My first impression of the hotel was the look of it when checking in. It looks nice! Then I got to my room…. Luckily I was only staying for the one night. Nothing in the room worked! The tv, thermostat, power outlets and only two lights worked in the whole place. The bathroom was dark. There was a phone barely hanging on by the cord next to the toilet…. You could hear the dial tone all night. For breakfast they said it wasn’t included, but when checking in they said it was. The dining area was dirty and the serving area was dirty. They acted bothered when we asked if they could hold our luggage in the luggage room (closet) because they had to hold other people’s luggage. When we got back our bags were still the only ones in there. Not very friendly.would only recommend if you only need a bed.

Don’t believe in this hotel, almost 5 stars reviews are fake. They came from bots with just have 1-2 reviews only. How could you stay in a hotel that bought fake reviews to scam clients? Let check all the 1 star reviews for the truth!
We encountered some issues during our stay. Despite booking a double bed, we were given a room with two single beds. The room also had a noticeable smoke smell, which was unpleasant. Additionally, while the booking price was for two persons, we were unexpectedly charged extra for breakfast for the second guest???
Basic amenities were also lacking: there was no toothpaste provided, and the shower could not be turned on because the faucet was stuck. Unfortunately, the staff was not very helpful in addressing these problems.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Cairo Airport. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. A special thanks to Yasmin from Guest Relations, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and Shams at the front desk for her warm welcome and helpfulness. Their exceptional service made my stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I am very grateful to the staff at the Novotel Cairo Airport for helping me to recover some items I accidently left behind in my room. The housekeeping found them, set them aside with an identifier at the Lost & Found. The reception staff and the manager of the hotel were then able to return the items to me. THANK YOU SO MUCH! And throughout the entire process they were all polite, helpful and courteous, as well as not making me feel stupid for my mistake. I would like to send a big compliment to them and some sort of thank you gift as well.
In addition to helping me retrieve my items, the reception staff, the bell captains and the waiters in the restaurant have been wonderful. The management at the hotel is doing a great job choosing employees!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, although I spent nearly thirty minutes trying to find it because Google Maps doesn’t direct you straight there. I suppose that’s not really their fault. There was a slight issue with the entrance, as I had to walk all the way to the main gate to get my cab. The rooms are cozy, but they feel a bit worn. The breakfast was plentiful, and the customer service was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to give it another try in the future.

Only stayed here for one night, room was very comfortable, staff were lovely and prices reasonable on food and drinks. Dinner buffet wasn't anything special but still good value for money 😀

Worst experience ever during checking
I am a travel agent from France and send my guest to this hotel. I wanted to stay one night there to try the service . During check in the receptionist (Yasmin) made fun of me by imitating me .
I will never recommend this hotels again , neither sent traveler there !

It's a pretty good hotel for the location, rooms are a little bit small however very clean with spacious bathroom. The vibes are good with the restaurants, however again the pool is very small in size for residents.

Amazing staff who truly live up to the Accor heartiest values. Excellent service, excellent facilities and rooms. Definitely would stay again but next time much longer! Thank you for a lovely stay!
