Renaissance Cairo Mirage City Hotel in Cairo

A very good hotel. Warm and attentive staff, ready to accommodate any needs, and a full range of services inside, from restaurants to the pool and bars. Large and cozy rooms.

The staff were excellent, very welcoming and genuinely customer focused. We were greeted by Mr Ahmed at the reception, who was exceptionally polite, kind and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, ensured we were comfortable, and patiently answered all our questions, which made the overall experience very pleasant and reassuring.

Had a wonderful stay there for a week for a wedding. Location is great (near airport and close proximity to different popular areas in Cairo). Mr Hany Khalaf was very helpful and courteous and the hotel staff were all very professional. Also great service at the buffet restaurant and particular from Mr Tamer who was very helpful, especially when we were at the restaurant with our child and baby. Great selection of food and friendly staff, all led by Mr Tamer. Also very handy having a Starbucks on site!

Amazing stay. The Renaissance team works around the clock to make every guest feel comfortable and truly looked after. I also want to acknowledge a few people who genuinely made a difference during my stay—Tamer, Mariam at the buffet, Peter and Ahmed from housekeeping/room service, Mina and Mr. Mohamed Abdelkhalek at the front office, as well as Habiba and Amgad. Their warmth and professionalism really stood out.

I would like to share my best experience ,This is my 4th time as a guest at this hotel, “The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. Starting from Mr Mostafa the manager the front desk Ahmed Abdel Aziz, Amjad, Fady ,Jessica , , Ahmed frontlines , the concierge Mohamed Karem , sherif, wael , Haitham , Hashem, Mohamed , Salem , and all Mohamed's as well at the concierge , also I have to mention the restaurant staff Mr Tamer , Hager , chef Bishoy , Server Mostafa and Mina and Korlas and Chef Abdullah all The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable, From start to finish, the hotel management made us feel at home. Everything went smoothly and felt easy. Modern, positive, and welcoming. I had a great experience as always

The room was clean, l have the best House keeping Heba and her manager Mr Mohamed Ramadan were amazing as always , From the moment I entered, I felt the warm, welcoming energy. Staff greeted us with smiles, and the whole space felt like a calm retreat. The warm welcome from the staff made a big difference. The space felt friendly and relaxing, like a home away from home.

Overall I’m glad that I choose this hotel I will always be the most loyal guest

I liked the atmosphere here at the Renaissance Cairo Mirage .
My family and i felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff took really good care of everything. It was a refreshing escape.
