The food is ok, organized as a buffet with self-service, and there's always something to find, even for those with special dietary needs. The several bars, by the pool and on the beach, are excellent

It would be acceptable if there was something to do at night, but there are really no nighttime activities that you can do other than sit at the bar and drink. Instead, they should keep the pool open late

The pool and beach close at 6:30 PM when it is still light out. This baffled me because I've stayed at resorts like this in the past, and never once did the pool close before dark

Great hotel to stay at with very friendly and welcoming staff with many variety of restaurants with different cuisines, outside pool/bar and private beach area, market and shops at the restaurant and many other activities

During our holiday we experienced Mr. Mansour in various á la carte restaurants in hotel SUNRISE Remal Resort. (We stayed in Remal Beach ourselves) We were pleasantly surprised to be served by Mohamed's team

It was very comfortable and I'm glad that I got a service that was more than worth the money. I was surprised at how quickly the food was served at the dining area. I'd like to go again.

Mohamed is very friendly and is very pleasant and charming to deal with. He clearly enjoys his work and smiles and knows how to provide your guests with a wonderful evening

He can also give substantive clear answers about a dish to avoid any misunderstandings. The empathy in him is commendable and was very much appreciated by us

Locations is far from everything and need to walk atleast 10-20mins to find nearest shop outside, taxi is needed from further places

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The staff were exceptional—professional, friendly, and always attentive. The location is perfect, with shops, restaurants, and major attractions just a short walk away

The beach is amazing, sandy and the water is clear, suitable for kids and also snorkeling. There are 3 pools, one for small kids. The pools are clean and the life guards are very awake to any one who breaks the rules

The food was fantastic—lots of Italian favorites and plenty of variety every day. The beach is gorgeous, with soft sand and an easy, gentle entry into the sea, so you can just walk straight in for a swim

It’s a mostly Italian hotel, so you get that lovely Italian feel (and great food!), but there were also some friendly guests from Czechia, Germany and Poland, which gave it a nice international touch

We’ve been before in Egypt ( Luxor , Sharm-El-Sheikh) and I should say that Steingenberger meets every point about our expectation! Room service came every day to make the bed, tidy up, and provide new towels and water, but there was no replenishment of the shampoo and bathroom amenities, even though they were 30ml

The room was a bit different from what I saw in the photos; it was clean and tidy, but overall, nothing in the hotel is new or modern: a small 24-inch old TV, a very old hairdryer, and a bathtub shower with years of usage stains on it—of course, except for the lobby, which is almost chic and modern

But her favourite member of staff is Yousef he is great with her and she always misses him when we come home probably one of the reasons we keep going back , the pools are great aswell my wee girl would spends the whole day in there if she could

Rooms big, mine smelt bad bathroom for first day, but this was dealt with second day and was fine. 2 nice swimming pools grounds very clean

The location is good and the food also a wild vareity of food and the stuff is freindly especially abdallah in the restaurant very helpful guy and always smiling The tables are very clean and the pools also

We went some time ago but got myself to write now. We had an absolute great time. Good, rooms, quality of drinks and our main waiter Mohammed was in ire gold. Definitely recommend. Coming again this September

Excellent hotel, very family oriented. Has a large selection of facilities especially the Aqua park on site or you can chill by the swim up bar, there really is everting. Rooms are basic but spacious

There's a shuttle to other beaches on the hotel's minibus on a scheduled basis, and you need to get a white ticket first. The three swimming pools are great. Our room was nice on the first floor in front of the pool

The nearest beach is a 15-minute walk away and there's only one hotel (they have an agreement between the hotels), and only those with a pink (colored) ticket at reception are willing to give them out (I don't know why?!)

You can see hotel is italian oriented, by food choices and spoken language. Two sand beaches at Naama Bay, one walkable 5 min Gavi beach, second 5 min driveable by hotel bus near Kalimera Sharm

There were several supermarkets close by, so we were able to buy souvenirs at very good prices. Taking a taxi to the souk was affordable and straightforward, making it easy to explore the area

The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and entertaining. The room has everything you need. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Overall, the value for money is definitely very good

Instead of cleaning room to fill end constantly coming back knocking with water or towels or tissues not as relaxing as I had hoped. Carpets not hoovered once while there for five nights

It was so far my best experience with hotels in Alexandria. Room was spacious, I had a bathtub and shaver. Stuff was extremely friendly and helpful.

A very nice place, very good value for money, the beach is well prepared and a small walk is made till u drop in water, food is delicious with various options, the pool is more excellent and very suitable for kids too

Sea is perfect but you need shoes, personal and waitres was great, Adham Lotfy, working on the swimming pool, Live Guard was perfect, everywhere were clean, food was amazing

Ashtrays are placed everywhere — in restaurants, bars, and around the pools — and guests are essentially encouraged to smoke without considering or asking whether it bothers the people sitting next to them

Towels had marks, bathroom was dirty, the shower glass was uneven so water will filter underneath, the coffee table wasn’t clean at all

It had coffee marks…anyway, we complained to reception and they changed the room for us. Also, the breakfast is too expensive I believe. 16 dollars each person, here in this app it says 13 dollars

Decent kitchen that is not unimportant, cleanliness is so-so but tolerable, Internet without problems, swimming pool, gym at no additional charge, bars and restaurants offer the minimum assortment necessary and what is not bad

Excellent mattress and pillows allowed me to sleep well. I stayed for one night between flights. The hotel is located 15 minutes from the airport. Breakfast is varied and delicious

I went to Sharm the next day and chose a hotel close to the airport. The sea is definitely not comparable to Sharm, but the recreational facilities and food are very rich

The territory of the hotel is located along the coast, you can also use the territory of the neighboring hotel Braika Bay and their beach, both hotels are located along the entire bay, 2 km long

it is very nice here the rooms are clean, the food tastes very good, the sea is a short distance from the hotel, the animations for people are great you can play water polo, darts here

And a bar so you can get drinks. Please get your towel from the pool guy as there is none at the beach, which is like a 3 minute ride to the beach

I have stayed here twice and i must say this is a good hotel with a very good all inclusive service but they should try incoperate a new unified outlet for all the rooms and try to rennovate all with better beds, automatic locking mechanism instead of carrying around keys and risk losing them, and actually blankets instead of thin sheets
