Great experience. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. They were very attentive about my allergies. The rooms were great. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Egypt. Thank you!

I’ve stayed in this hotel twice.
My second stay was brighter and much more comfortable with the help of Mahmoud the night manager of front desk and Abanoub who works as supervisor/manager in the restaurant.
They were ready to serve me anytime and with anything I would ask for.

Best hotel experience we ever had by far, thanks a million time to Mr Hamada the receptionist who made our time here so wonderful. You can be a nobody and being treated like a president.
The suite is amazing and I have no word to describe that crazy view.
Such a good sense of service !

Wonderful hotel in the cozy Zamalek area of Cairo, next to the Nile river and near the metro station. Very kind and helpful staff at the reception, restaurant, and gym. The rooms are very spacious and generous, looking out to the Nile. Overall a comfortable experience and would definitely recommend a visit!

The room is extremely small, very old and outdated. Feels dark and suffocated.
I did not enjoy my room or stay here, at all. However, The staff is extremely kind and served well. Very friendly staff and works to accommodate their guests.
I would not return to this hotel for the sake of the room.

Very bad and unprofessional management. I went there to reserve a dinner at their restaurant (three days ahead of the date). And I paid everything completely as a deposit using my credit card.
And on the next day, the manager of the restaurant called me telling me that either to change the date to the next day or to cancel it as there was a baptism ceremony there and the whole restaurant would be reserved.
I had to cancel as I couldn't change the date. While making the refund, they forced me to afford the POS settlement commission (which they should pay to the bank). It's really so annoying. I don't recommend it at all.
And on the next day, the manager of the restaurant called me telling me that either to change the date to the next day or to cancel it as there was a baptism ceremony there and the whole restaurant would be reserved.

Excellent location, quite, the room size Breakfast is a lot and varied, the room service is fast, the pool overlooks the Nile.
Safety in the hotel is high, very suitable for families. and respectable team, especially the sweet lady Ms. Dina .

Everything is amazing the staff ,service , room view , security , people , food, beverage and the Hotel it self with suitable location,
We were served by Abanoub, Fatima and Merna , and Hamada in the reception, they were very nice and helpful, I highly recommend this place .

The stuff is really freindly. Unfortunately the appartements need a lot of update. At night, it's really noisy. During the day it was also noisy because of the work at the hotel. The food is ok. A thank you for Dina for her kindness.

Lovely hotel. Fantastic view and great pool if you want a day use by the nile. Good for business and the food quality is excellent.
Parking can be challenging and parking in the hotel is very expensive.
