Description
Spacious rooms with nice interiors. The hotel is set back from the beach, close to street Il of merkanto where to head out. The service is average, food is somewhat monotonous. Hotel for unpretentious tourists.

Location: Hadaba (Om El Sid), 5 km from the city Centre, 10 km from the famous Naama Bay and 17 km from the international airport of Sharm El Sheikh.
Consists of one three-storey building and one single storey block.
The hotel has 248 rooms.
Total area: 80 000 m2.
Two sandy beaches:
- sandy beach El Kaima beach 4 km away in the Bay of El Maya Bay. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach road runs. There is a Shuttle to the beach.
- the sandy beach of Sharm Reef 3 km from the hotel in RAS Um Sid. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach road runs. There is a Shuttle to the beach.
The hotel works on system "buffet Breakfast, half Board, all inclusive" (10:00 - 00:00). Breakfast on the roof (07:00 - 10:00), lunch (13:00 - 14:30) and dinner (19:00 - 21:30) - Breakfast buffet in the main restaurant for AI. Brunch (10:30 - 11:30).
The tea party (16:00 - 17:30). Fresh juices, alcoholic beverages manufactured, bottled drinks - for a fee. Ice cream (15:00 - 16:30) - 2 times a week during dinner, for free, on the roof of the hotel. Alcoholic drinks of local production - for free for AI.
On the hotel territory: 2 restaurants (1 a'la carte), 3 bar, 2 conference halls (to 250 persons), 4 outdoor pools (2 heated in winter), beauty salon, medical services, Laundry, elevators, email service, Internet cafe (charge), wireless Internet in lobby (extra charge)

Special mention goes to Abdul Hamid, the cleaning staff who was on stand by and made us feel comfortable at all times. Any requests we had was fulfilled without any issues by Abdul. Really warm and kind and went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met.

ROOMS bedsheets that hadn't been cleaned or changed. hairs on them .bathroom disgusting toilet and bath
The smell of raw sewerage and drain continuous from bathroom.
FOOD selection of fruit / bread . And some more unedible delights ..
This hotel should be avoided at all costs not a 5star

Thank you for a wonderful fantastic holiday,
The rooms reasonably spacious and clean. Very comfortable beds. Housekeeping have made a different model on the bed with the new towels everyday 😅.
The pools are clean (4 separate ones) two on the roof, at opposite ends so the adult relax pool is well away from the family one. For the two downstairs, the spa pool is mostly in the shade so good to relax in out of direct sunlight, the other in its own courtyard.
The spa itself was excellent, the services were well executed. The Sauna, steam room, gym and Hamon were all clean and well cared for.
But…. There are some rough edges here and there that make you question if it’s really a full five star experience.
The bathrooms need a refurb. Everything works, but the caulking round the bathtub is cracked and bits missing, the shower head is clean but the holder/casing is fixed and showing its age. It’s a tub with shower so at 6,3” I had to almost bend in half to get under it.
In the rooms, the cupboard doors are slightly out and don’t close neatly. The door card mechanism worked every time, but the mechanical part was a little warn and had a slight knack to open first time. The mini fridge works and is provided empty, and no option to have it filled. Water bottles are provided each day via housekeeping which are placed on the side so you need to pop back during the day to put in the fridge yourself if you want cold water for later/night.
All small things that do add up at times and make you go hmm. But would I stay here again? yes I would happily.
