Spacious rooms with nice interiors. The hotel is set back from the beach, close to street Il of merkanto where to head out. The service is average, food is somewhat monotonous. Hotel for unpretentious tourists.

Location: Hadaba (Om El Sid), 5 km from the city Centre, 10 km from the famous Naama Bay and 17 km from the international airport of Sharm El Sheikh.
Consists of one three-storey building and one single storey block.

The hotel works on system "buffet Breakfast, half Board, all inclusive" (10:00 - 00:00). Breakfast on the roof (07:00 - 10:00), lunch (13:00 - 14:30) and dinner (19:00 - 21:30) - Breakfast buffet in the main restaurant for AI. Brunch (10:30 - 11:30).

Check-in disaster: Upon arrival, the hotel had no record of our booking despite it being fully paid in advance for our group. This set the tone for the entire stay.
Room quality: One of our friends’ rooms absolutely reeked of smoke, even though a non-smoking room had been booked. When we asked to switch, the staff argued that the ashtray in the room was “not for smoking” and told us to “get used to the smell.” The shower in our room barely worked, with only a few weak streams of water. Housekeeping only made the beds—no fresh towels, no actual cleaning.
Food & drinks: By far the worst hotel dining experience I’ve ever had. The buffet area smelled terrible and looked unsanitary. Most of our group ended up eating only hard-boiled eggs for breakfast each day because everything else was inedible. Drinks were equally disappointing—only low-quality local alcohol in plastic bottles, limited wine, no variety. Drinks were served in flimsy kids-sized cups, and glasses were rarely provided even when we asked.
Noise: Every night we were kept awake until 2 a.m. due to extremely loud music and shouting over the microphone from rooftop bar events and performances. Forget about a good night’s rest here.
This hotel was a complete letdown on every level—rooms, food, service, and overall experience. I will never return and strongly recommend avoiding this place. You can easily find far better options in the same price range.
The hotel facilities overall are good, but unfortunately, the rooms are outdated and poorly maintained.
As for the restaurant, the variety of food is very limited. During our five-day stay, the three daily meals showed no noticeable changes or special dishes, which was quite disappointing.
The food was the same every single day — no variety, no change, just boring and repetitive meals. At check-in, the receptionist gave me the key before the room was even ready, and I had to wait until 4 PM to actually move in.
Room service staff were rude and unprofessional, and the overall attitude towards me as an Egyptian guest was noticeably worse compared to how they treated foreign tourists. But once I mentioned I had a foreign passport, the way they treated me changed completely — and that says a lot.
I would never stay here again, and I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone expecting decent service or basic cleanliness.
