ice creams you expect a huge amount of flavours. Only 2 were available, when not only one. And only between 15 and 17pm.
Fruits in very low variety. Once melons were hidden so we could not eat them.
Will NEVER go back again.
The hotel is spot on for a family with young kids and adults seeking some sunshine.
All the staff are very attentive to detail, from the gardeners to management.
The grounds and hotel are immaculate and are constantly being cleaned and the gardens being looked after.
Life guards at the pool are super friendly and very happy to play along with kids.
Hospitality staff are constantly working super hard in the heat around the poolside offering you drinks.
Food in the restaurants is a buffet style with a range of food each day. All presented perfectly.
We had a family room which was cleaned each day to a high standard. Cleanliness clearly runs throughout the hotel.
The room could do with a lick a paint in the bathroom but ultimately unless you were looking you wouldn't notice.
The hotel is linked to the aqua park which is perfect for the kids and older kids who like the bigger water slides. Again you feel safe with the life guards who are constantly on watch.
Gym facilities are super clean and the equipment is of good standard if you so desire to have a workout on holiday.
Kids club and the entertainment team really work hard all day in the heat to provide good entertainment for kids. Couldn't fault them.
Overall fabulous holiday and very much likely to return to get some winter sunshine.
Highly recommend this hotel. Keep up the good work!
