Good place for elderly and relaxing.Rooms are reasonable,but need some special service for the shower such as mirror light not working, hair dryer works sometimes and some time not .
The worst thing is that some of the waiters's behaviour is so rude and not professional to deal with the guests. They need to learn how to deal with guests especially Egyptian people . I faced two different situations one inside the restaurant and the other in the main lobby inside the reception.
The best thing is that they surprised my son and prepared a simple birthday party . Also, when I did complain about the rude behaviour that happened inside the restaurant the manager apologised and took a prompt response.
It's unbelievable to complain all the time to receive good service the main reason for the trip is to relax and have positive energy.not to be frustrated !!!
Finally, when you complain the managers take the proper action. Thanks managers for the polite deal and wish all the staff gain these behaviours.

An experience to forget.

1. When we arrived at the hotel, they didn't let us in with the car, saying that there was a party 4 days before, even though everything was empty and it remained that way until the day of departure.

every time we went out we had to walk with children and elderly people from the room to the car outside the hotel (almost a kilometre).

2. On the second day the 8 year old daughter was injured by a nail in the middle of the bathroom and the injury remained for the duration.

3. Their response to this injury was to send us to see a dolphin show and to go to Giftun Island with a boat.

Actually what was done was to go in a very small boat not to the island but just doing a tour lasting less than an hour around the beach.

4. The doctor was not always available and the deputy director always looked at us badly and showed us how much the trip for the dolphins cost by pretending to see something on his cell phone and this is not ethical at all.

5. The smell of the rooms and the hotel in general is not good.

6. We were told at the reception that there is a late dinner with the same menu as dinner and we arrived and found two dishes of rice and meat not good without cutlery and without glasses and the water dispenser was dirty.

7. The food is not good and there is no variety of types. every day they offer the same thing.

8. The rooftop bar made drinks with dirty water and we were about to vomit.

9. There is no light inside the room, it's almost dark and you couldn't see anything.

10. the pharmacy inside the hotel only contained a few things.

11. The ingredients of the drinks are of poor quality.

12. in the swimming pool there is a plastic wall with iron full of corrosion.

13. the smell of the mini bar in the room is disgusting.

14. the person at the entrance to the general door of the hotel answered us badly.

15. There wasn't always cutlery in the main restaurant.

16. the desserts were not fresh and made our stomachs hurt.

17. for my cousin they invited us to cancel the reservation on booking and book directly with them to avoid her review on booking.

18. all alcoholic drinks are in short supply and in plastic bottles and glasses.

19. the hotel is always dark and there is no light everywhere

20. They recycle the food in bad manner, even the sweet pancake they used it to made cannelloni.

21. the billiard room contains only two bad tables and they say there is a bar but in reality there is only a water dispenser.

It was truly a great experience and we hope to forget it.
