Room were nice i won't lie, I like small comfortable rooms an they had that which was nice.
The all you can eat buffet is so bad! I'd rather just order food to me than eat at the buffet again not much food options it's probably because I am a picky eater.
A special thanks to Khaled Raja, the Italien Restaurant Manager, who truly understands how to connect with guests. His customer obsession and dedication to creating memorable experiences set a perfect example of hospitality and customer loyalty.
I can highly recommend this hotel and am already looking forward to my second stay!
The first two days of my stay at Novotel Cairo Airport were good — service was smooth and I had no complaints. Unfortunately, the last day completely changed my impression.
The reception and security team are the first and last points of contact for any guest, and they make the strongest impression. That’s why it’s so important that they are not only professional but also polite and helpful. Sadly, this was not the case.
The reception initially insisted there was no luggage storage available, even though there was. Only when I mentioned I was a member was the issue taken seriously. This should not be how guests are treated. Even worse, the security staff I interacted with was unnecessarily rude when I asked a simple question. After two days of good service, this experience was disappointing enough to overshadow the rest of my stay.
I’ve attached some consolidated comments from other Google reviews that echo similar concerns — I truly hope management takes this seriously and makes improvements.
