Very nice place overall
Room furniture looks a little old but comfy
The family room is spacious but the regular is a little tiny , AC very good .
All clean but no shampo or conditioner only liquid soap.
Food :
Breakfast very good 10/10
Lunch there's a big room for improvement 5/10
Dinner is also very good 10/10
You get what you pay for :D
Free juices aren't that good at all

Soft sand , house of turtles was fascinating to see , but doesn't have any coral reefs or fish .
Pool was deep , only one pool , but not crowded at all , with a bar for cold drinks 👍🏻
Staff were very friendly , thanks for mr. Aziz at the reception and all the restaurant staff
Animation team mainly for kids , night shows are brief and activities not for egyptian guests as one of the team told us , if you're looking for a place with many activities it won't suit you
As I said overall a nice experience totally recommend ⭐️

I have stayed here twice and i must say this is a good hotel with a very good all inclusive service but they should try incoperate a new unified outlet for all the rooms and try to rennovate all with better beds, automatic locking mechanism instead of carrying around keys and risk losing them, and actually blankets instead of thin sheets

Scam “medical help” offered by hotel staff

I stayed at Paradise Abu Soma with my mother in July 2025. While on the beach, a man approached her claiming to be the hotel’s doctor and offered “free treatment covered by insurance.” Trusting the hotel, we agreed.
He applied some creams and sprays, but shortly after began demanding that we return the used products, insisting that the insurance didn’t actually cover anything.
It became clear that this was a scheme to extract money from guests under the pretense of medical care. When we tried to resolve the situation, the hotel offered no support — only pressure and blame.
During a conversation with the hotel’s general manager, we were told:
“This isn’t Rixos — everyone here wants to make money.”
That one sentence says everything about the hotel’s attitude toward guests.
Paradise Abu Soma is not a safe or trustworthy place to stay.
We felt deceived and vulnerable. Strongly not recommended.

What an amazing time at Paradise Abu Soma! Visiting in mid-July , the weather was fantastic for enjoying all the resort has to offer. We loved the easy access to the stunning Red Sea for some incredible snorkeling – the marine life is just spectacular. Whether you're into active water sports or just want to lounge by the beautiful pool and private beach, this place delivers. It’s a genuine paradise on Soma Bay!

Short description: hotel with everything in proximity: beach, sea, restaurant, bar, everything you want. Maybe one of the best hotels in Egypt in terms of price-quality ratio. Notes: restaurant - 5; staff - 5 (there was a 66-year-old waiter at the restaurant, Nabil - very smiling and professional); hotel rooms - 3.5 (some are renovated, but most are not); sun loungers + towels - 3. Conclusion: I would return to this hotel.

Sold as all-inclusive but this only applies to some food and some drinks and one bar, however bar prices are low such as eur3 for cocktail and eur1.5 for coffee. Booked sea view room was not available at late evening arrival so was given dirty unprepared room at back of complex, it took until 2pm the next day to be moved to a better room but still not as on booking. Hotel staff very good and helpful, seems the problems are with the Eqypt travel agency.

the hotel has only a nice beach , and the people who work on the beach they are very good and friendly . FOOD very poor and the Restaurant need more cleaning and It need more sterilization . Animation very poor and not polite, They push people to write good comments to review the hotel , the room is average and cleaning every day, The maintenance in the hotel is very poor . You can hear the noise of the restaurant door closing and the noise of the restaurant's central air conditioning fan without repairing in tow weeks . This is the worst vacation of my life.

Rooms are basic but clean. They are chalets , and if required, they will change sheets and towels daily. There is plenty of food to choose from. If you are looking for pizza and chips, this isn't for you. All staff are friendly and helpful. Beech is wonderful . Very peaceful, relaxing place to stay.

I'm staying 15 days in this hotel, and I'm absolutely amazed by the quality and the kindness of the staff and managing!!
There is a very good atmosphere here, the rooms are perfect, the quality of the room service has even some sense of humour by changing everyday there way of setting the Room
None but the least, the restaurant is a Pure pleasure (I'm french), I am everyday surprised by the quality of the various meals!!!
The swimming pool is super cool for morning swims, the garden around the rooms are delightful
I'm a Divemaster Scuba diver and I thoroughly recommend you as well the brand new diving center BLUE AQUA, German English and Arabic speaking, which is 5 mn walk from the hotel crossing the public beach (there is one in the hotel but they didn't propose me as many choices for the Dives packages..
All the equipment is brand new!!!

This resort is classed as a 4 star, but it's not even close to 4 stars.
Rooms look like they from the last century. the only thing you're going to find in the room is a small fridge and a tv( ours was cracked and you could just see half the image).
Food is not the best, just a handful of options and repetitive, basically every day on breakfast and lunch we had the same things , just on diner we had changes.
If you want cocktails or something else besides bear, no chance.
I had a rum and coke ( they use rum sirop, something that tastes like rum essence for cookies).
Staff are ok, but the guys from entertainment and the ones selling trips are chasing you everywhere, and they are a bit to " flirty ".
