The management was sooooooo poor and extra fee for any and every thing, even the percentage of the credit card pay of the bank which there acount .
The air-condition of the restaurant is leaking all the time and water every where on the floor.
They just have a good view of the pyramids which you can see from any where near by .
The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean.
The only downsides were that the outlet holes were loose and difficult to insert, and the Wi-Fi sometimes didn't work well.
The hotel entrance is a little set back.
