Ctrip's service is great, but the hotel is rather rigid. It's difficult to communicate with the front desk about upgrading the room or changing the room type. Although they can assist in calling a taxi, the charges are higher than the market price. The restaurant upstairs has a great view of the pyramids!

Great pyramid view from the breakfast area. The hotel is super convenient, just 200 meters from the pyramids. It offers excellent value for money compared to other nearby hotels. The staff were friendly. We arrived straight from the airport earlier than the official check-in time, and the front desk kindly allowed us to check in early, which was a huge plus. However, the surrounding environment and dining options are just average.

This hotel truly surpassed my expectations. Its location is excellent, just 50 meters downstairs from the entrance to the Giza Pyramids complex. Compared to the many shabby accommodations in the vicinity, it stood out as the only clean, well-kept, and rather upscale-looking hotel. It's exceptionally clean and tidy, the staff provides excellent service, and the rooms are comfortable, on par with standards expected of a good mid-range hotel chain. Our pyramid-view room offered direct views of the pyramids right from the window. The rooftop restaurant also boasts stunning, direct views of the Giza Pyramids. Breakfast was quite extensive; although predominantly Western fare, the roasted eggplant was particularly delicious. It's almost flawless. If I had to mention a minor point, the rooftop restaurant is quite expensive, with many dishes priced around 70-80 RMB. Luckily, more affordable dining options like KFC and Pizza Hut are conveniently located nearby.

Everything is great. Good locations to visit the Puranas. Just right outside the pyramid entrance. The view from the roof top is magnificent. Food was average.. but it’s edible. However, the only thing I like to mentioned is the amenities in the room isn’t too complete. We booked 2 rooms and Some of the rooms come w table lamp but the other doesn’t. Some of the room comes w plugs but another has no plugs at all so we request for a change of rooms. Couldn’t charge my phone or I have to sacrifice the Tv 🥲. So we asked for a change of rooms They also do not have hairdryer in the room and you need to ask for it. Of course they are very kind people but it’s just a hassle for customers. Another issues we encounter is the poor wifi connectivity and that gets into our nerves. Basically is weak connection thus it gets cut off or totally couldn’t locate the room number at all. Besides, room was comfortable and staff was very helpful and kind. I guess it’s consider a very good place to stay despite those little issues.

Fantastic location; great service especially from Aya and the team on the front desk. Comfy beds, good shower pressure, great restaurant. And above all the best views of the Pyramids and Sphinx from the roof terrace.

Our stay at the hotel was made extra special by Reda, the receptionist manager, who was incredibly welcoming and attentive to all our needs. The view, especially near the pyramids, was breathtaking! However, we did experience a bit of discomfort with the location as we were followed by some locals, which made us feel uneasy at times. That said, the hotel itself offered a great experience, and I would still recommend it to anyone visiting Egypt, especially if you're looking to stay close to the pyramids.

Got a bargain trip and this place is situated right in front of the pyramids. Rooms nice a clean and tidy. Breakfast was ok too.
