The property is very clean and okay but communication was poor. They were very strict regarding visitors and they have to turn my friend away from visiting.

During my stay in Cairo, I found most places quite cold in winter, but this place had a heater, which was a relief. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was reasonably comfortable, so I had a good stay overall. However, the amenities were not great—the quality was lacking, and there were no toothbrush, toothpaste, or hairdryer provided.

Reception was friendly and welcoming.
Hospitality, assistance and service was exceptional. They really assisted as much as possible when asked.
Housekeeping made sure my unit was always clean and in good nick.
Please note the location is in the "New Cairo" area which is still developing and a bit of a way from the main tourist attractions. However, the area is safe and has many stores located close by which is significantly convenient.

This was such a great location in new Cairo next to two big malls and opposite AUC. They were very accommodative, responsive and the rooms were spacious and clean. It was a great bargain price too compared to airbnbs in the area.

Room was very spacious and clean. The manager was extremely helpful as well. There is a nice mall right next door with plenty of good restaurants to choose from.
