Consists of 1 main building (1st floor), 9 additional buildings (3 floors).

Beach: own sandy-pebbly. 1 a wooden pier. Entrance to the sea pebbles. The length of the beach is 40 m, Umbrellas, sunbeds and towels.
System "all inclusive" operates from 10:00-00:00, includes soft drinks and alcoholic drinks of local production. With charge: imported drinks, fresh juices.

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience at this hotel. The staff – especially the waiters – seemed unhappy, unmotivated, and often swore loudly in Arabic. You don’t feel welcome or well treated as a guest. It was also noticeable that German guests were clearly preferred, while others were often ignored.
The food was repetitive with little variety, and unfortunately, we even got food poisoning (diarrhea). Cleanliness and hygiene seem to be a serious issue here.
Another major problem: guests are usually first given a room in the old side building, which is outdated and in poor condition. Only after making a scene at the reception did we get a room in the main building – and we weren’t the only ones. Many other guests had the same issue. The modern rooms are kept back for unclear reasons.
Overall, everything felt careless and without any passion or proper service. For a hotel of this category, this is completely unacceptable.
We will definitely not return – a terrible experience we don’t want to repeat.
A special shout-out to the animation team – they encourage guests to join activities in a fun, friendly way without being pushy. There were different themed shows every evening that made the stay even more enjoyable. Another big plus: no problem finding a sunbed, whether by the pool or on the beach.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxation, great vibes, and professional service!
But what made the experience extra special was the staff (receptionist “specially Aya”, Animation Team, Room Service Team, each and every one) – they were the absolute best part of the trip! So friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable every single day.
Already missing it and definitely planning to come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun, relaxing getaway with top-notch service!

The food was excellent and diverse, we also enjoyed the different restaurants. As vegetarians we were pleasantly surprised by the restaurant with a lot of vegan choices.
Staff is very friendly.
