The hotel is located on the edge of the city, not far from the city of Hurghada. The facilities are a bit old, the environment is OK, the all-inclusive meals are not very good, and the soft drinks are diluted with water. Some waiters are very flattering and flattering to white people, and their attitude towards Chinese people is average.

The hotel I chose for a short stay in Hurghada city, the only advantage is that it is close to the sea. The service attitude of the whole hotel is very 👎, especially the waiters at the front desk and Italian restaurant, who acted as if they didn't hear what I said, and the staff in charge of luggage and lobby reception were very nice.
The hotel elevator and rooms have a strong body odor, mostly European and American elderly people, and there are also tourist groups. In short, it is not recommended.

This is not a 5* hotel the food is awful. Needs a good overhaul in the bathrooms and rooms need updating. All the staff are lovely and go out of their way to help. Pool area nice beach is only knee high so can't swim or snorkel. After 12am you have to pay for drinks even if you all inclusive

Let me start with the advantages. The hotel is in a good location with beautiful scenery. It is comfortable to sunbathe on the private beach. Three meals a day are included, which is cheap. High cost performance. The service is terrible. Eating is like eating in a cafeteria. You have to queue up to get food, and the food is monotonous. The food is almost the same after staying for 5 days. The most outrageous thing is that the landline in the room rang at 4 am for several consecutive days, making it impossible to rest.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and hope to return. I could have reduced my rating a bit for aspects that irritated me, but I did not because everything was OK in the end. First, I needed to pay about GBP12 for a week's wifi access. But with routers all over the place, the signal was excellent. Second, after about 3 days, they said my room had not been paid for. I booked through Love Holidays, who assured me it was fully paid. I think the Egyptian booking agent was playing games but I wasn't thrown out and I didn't have to pay anything. I think the hotel should avoid upsetting guests. The food is pretty good and I had no complaints. Freshly squeezed orange juice cost EUR2 and was not good, like they are using the wrong type of oranges! It was my 3rd visit to Egypt and the first time I didn't get food poisoning. The layout of the hotel is great and it feels like a 4 or 5 star hotel. The location is excellent being next door to a really good diving centre called 'Diving Around'. It's also within walking distance of downtown Hurghada.

Rooms could can be more clean , but in total everything was good. Food every day different but most of the food the same.
Animation team the best, a lot of attractions and entertainment. Made our stay the best.
Location is good and a lot excursion to choose.

Fantastic holiday with amazing, friendly staff throughout the hotel.
The restaurant staff are so helpful (especially mohamed) and eager to care for our vegetarian and vegan requirements.
The animation team are great fun and made our holiday extra special.
We loved the mixture of nationalities and cultures at the hotel.
Will definitely visit again ☀️🌟☀️🌟☀️
