This is not my first time in Gouna, but my first time in Sultan Bey, and the hotel is causy and nice, food was good. The staff are extra ordinary, they are very good from the moment we got into the hotel, till every thing we did

This is a very beautiful hotel. Every detail is exquisite. All the staff are very friendly. I especially want to thank Martina for her patience in comforting us and helping us get a taxi when we failed to get one. The room is very nice and clean. The food is also very creative. I will definitely come back next time.

We had a wonderful experience . The hotel is located close to the downtown which is full of restaurants . The view from the room lagoon view is great . The staff hospitality is remarkable especially Andrew and Martina in reception , they did everything to make our stay worthwhile . They were facilitators for everything . You have to try the safari trip and catamaran they were extra ordinary trips . Its always great to start and end your trip with people with a lovely smile at the reception . Thank you Andrew

He hotel has been a fantastic experience, far more than i hoped. The room was perfect meeting fanily needs, eater being left every morning, Hannah at the pool.bar has been more than helpful, taking care of my son and making sure he has had a fantastic holiday and ensuring we have drinks during the day at the pool. Food has been good however slightly limited in meeting the vegetarian diet. While there has been a plentiful vegetable selection, this has not been accompanied with anything more than rice or pasta amd bread. Would very much recommend the hotel, the base has been perfect to allow us to explore egypt, Cairo by air, and Luxor by bus.

the service is amazing and everyone is so nice, especially omar from animation and hakam from the boufet. The room was very comfortable and the pillows are extra fluffy. I also like that the rooms aren't all in one building like the rest of the hotels.

A wonderful intimate hotel. Our room was small (maybe the hotel has more spacious rooms), but we lived comfortably in it with three adults. Small, but very atmospheric, green and ever-blooming territory; excellent cuisine; local, but very good alcohol. And, of course, wonderful views of El Gouna itself.

The hotel is super clean. The location is only steps away from the downtown square where all the night life is. The staff is dedicated to your comfort and always happy to help with a smile. The pool is great but the beach is on another level, only a 5 minute boat ride (free) you can bathe on the lagoon side or the sea side and get some Ikite surfing lessons if you desire. Will definitely be back. 100% recommended.
