This hotel is a shame for a 4 star ratings. I am a frequent traveler all over the world and have seen 2 star hotels with better offerings than this one.
I don’t know where to start but the biggest problem is extremely rude staff. The front desk receptionists need to be trained on how customer service should be done or fired.
Secondly, the room- the shower of the room was floored such that you are standing in a pool of filthy water, it does not drain. There was even a water leakage from the ceiling. Despite complaining for 4 days it was not fixed. We had to live with an infant in such unhygienic conditions.
There were MITES in the wardrobe too. Carpet was stinky.
The only person I found helpful was the cleaning lady. She was very sweet and amicable.
If you are reading a review that means you are smart enough so make a wise decision. Go somewhere else.

Location is very good and a lot of facilities around it, rooms are very clean, restaurant for breakfast is good .
The only bad experience with me when I didn't find water in the room I called the reception and informed my request and they informed they will send water , but they didn't.
Overall, it's ok for short staying periods.

The property is beautiful with a finesse of Egyptian art and culture. The food is great but this rating is poor just because of the behavior of reception staff. They don't understand that their tone of talking is rude. In hospitality sector, this is a sure shot deal breaker. I would rather stay at the Intercontinental which is near by.

Long story short. Requested non smoking room with tour operator after getting in late evening. Called front desk three times to get a non smoking room...nothing for an hour. Around 21:00 they gave us another room. Went on a four day tour of the south of Egypt. Stayed at this hotel per tour operator before our flight to Athens. They booked us the same smoking room they assigned us on our first stay there. It was near midnight and we were just too tired to change rooms. All our stuff has a scent of cigarettes. Very poorly managed and uncaring staff except for the bell hop who was truly sorry for the screw up.

Sadly I only stayed here for a night but we received really quick service. They asked to check our passports at the lobby. And then we identified our bags and were given the keycsrd to our room.
My room had a really good view of the pool and the rest of Cairo, it was really neat and everything was functional. Room service came quickly. The food tasted AMAZING. And communication with the staff wasn't too problematic given English isn't their first language we all tried our best to understand each other. They were kind and I enjoyed my short stay.
My friends on the other hand had quite a few issues with their room and plumbing so i'd say 4/5. All in all I had a really good time.

I’ve stayed at your hotel two months ago for two nights .. weeks later i discovered that I forgot one of my shoes in the room and when I contacted the hotel, the concierge office asked for my reservation details to check .. minutes late I recalled to provide additional data including room number, and the person on the phone immediately said that they have nothing! I admit my mistake but it happens! I think when you clean up a room after checkout, you have to call if you find something especially if it was a pair of shoes

Stay was very comfortable. Spacious rooms with all amenities and ample storage. Huge property with a restaurant and a 24/7 cafe. Great food with value for money. Located ideally: close to the airport, City stars mall and food nation. Pleasant and helpful staff. Will definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo.

Very friendly staff, Ahmed, mahmoud and Nada at the front desk were extremely helpful. The location is amazing, surrounded by amazing restaurants and a few minutes walk away from the star city mall. I'd definitely stay here again

We stayed in room 921 which had an amazing view, Ahmed, Nada and Mahmoud looked after us very much.
Tharwat and Islam helped our luggage when ever we needed.
The staff was kind and friendly. Breakfast comes with hotel which had amazing food had a great time and the hotel was fairly cheap. Would recommend for everyone!

Tgp was a very, very nice place to stay.. The checking was easy, everyone so professional and courteous... Nada (front desk) and Rana (guest relations) were especially helpful... My compliments to the buffet staff... The meals were amazing!
