A common area with a Beach Albatros Garden resort Albatros Aqua Blue Resort - you can enjoy all the infrastructure, with the exception of restaurants (a la carte restaurants can be visited for an extra fee).

Reviews
In February, there were a lot of Russian tourists, most of them were families, especially children. It is not recommended for couples to come, it is suitable for families with children.
The food is nothing special, a bit monotonous, like the European version of the canteen, we went to the supermarket to eat outside and bought a lot of snacks and drinks.
-The high-end Colonies restaurant is delicious
-The room management manager on the floor is very good, and all services are provided quickly and enthusiastically
-The hotel is very convenient for pick-up and drop-off for sea activities
Things to improve:
-The Wifi is very weak and slow, and you can't see the pictures on your phone. The Wifi in the restaurant is often disconnected when you eat
-Overall, some employees give guests the feeling of being tired from their facial expressions, don't like their job, have no patience, and are a little perfunctory. They are not professional service industry personnel, and the jokes they tell are awkward
-The hotel does not have a sign to tell the restaurant address, you can consider using a QR code hotel map with positioning
-The TV in the room is not a smart TV
-There are many types of restaurants, but they are not delicious. Many dishes are steamed and taste too salty
-There are also fewer DJ dancing activities or some good movies in the evening
-The fresh juice machine can be upgraded, and the fried juice has too much foam
-Ice cream can consider putting movenpick types together with fresh juice
-There is no need for so many restaurants or types, you can focus on food and bars, and then improve the taste, texture and freshness
-Unify the staff uniforms
-There are several late night restaurants, but they put the leftovers in one place, so it's not really a late night snack.
After a long day of traveling, we were eager to check in and rest. However, the receptionists were indifferent to our situation and told us to "go and get food & come back in 40 minutes." We made it clear that we just wanted to go to bed, but this was ignored.
When we finally received our room key, we weren't given a map to our room. We were told to wait for a bellboy, which took an unnecessary 20 minutes despite several standing around doing nothing.
Upon reaching our room, we found two single beds instead of a double bed, which is not ideal for a married couple. Reception was unhelpful, claiming the hotel was fully booked. It took speaking to management to eventually get this resolved.
We waited in reception for about 90 minutes for the holiday company rep, who never showed up.
The only staff members who didn't treat us like walking cash machines were the waiters and lifeguards. Their service was the sole highlight of our stay.
On-site shops were extremely overpriced. For example, a tube of Pringles cost £10, which is a far cry from the £1.50 price in local supermarkets. The excuse given was that they were "imported," which seemed absurd.
There were no consistent prices for late check-out within our group of 15, with each party being quoted different amounts.
Printing our return boarding passes was another issue. Initially, we were asked to pay £25 for the service, which felt like another attempt at a cash grab. We eventually got it done for free, but the whole process was frustrating.
The food was just okay, with limited variety.
Overall, our stay was marred by poor service, inconsistency, and a feeling of being constantly overcharged. We won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.
I had a disappointing experience at Bar Columbia. I ordered a cocktail, but it was served in a disposable cup, even though the bar had glassware available. When I asked for a glass, the bartender refused and became rude, seemingly because I didn’t leave a tip.It’s frustrating to see that tipping seems to matter more than proper service and respect for customers. If you don’t tip, you’re treated with indifference.Additionally, the ice cream station is located far away and hidden, requiring a long walk to reach it. Once there, you get a small scoop in a tiny cup, which does not meet expectations.
The staff’s attitude leaves much to be desired and negatively impacts the overall experience. It’s unfortunate that respect for customers depends on tipping, and the behavior of the employees is unacceptable. I hope management takes action to improve service quality and trains the staff to be professional and courteous, regardless of tips.
