All staff have been helpful and polite. Rooms are OK, air con is great the cleaners are lovely.
I'd say the lack of ice and sometimes running out of Pepsi was a let down for us as a family who like ice in our drinks and like a fizzy coke.
Staff very friendly will help in anyway they can.
Location is perfect. Shops across the road and a 20min taxi into soho.
Pools are always clean. Sunbeds are hit and miss but the lifeguards will try their best to locate some for you.
Beach is a 10 min walk through beach hotel. Snorkeling off the jetty is a must, so many fish to see 😊
Will definitely stay again.
