It is really an excellent hotel, in a quite area. Rooms are very clean, the food is excellent, with an abundant breakfast buffet, and the staff always perfect. Everytime I travel to Cairo, I enjoy staying in Safir hotel, it's an important part of my experience in Cairo.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff — especially Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Mohamed, and Miss Lida at the reception. They were always polite, helpful, and welcoming.

What really stands out about this hotel is that there’s absolutely no begging, pressure, or dishonesty — something that, unfortunately, is becoming common in many other places.
At Safir, guests are treated with respect, honesty, and genuine care, which makes the whole experience peaceful and enjoyable.

I also appreciate the flexibility and understanding of the staff at the main gate reception, who allowed me to extend my checkout time without any extra charge — a rare gesture that shows true hospitality.

The atmosphere is calm, safe, and elegant, and the overall service is excellent.
Honestly, Safir Hotel Cairo sets a real example of how a five-star hotel should treat its guests.

Very safe and beautiful hotel! The service is great and the stuff is so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is an oasis in the middle of busy Cairo. Especially Yasser and Hassan at the pool bar did a great job; they served fine food and drinks and made our stay ungorgettable.

Positive surprise: When we were picked up by a taxi or uber, the service stuff at the door collected the drivers' data so that we were safe and sound on all our trips.

A very professional stuff, from room service, to lounge and breakfast with very fast and lovely service by Nancy, kamilia, Mr abou Bakr, Ibrahim, Suzi, all in all was a great experience which I advice to have fir anyone touring in Cairo. SAFFIR, DOKKI is the best💜💜👍👍 will miss everyone in SAFFIR 💜👏💓

The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly. Nevertheless, the pool was not working and we were hoping to enjoy it.
