The hotel is situated outside the hotel Stella Makadi Beach Resort (10 minute walk), on the second line from the sea. From the balcony all the rooms at the hotel offer views of the garden or pool.

From the receptionist to the chefs, the housekeeping did an excellent job. I don't know how they knew it was my birthday, maybe from my ID, but I got surprised twice while entering my room ❤️

Food was terrible, whole family had upset stomach every day.
All family's are placed at the very far end of the complex which is a 15 / 20 minute walk up hill just to get to reception or the restaurant, not good when you have young children and the temperature is over 40 everyday.
Not for families with young children, nothing to do for kids during the day.
Night time entertainment is some guy playing YouTube videos on a big screen and a 20 minute sing along for kids, and that is it.
All inclusive selection of drinks is very poor and limited, anything decent you have to pay for.
Wifi cost £100 for two weeks, don't even pay that much at home for 4 months of broadband- shocking!
The male staff on reception during the day are unhelpful and very rude.
They have an on site shopping mall in the reception which is just an over priced corner shops selling milk for £7.00 for a small carton and a small bottle of water for £5.50 rip off!
Only positive is the staff who work on housekeeping, do an amazing job, and will go over and beyond to help you with anything.
As for location, the complex is built next to the sea with nothing around for miles just sand and waste land, so no sightseeing if you wanted to explore the local area.
Don't waste your money on this place and book somewhere else.
One of the highlights of my experience was the delicious food available throughout the day. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there was always a wide variety of options to choose from, all of which were of excellent quality.
The staff at Stella Gardens were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure guests had a pleasant stay. Their warmth and hospitality truly made me feel welcome.
The resort boasts numerous pools, including heated ones, which added to the overall relaxation factor. It was a delight to unwind by the poolside and take a dip whenever I pleased.
What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the exceptional animation team, particularly Martyna and Marta. Their energy and enthusiasm were contagious, and my kids absolutely adored them. They provided endless entertainment and fun activities, making our vacation truly unforgettable.
Additionally, the resort's proximity to the beach was a huge plus. Just a few minutes' walk and we were greeted by the stunning shoreline, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the crystal-clear waters.
Overall, my experience at Stella Gardens Resort & Spa Makadi Bay was nothing short of exceptional. I'm already planning my return trip and can't wait to create more unforgettable memories. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!
Ahmed Hegazy, the resort manager, was nothing short of extraordinary. His impeccable hospitality greatly enhanced our experience from the very instant we arrived. The luxury of having a heated pool situated just steps away from our accommodation was a delightful perk, complemented beautifully by a poolside bar, not to mention the generous assortment of food and snacks readily available in close proximity.
Special accolades must be extended to Taha and his colleague from the housekeeping team. Their dedication to service was remarkable; they consistently maintained our room to the highest standard and added a sophisticated flair with their artistic towel and fresh flower designs – a testament to their attention to detail.
In summary, our stay at Stella Gardens Resort was truly exceptional. We wholeheartedly recommend it as an outstanding destination for anyone looking to enjoy a dash of luxury and impeccable service.
Note: if you want a quiet room don't stay near the main building, the music in the evening is very loud! This hotel is connected with Stella Makadi Beach Resort, you can use the beach there and you can have a meal in the beach restaurant! There is a bustransfer each 15 min to the beach (5 minutes). You can also walk there, it takes around 15- 20 minutes. If you are staying for 1 week you can eat 2x in the 4 a la carte restaurants of both hotels. The Oriental (wok) is the best! The food in the main restaurant is also good. In the evening (winter times) there is a show in the bar in the main buiding. In the summer it is outside on the terras. The waiter Maged is the best!! every evening he will arrange a table and chairs and good cocktails! The spa is also clean, bit boring inside , (do negotiate about the price!) We also had a pedicure there, and you can also get a haircut!. There are also some shops in the hotel but at Makadi Beach are more shops!
If you want a good excursion, ask Khaled from Corendon he will arrange some nice excursions for you!

rooms are always cleaned, and the cleaning staff are ever so nice, was incredible for my partners 21st birthday, made the room so special.
the all inclusive food and drinks are standard but there’s something for everyone, i especially loved the fresh pizzas and pasta!
there’s a lot of entertainment and if you’re unsure, the staff are so helpful and will answer any questions.
again i highly recommend if you want a stress free holiday!
