It is not tremendously large and in March all the activities are done on the beach. I was the only person beside the pool on my first day and was wondering where everyone was. it's a different world on the beachfront

Prima Life Makadi is a well-kept hotel. The staff provide daily room cleaning, and with the All Inclusive package food and drinks are available practically all the time

Bibo at the pool — his energy and engagement were unforgettable; I remembered his name from the very first day

Just a short swim from the shore you can see colorful fish and marine life, which makes the hotel’s location feel truly special. The diving center made it possible for me to go down to 8

Another great person was a cheerful, fun Czech girl on the team (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name), and she wasn’t nearly as pushy when it came to selling tickets

Pool Snack Bar and Beach Bar, choices could be a bit more varied, salads, chips fruit Spring Rolls, Samosas, Pizza Pool is huge, great pool guys, no worries about finding a sun bed

The hotel grounds are immaculate – absolutely beautiful, with a fantastic pool and easy access to the beach. The whole place is so picturesque, probably the nicest-looking hotel we’ve stayed in

Pool Bar and Beach Bar, no long queues and bar guys really helpful. Entertainment is varied and better as in the hotter months this is outside by the pool

Beach is great too, snorkelling, a jetty out into the sea, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, clear water, although you may need paddling shoes

We had some problems at the beginning – our room door kept locking us out, and even after the handle was replaced, we were told to give the bottom of the lock a thump to get in (and surprisingly, it worked!)

The “beef fillet” turned out to be more like a thin braising steak – I even promised the manager, Said Khairy, that I’d take him out for a proper steak dinner next time we visit

very quiet loads of space and sunbeds. Staff in the restaurant, bars, pools and gardens are very helpful. There's adult only swimming pool and beach area but no restaurant at present as this is being renovated

In particular, the bartenders, waiters, housekeepers, and security went above and beyond, consistently working with smiles on their faces. They worked incredibly hard, and I’m so glad I chose this location for my stay

I noticed the same team members working every single day, often for long hours, and I was in disbelief at how tirelessly they provided excellent service with such warmth and hospitality

For example, the housekeeper would arrange my belongings thoughtfully, and the staff regularly attended to my drink preferences, which I really appreciated

It’s clear that the staff’s hard work and genuine friendliness are what make Coral Beach Resort such a special place to visit

During my stay at Coral Beach Resort in Hurghada, I found the staff to be incredibly welcoming and attentive

Our rooms were spotless, spacious, and had a breathtaking sea view, which made every morning special. The pool area was also beautifully maintained, providing the perfect place to relax during the day

Food is great, Always tip, especially the housekeeping staff. One of the pools is heated till April. The beach food bar is good though more limited in choice

An Unforgettable Stay at Cleopatra Hotel – We Didn’t Want to Leave! We recently stayed at Cleopatra Hotel for a friend’s birthday, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish! The resort itself is huge, with everything you could possibly need inside – from a reliable taxi service to 3 different restaurants and an in-house clinic, making it super convenient and stress-free

Bargaining is always necessary, otherwise you will unnecessarily pay a lot for groceries and excursions. All in all, we thought this was a great holiday, everything was well arranged and if not, it was resolved quickly

I'll start with the many benefits. The food is very good and as a vegetarian I received personal guidance at the buffet from the chef every evening. Really great! The resort is beautiful and the staff very friendly

Upon request we were given another room (7015), which was fortunately a lot quieter and much more modern. We always felt safe in the area, but be aware that prices are not mentioned anywhere, or very high prices

The staff is very friendly, reliable, and attentive. Many thanks to Ibrahim from room service, to the man at the pool bar snacks area for excellent pizzas, to the beach barman, for wonderful fresh fruit cocktails

The rooms are good, two pools with super helpful guys around the pool too, nice food, some shops, animation team is funny and engaging but not pushy, and the snorkelling on the house reef was excellent

Great hotel complex, with impressive size, attractive architecture, clean pools, good food, drinks, friendly staff. The rooms are of a suitable size, well-equipped, and well-kept

Having a trainer like this is reason enough to return to this hotel, as he's truly the one from whom you can learn how to train your body. Many thanks to the hotel management for organizing this idyllic vacation

The attitude and helpfulness of the staff is commendable in general. They are not intrusive, they do everything for the comfort of the guests. The beach is also suitable, a pleasant environment

But what truly stood out was the service – especially Sam. Sam is not only highly professional but also wonderfully funny and warm-hearted. His positive energy made every moment more enjoyable

The hotel compound is spacious, you have direct access to the beach and there is also several pools. The breakfast was included and had a huge variety of cuisines

We stayed three nights at Kempinski during our visit to Soma Bay and it was great. First of all, the hotel is adjacent to Soma Bay Marina which makes it much easier to stroll around and do some souvenir shopping

We had a small issue with noise from some neighbors during the night, and I was deeply impressed by how the hotel handled it. They immediately sent security to assist and even offered us a room change

From typical European breakfast items to the Middle Eastern and Asian dishes as well as a big pastry section were just great. The room is a bit old but very spacious and the bed is comfortable

Perfect for adults and kids alike. The whole staff goes the extra mile to make sure tourists have the most enjoyable time. The attention to detail is impeccable

Here you unbelievably big park full of threes, grass and even a lake in the middle. We will for sure come back again. Also a big recommendation for Farfasha Caffe and Mohamed

They sent a multi plug extension lead to our room to fix the problem! The food was very good, breakfast was the same every day, but the choices were good. Don't bother booking Ala Carte, personally I didn't enjoy it

My friend mentioned it a few times, and then it became a point that she had lost her patience and quite rightly so. The manager tried to blame her and made it out we were not clear, which was a complete lie

However, if you want some ambience and some quiet time, then go for it. To mention the spa, well, the manager wasn't the best at communicating and his customer service skills are questionable

We had an issue with my friend's privacy not being respected. At the time of booking and before we went for our hamaam experience, we made it clear that men and women are to be kept separate

The lobby is still under renovation. We booked a sea view room, which was just finished and had a smell. Everything else was pretty standard. However, the plank road is very long and the snorkeling environment is good

The beach is very, very beautiful. Although the room is smaller than the suite, the glass sea in Soma Bay, the corals and small fish for snorkeling are worth the money. Highly recommended

That's why we booked the Sheraton

The hotel gave me the wrong room type at first. It was supposed to be a sea view room but it was a garden room. It seems that they discriminate against Chinese people. I changed it 3 or 4 times before I got it right

I told the front desk that it was a honeymoon trip, but they still did it this way. I really don't understand what's wrong with the hotel. The hotel is very big and the environment is not bad

Another point is that it is almost 60 kilometers away from the airport, so it's easy to get there but difficult to get back. You can help call a taxi at 9 o'clock, starting from 60 euros

It's perfect holiday with my family, the beach, swimming pool and food are perfect.. very nice hotel

The resort is well-suited for both families and couples, providing a mix of relaxation and activities. The house reef is a highlight, offering excellent snorkeling opportunities right off the beach

This hotel was fabulous, from the pleasant and clean resort it really was very good. Food was 8-10 Bed comfort 9-10 beach -7-10 overall 8/10 I would return. Many different activities for kids and adults, one heated pool

It's a fantastic experience every thing is beautiful in the hote and the animation is very good also the bar is very good I will repeat it again but the food wasn't the best Also the best thing is the friendly staff

Relaxing pool bar on your chair can best relax. After eating lots of cocktails, if we fall off the bar, we do not hit ourselves.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. There are several restaurants, many swimming pools, shops etc. The beach and the sea are great as well. Poor air conditioning system

Highly recommend for family vacations. Multiple aqua park for children and adults. Good beach with beautiful coral reefs of red sea. Service level is acceptable. 7 restaurants with multiple food types.

Good choice for a family trip. Not so much if you are looking for parties. Very nice hotel with nice stuff. The food is not great but not bad either

Negatives: * patio furniture on hotel room balconies needs fixing, and a new paint job * the way mosaic tiles in the pools are repaired is so shoddily with glue all over I had to take a photo of it * the food selection can get boring after several days * drinks are served in small glasses (2dl) that having a two pints of beer means flagging down the waiter 5 times

it helps to tip them at the start Positives: * the corals and the marine life at the beach is simply amazing - I have never seen such a variety of fish of magnificent colors so easily available, in shallow water close to the coast * the service at the restaurants and bars is good overall (I did not require room maintenance so I can't speak to that)

a beer at the bar at the reception costs 5 euros and comes in a bottle, but elsewhere it is free - except for a la carte restaurants). This can be confusing or irritating, but is not uncommon at all-inclusive resorts

The main advantage of Hilton is that they served beer in proper size glasses so you can actually enjoy it, the food bar had a wider variety of dishes but quality wise I did not find it very different

While most of the food at the restaurant is the same every day, they try to add variety by changing the main dish at dinner every day (e. Tuesdays are Mexican food days, Wednesdays are Italian, etc

We visited friends at Hilton Plaza resort which is much more expensive than Makadi Palace (both are 5-star, but that doesn't mean much) so I had a chance to compare the two properties

The hotel itself is great in terms of building, facilities and staff. It has been built on a very large space, availability of aqua park is a unique advantage. Large swimming pool, good design

The main disadvantage is the guests. local guests keep the environment not healthy and not suitable to get entertained with all facilities. Check this point before booking your room

Not a bad place for a low budget experience. Aqua Park is small. A room has a queen bed and 2 sofas to sleep in. Restroom is kind of old. But good food in the open buffet.

May the admin keep rules for better control

The pools are clean, and the shuttle buses to the beach run very frequently, which is a big plus. The food is varied, and drinks are available in different areas of the hotel. An excellent experience (highly recommended)

Best thing that I enjoyed is that it is a very big compound with lots of restaurants and swimming pools and if you chose the all inclusive you could eat and swim anywhere you wanted at the compound

The food was delicious, with a great variety, and everything was always fresh. The hotel area, pool, aquapark, and beach are all lovely and relaxing

J W marriott was a total disappointment in many ways, we stayed four nights in which we could not use the beach or other pool (except one) as all the time they were closed because there was weddings going on, in which the lobby the salon the room the hallway of our suite were noisy because of the wedding guests music etc The hotel doesn’t deserve 5 stars as it needs to be renovated, the furniture was...

Swimming pool and spa open 24/24 very practical for relaxing. Very nice hotel located in Egypt. Very comfortable The rooms are well laid out, have plenty of room and are perfectly clean

Super cold hotel and they are in need of a renovation. Sound proofing is very bad and you can hear everything. Clean and location is near to the airport and the festival mall.

Nice clean hotel but the pool could have been heated a bit more.

Our room was upgraded due to partners mobility issues recovering from surgery. All the staff at the bars and restaurants helped so much from greeting to serving. All in all I cannot find any fault

There are also so many other activities to enjoy, like darts and evening entertainment. The food was excellent, the staff was wonderful, and the beach is absolutely beautiful

I stayed at Pyramisa Aswan, and I was really impressed! The hotel has become much better than before — very clean, comfortable, and organized. The staff are all so friendly, polite, and always ready to help

But in my personal experience, the cleanliness was acceptable. Previously, I stayed in a Pyramid View room at Mena House in Cairo, and honestly, I found the cleanliness to be similar

I did a massage there and it was really amazing — very relaxing and exactly what I needed. The jacuzzi is clean and calm, and the whole spa atmosphere is peaceful

Rooms are lovely with views of the Nile and the pool area especially is beautiful. The boat to the island is easy enough and is roughly every 10 minutes operating all day & night

If I ever come back to Aswan, I would definitely stay at Pyramisa again and go to spa for sure. Everything was perfect, and the people working there really make the place special

The pool is near the room. A bus takes us to two different beaches. Jacuzzi. It's beautiful in the dark outside. Mango market is a 15 minute walk away. Variety of meals is excellent.

The animation is focused on selling tickets outside the hotel. When even the animators talk rudely to the guests in the hotel, it is discouraging. On the positive side: a decent area, by local standards, green

(maybe it's the animation staff?) I am put off by the carelessly dumped construction rubbish in the rooms, the smell of old furniture and the old furniture itself The water in the tap did not drain well, the TV or the remote control did not work, the door closer was broken

Like all hotels this hotel also has some nuances , BUT Hotel Siva Sharm has alive colourful coral reef with plenty fishes, turtles, moray eel, stingrays, has so short pantoon has convenient location - near to the airport , near to the Soho Square

I contacted the hotel and informed them, and although they did not have to, they refunded my money. Commendable behavior, I have no doubt that whenever I come to Sharm, I will only stay at this hotel

I made a non-refundable reservation, the employee arrived at the border terminal and the Egyptian authorities refused to let her enter the country because her passport was not valid for long enough

In the hotel all restaurants (including Ala-cart), reception, all rooms - everything in one building. Would like to have more variety of food and more fruits, but you will not be hungry

There are meat, chicken, fish every day. And of course we would like to thank all the staff for the warm welcome. We really like this hotel and wonna back again as soon as possible
