Renaissance Cairo Mirage City Hotel

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

Have an absolutely lovely stay at this hotel, and it's clear that excellent management is the key to this experience. The positive impact is evident in the entire staff, who were all exceptionally attentive and welcoming. A special thank you to the housekeeping team for keeping everything spotless, and the guest relations team for making our stay even more enjoyable. A big shout-out to Nourhan, who was fabulous and always ready to help with a smile. Her outstanding service truly made our stay memorable. Thank you to everyone for such a wonderful experience!"

Our large family group had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The food and beverages were satisfactory overall. The pool area was a particular highlight, providing endless entertainment for the children throughout the day. However, the poolside food and drink service could use improvement, as wait times were often lengthy.

Room service met our expectations, and the hotel's amenities were generally of good quality. We appreciated the range of facilities available to guests.

The main area for improvement we encountered was during check-in and check-out processes. Long queues formed due to insufficient staff at the reception desk, which was frustrating and time-consuming.

Despite this inconvenience, our family's overall experience was positive, with the hotel's strengths outweighing its weaknesses.

That was such a great stay. I was there on a business trip for a week and I never felt more cared for and appreciated than in this hotel. I've been to many hotels around the world, some were more fancy, some more modern, some had better food but nowhere did I meet that friendly and nice people working as staff (doesn't matter whether as housekeeper, Security, Reception, Manager or Lounge staff).
Perhaps the best example for this was the second day of my stay. I was sitting by the pool working and got an email requesting a feedback on my experience so far (I'm a Marriot Bonvoy member). So I took some time to write a feedback containing the good things and some minor "grievances" and one thing that really bothered me. And then something happened I never experienced at this scale before: not even 1 hour later a waiter comes to my table at the pool bar and asked if I have some minutes the manager would like to speak with me. He had my email printed out with him and went with me through the whole thing point by point and rectified everything even the most minor thing. Never had this before. The rest of the stay was just perfect.
You'll notice that I don't write any names here which is on purpose as there was nobody I want to single out, everyone of them was amazing.

Always stay at this lovely hotel for my transit stops in Cairo. Very efficient and elegant hotel. Location is amazing and the rooms and amenities are best in class. Highly recommend and will stay there again, I had a stay there, room was amazing with a beautiful pool view. Every team member was polite and courteous for help.With that said, this Hotel is absolutely by far the best customer service-oriented hotel I've ever stayed in my entire life. I have travelled extensively around the globe and the staff at this hotel will go above and beyond for its guests.
The level of attention to detail and cleanliness of the housekeeping staff is second-to-none.
I have repeatedly stayed at this hotel over the past 5 years and they always cater to my dietary and comfort needs.
The concierge service is always ready to accommodate your entretainment and dining reservations.
The breakfast just amazing.

My review is mainly for the meeting room we booking for a business meeting in 25th July

The room was with no internet connection and we kept nagging back and forth to convince them to give us access.

The coffee corner was so poor
We requested to add extra flip chart , they said we will charge you extra fees !!

Renaissance Mirage exceeded all my expectations! From the warm reception to the impeccable service, every moment felt truly special. A huge shoutout to Mr. Mohammad Abdel Khalil for his outstanding assistance throughout my stay. The restaurant, led by Mr. George, served the most divine pizza I've ever tasted. The housekeeping team was not only super helpful but also incredibly polite. Without a doubt, I'll be returning 100%. The convenient and punctual shuttle service to the airport was the cherry on top of a perfect stay. Can't recommend this place enough! Five stars all the way

Quiet hotel at quiet neighborhood, near to the airport at new Cairo area. Breakfast was very good and the lounge at top floor was nice. Service level can be improved, security measures are high and you feel safe here. The best part is that you can use even JW Marriott facilities which is next to it when you are here as it’s part of same group.

The stay was OK. Being platinum elite. The staff did take the necessary steps to make my stay more enjoyable. The pool is heated so great to swim in the mornings. The gym is small ywt fully equipped. The food is ok. The business lounge has some fresh and some really stale sweets so try tasting first. Would be great if the airport transfer guys stopped asking for tips.
